Dear Sir or Madam, I was informed by my bank's fraud department about a suspicious charge attempt on my bank account on Nov. 28 by "Facebk Ads," which I discovered is associated with Facebook. Despite me not having a Facebook account, my card was used for this unauthorized payment. Can you please clarify if "Facebook Ads" is the standard transaction description for charges made by Facebook using debit/credit card numbers? Could you also disclose if Facebook can provide information about who initiated the transaction and the amount charged, should I provide my card details? If Facebook is indeed responsible for the transaction, but unable to provide details, how can I obtain this information? I am willing to involve my bank in this matter if necessary. My name is Christopher Mark Beahan. My Facebook profile was disabled for violating policies, which I believe happened due to a hacker. I never threaten or use inappropriate language. My last message was innocently asking friends to accept my requests. I couldn’t access Facebook and received a policy violation message. I'm sure a hacker manipulated my account. All my posts were positive and respectful. I want to fix this with Facebook, follow rules, and regain access to connect with my loved ones. I'm committed to maintaining Facebook's guidelines. I recently got locked out of my phone and have not been able to resolve the issue yet. My Facebook account is outdated because I no longer have access to the mobile number or Yahoo email associated with it. I used to keep Facebook open on my Note 2, which I treated as a tablet. I mainly used Messenger over my actual Facebook page. I can provide specific information about my account to help with recovery. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be a member of a WhatsApp group I am in. They asked for a code sent to my phone to add members to Facebook without confirmation. I mistakenly provided the verification code to them. Now, I cannot find my account and am unable to log back in.

I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. When I try to log in, it says that my email and phone number are not linked to any account. I even tried searching for my name, but it couldn't find an account associated with it. I can access my account through Messenger, but I can't access my settings. I wish that I could see or retrieve my old password to avoid the fear of being completely locked out and dealing with the current situation. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

It is crucial to indicate exactly which community standard was breached so users can understand and adjust their behavior accordingly. Many of the flagged posts seemed harmless, with no evidence of bullying, insensitivity, threats, intimidation, racial provocation, or hate speech. Some may have bordered on being provocative but did not warrant such severe warnings. Feedback should aim to educate users on appropriate conduct on the platform rather than sparking endless debates. The focus should be on improving clarity and guidance for users to navigate community standards effectively on Facebook, rather than vague notifications of non-compliance.

I have served in the Canadian forces and strongly oppose terrorism. It is important to understand that my intention was to educate, not promote extremist ideas.

I need help recovering a deleted post that was damaging to my reputation. The post was about me, and my friend deleted it after we filed a cyber libel case. Now the court requires that post as evidence. I have sent multiple emails to Facebook regarding an issue with my Page. When I deleted my account a few months ago, I forgot to assign a new administrator to my Church Page (facebook.com/SHFloresville). After creating a new account to manage the Page roles, I discovered that the current Editors are unable to add me as an Administrator. I can provide proof of my identity as the Pastor of the Church. I attempted to download an app and got an error message stating it needed an update. I ended up restoring my phone, but now I am unable to log into Facebook. I have tried searching by email and the account name without any luck. How can I recover my Facebook account with the original account name to access the photos and messages?

Dear Customer Service Team, I would like to inform you that my name is Anastasios Betavatzis, and I have been using a profile under the name Anastasios Hdjioannou Kassimatis since 04/[redacted], which includes my mother's surname. I have attempted several times to change my surname from Hadjioannou Kassimatis to Betavatzis in my profile. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password, and since I am only logged in through Facebook on my cellphone, I require it to make these changes. I have requested a new password be sent to my old email address [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Instead, please send the new password to my current email address [redacted], or alternatively, send it via SMS to my cellphone number +30 [redacted], which you already possess. Despite sending multiple identification documents such as ID cards, passports, and debit cards via the Facebook application, I have not received a proper response to address this issue. Good afternoon, I have been permanently disabled from commenting, posting, or using Messenger on Facebook for 7 days because Facebook claims I violated its community standards. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am frustrated since I did not post the content they are accusing me of. It's frustrating to be penalized unjustly for content I have not shared. This morning, I discovered that my Facebook account had been logged out unexpectedly. When attempting to log back in, the system indicated that my password was wrong and that the email address wasn't associated with an account. I've had this account for four years and am certain about both my email and password. After trying to recover it by selecting "forgot password" and searching for my account, I realized it's now linked to an unfamiliar email, which I suspect is the result of a hack. My Facebook is connected to other social media platforms to aid in password retrieval, but now that option seems to have been disabled. I'm hoping to regain access to my account through security questions or any available means, as starting anew on Facebook after four years is quite troublesome.

Good afternoon, I have been disabled by Facebook from commenting, posting, or using Messenger for seven days because they claim I violated their community standards. This is not the first time this has happened, and I find it frustrating that I am being penalized for content I did not post. I requested a review of the content and believe that Facebook's accusations are incorrect. It is bothersome that I am restricted due to content that I did not share. I have reported this issue multiple times without receiving a positive response. If this matter is not resolved soon, I am considering deleting my Facebook profile. I have been using the username "bilalkidwai," which is consistent with my Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. However, Facebook automatically changed my username to a random user ID. I would like to revert to using the username "bilalkidwai" or have the URL facebook.com/bilalkidwai. Despite no one else using this username, it remains unavailable. Recently, I fell victim to a hacking incident through a fraudulent video link that led me to unknowingly share the video on my Facebook account. My friends alerted me to the unauthorized activity after receiving the video. Furthermore, my linked debit card was compromised, leading to unauthorized transactions.
