Today, I set up my account, confirmed everything with codes and email verification, and added an extra layer of security with authentic notifications to protect my account. However, shortly after, Facebook flagged suspicious activity and requested multiple selfies, my government ID, and even my birth certificate for review. Despite submitting all the requested information, Facebook disabled my account. Each time I attempt to create a new one, the same process repeats. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. Facebook should also investigate individuals who falsely report accounts, as this behavior abuses the platform's rules.

My Facebook account was hacked by someone I don't know. I reported it to Facebook, and they locked my account. Since then, I have not been able to access my Facebook. I urgently need to recover my old Yahoo account and regain access to my old Facebook account. It's crucial that Facebook helps me by sending a code to reset my password. Having a customer care number would greatly assist me in resolving this issue with their support team.

Today, my Facebook account, Alexandria SoloChick Guest, got disabled unexpectedly. I have attempted to contact Facebook via email to understand the reason without success. The notification mentioned a violation of community standards, although I am certain my posts were compliant. My page was functioning correctly until recently, and now I am unable to access crucial and sentimental photos that are solely on my Facebook account.

Could someone inform me if a Facebook account has been compromised? If so, what steps can be taken to prevent further intrusion? Once a hack occurs, does the attacker gain access to everything on the computer? There have been instances of friend requests and altered profile images. I am concerned about the content being accessed on my device. Despite deleting inappropriate material, the issue persists. Any guidance on how to address this would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as it was hacked by my ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email addresses associated with my account, [redacted] and [redacted] After attempting to create a new account since I did not receive any assistance in recovering my original one, it was promptly disabled for having "2" in the name. This seems unfair as I know individuals who have multiple accounts due to forgetting their passwords. My main goal is to regain access to my original account that I have used for a long time.

I'm seeking assistance to reactivate my Facebook account, which was disabled three days ago. This account is crucial to me as I manage three business pages and have been using it for over five years. It appears that incorrect information was reported to Facebook and someone else created two accounts using my details. I've already submitted a copy of my driver's license for verification, and I also have my passport, national ID, and college ID card available. How can I go about recovering access to my Facebook account?

I recently switched to a new phone and transferred my phone number, which seems to have caused issues with receiving two-factor authentication codes on my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to any other trusted devices to retrieve the codes. I attempted the photo ID verification method, but received an email from Facebook stating that my number is deactivated, leaving me unable to receive the necessary code to access my account.

I've been attempting to log into my Facebook account for the past two months. I can reset my password, but I no longer have access to the code generator since I no longer have the phone number linked to the account. Despite sending my ID and a handwritten note multiple times, I received an email on my third attempt stating I requested to deactivate my account, which I did not. I just want to regain access to my account and have been unsuccessful in getting assistance from anyone.

I added two-factor verification to my Facebook before losing my cellphone. Unfortunately, I can't check my email as I forgot my password. I remember my Facebook password though. Could you please remove the two-factor verification? My email for Facebook is [redacted] My name is Erika Boyd, and the old cellphone number on file is [redacted]. My new number is [redacted].

I shared a post supposedly from Kroger offering a $[redacted] rebate, but the next day, when I tried to repost, it briefly showed the Kroger post and then redirected to a Facebook message prompting me to secure my account. I was directed to reset my password, but I couldn't remember the old one, which was required first. I couldn't change the password or exit the page. To resolve this, I had to power off and on my phone to access it and my usual websites like Kindall, Amazon, and Camera. Additionally, a red emergency sign appeared below the off button when shutting down the phone.

I am experiencing difficulties when attempting to post with images as an error message box appears with the jpg file name and retry button. Despite trying typical troubleshooting steps like clearing caches and ensuring image sizes are correct, the issue persists. I have also turned off the firewall, used an incognito window, to no avail. I oversee multiple FB accounts from work, all encountering the same problem. Interestingly, I can upload images from my iPhone, indicating a computer-related issue. This problem started even though it did work previously. My system is running Windows 10 Pro, version [redacted], build [redacted].[redacted]. I wonder if a recent update might be the cause of the problem. Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Following a hacking incident in July, I encountered issues with BestBuy Store's assistance in recovering my Facebook account. They mistakenly created a new account for me, which was incomplete and problematic. Despite being informed that my old account couldn't be retrieved, a friend recently advised me to search for my name on Facebook, revealing my original account with all its content intact. This account held sentimental value as it contained cherished photos of my late son and connected me with over 2,[redacted] friends from my time as an actor, singer, and writer. However, my old account is now missing the posting block, while the unwanted new account has it. As a senior and disabled individual, Facebook serves as a vital link to the outside world for me. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in reviving my beloved and long-standing account. Thank you for any help provided.

I initially thought my Facebook account was hacked, but now it seems someone made a new account using my name and photo. This impersonator, going by Diane Beddis Smith, has been contacting my friends through Messenger. Despite changing my password twice and logging out of all devices, the issue persists, indicating a separate account. Searching for the name revealed an "account added recently" that now appears blocked when searched. The account is causing distress to me and my friends, and I seek assistance in having it removed.

I have been selling elf-themed clothes and gifts for my mom, who creates and purchases items from China. For the past four years, I have been successfully selling these items on Facebook. However, recently, I have encountered an issue regarding the promotion of elf on the shelf products. I have not advertised my products as elf on the shelf items specifically, although they can be used in conjunction with them. Despite this, I have been blocked from accessing my Facebook account, initially for three days. It has now been almost a week, and I am unable to retrieve important photos for Christmas. I am frustrated as I have observed other sellers advertising similar items as elf on the shelf products without facing repercussions. I am puzzled as to why I am facing this extended restriction while others are not. I am in need of access to my account to retrieve the necessary pictures for the holiday season.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook page as the email attached to it is no longer available. I have submitted my ID for verification, redacting sensitive information but keeping my name and photo visible on my driver's license. I also sent my SS card, redacting my SS number but displaying my name. All my IDs have my married name, while my Facebook page shows my maiden name. To address this discrepancy, I sent my SS card that includes both names. However, I keep receiving robotic responses stating that my ID is invalid. Can someone assist me in regaining access to my account?

I am unable to share anything on Facebook, and they deactivated both of my accounts. I believe this is due to my conservative views. I feel like taking legal action with a $5 billion lawsuit. I have been unable to share for a week, can't locate Facebook's legal team, and I am considering starting my own social media platform. It seems that Facebook is limiting my freedom of speech as I mostly share memes and patriotic content. This censorship feels unjust, especially after having trouble sharing a video of the American flag. It appears that Facebook may not support diverse viewpoints.

I am seeking help with my main Facebook account since I have been locked out and unable to access it. I know the phone number associated with the account but no longer have the phone to receive the verification code. This account is significant to me as it holds connections to friends and family whom I am unable to contact through any other account due to some unfortunate circumstances. Unfortunately, I cannot access the email linked to the account as I was only 18 years old at the time, and Yahoo has been unable to assist me. Although I have another account with similar friends, I have no means to prove my identity. I have already contacted Yahoo for help. Thank you, F.

As a representative from The Eye And Face Institute in Mission Bay, Auckland, New Zealand, we previously managed two business accounts. Unfortunately, the login information, including the connecting email and password, for these accounts has been forgotten. We are looking to create a new page to improve our online marketing and promotions. To avoid confusion for our customers, we are requesting to delete the two former accounts named 'The Eye and Face Institute' and 'The Eye & Face Institute'. Thank you for your assistance.

Eighteen months ago, I deleted my Facebook account. It wasn't disabled, it was completely deleted. Recently, when I created a new account, it was immediately disabled for security reasons. Despite waiting for Facebook to contact me via email, they haven't. The same issue occurred when I tried creating a different account. I uploaded a copy of my Texas driver's license but haven't received any response in over two weeks. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

My account was compromised around two months ago. When I tried to log in, I discovered that the password and email had been changed by the hacker, preventing me from accessing it. Despite numerous attempts, both by myself and some of my friends, to report the unauthorized access, the issue has not been resolved. In the meantime, I have created a new account, but the hacker is still active on my old profile, contacting my friends and posting things. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may have to consider taking legal action. Facebook must provide real customer support to address such serious security breaches. Thank you.
