Dear Sir, I had an FB account named "Abu Mohammad RasSell." In March 31, [redacted], I enrolled at the Bangladesh Airforce Training Centre, causing me to be unable to use my FB account for an extended period. When I attempted to log in on November 26, [redacted], I was prompted by the FB authority to submit an ID copy. I provided my Airforce ID copy initially, but shortly after, my account was disabled by FB. I proceeded to submit copies of my passport and certificates, yet my account remained disabled. I believe the discrepancy between the name "Rassell" on my FB account and "Rasel" on my passport and ID card may be the root cause for the disabling of my account. This FB account has been my primary account since [redacted], connecting me with friends, family, and important groups. Sir, I respectfully request your assistance in reactivating my FB account as I am the rightful owner and in need of accessing it urgently. Kindly advise me on the necessary steps to regain access to my disabled account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On December 6th, I came across a post by one of my friends about doubling their investment, not realizing it was a scam. When I tried to contact my friend via Messenger, I found out it was a hacker posing as her. I was convinced to invest and ended up depositing money into a fraudulent account number. After sending proof of payment and filling out a form, I realized the scammer had accessed my account, used it to deceive others, and blocked my access.

My e-mail account [redacted] is disabled. I've been trying to reset the password by receiving an OTP, but no OTP is coming through. The phone number linked to my Facebook account is outdated. My current phone number is +91 [redacted]. Please help me reactivate my decade-old Facebook account with important photo albums. Thank you.

Hello, I have a Facebook account under the name Abd Mansare with the authentication number [redacted]3. The issue I am facing is that I changed my phone number a while back to [redacted]5 and did not update it on my account. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password because I no longer have access to the old number. I had only used my phone number while creating the account, so I do not have an email linked to it for recovery purposes. I am hopeful that someone can assist me with this matter. Best regards, Mansare Abdoulaye

I accidentally logged out of my Facebook account and forgot my password. I found my password written down, but now it's asking for an alternate generated code. The number on my account is outdated, and I can't receive the code. I need to access my account as it contains important pictures.

I am experiencing difficulty recovering my account due to the request for a five-digit code sent to an old, inactive phone number. I have already reset my password using my alternative email [redacted], however, I am still unable to access my account without this code. I suspect I have trusted contacts set up but cannot recall who they are after so many years. Additionally, I am concerned about a potential hacking situation by a neighbor who has shown romantic interest in my boyfriend. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello I recently clicked on a link that prompted me to enter my Facebook login details. Soon after, a hacker contacted me on WhatsApp claiming to have disabled my Facebook account. They are demanding R750 to restore access. Despite contacting Facebook via email, they said they couldn't assist as my account is permanently disabled. I am desperate to regain access to my account and need help resolving this situation.

Yesterday, my advertising account got blocked for "unusual activity". I contacted support, and they unblocked it. Today, my advertising account doesn't even show up on my Facebook Business Manager anymore. At 3 p.m., Facebook debited me 5 times [redacted] euros from my bank account for no reason. My ads are not running, and I don't know what to do to get my advertising account back and the money mistakenly debited by Facebook.

I meant to change my password, but I accidentally clicked on "delete my account permanently." I didn't intend to select that option and now I need help to recover my account. I did not violate any of Facebook's rules; I simply disabled my account mistakenly. Thank you.

The comment moderation function on the business page seems to have a glitch. When attempting to utilize the upload from csv feature, the system allows adding words individually but not through csv upload. Additionally, encountering an issue where inserting a comma while manually entering words disables the "add" button. It is essential to address two main concerns: preventing single character words from being posted, such as "a" or "I", and enabling the use of the csv upload feature effectively.

I recently got a new phone and had to update the preloaded Facebook app. However, I couldn't log in because I forgot my current password. When I tried to reset it using my email address, phone number, and name, I received messages saying they were not located. As a result, I had to create a new account with my long-standing email. I'm worried about losing all my saved pictures and videos on my old account and concerned about blocked users potentially finding me on the new account.

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. Recently, my personal Facebook page was disabled without any prior email or notification. When I tried to access it, I was shocked to see that it was disabled. I am unsure of what violation led to this as I mainly used my account to stay connected with my family, share family photos, and post inspirational messages. I never used it for commercial purposes; it was solely for personal memories like documenting my daughter's growth, family events, and travel experiences. It also held precious memories of my late father-in-law. I've diligently organized all these moments into albums since the time I joined Facebook.

Recently, I decided to change my Facebook password due to receiving suspicious messages on Messenger. I made sure to write it down, relying on my phone and computer to remember it for both my personal page, Jewel Panelli, and our motorhome travel page, Andiamo Fuse. However, when I got a new iPad on Black Friday, I encountered endless "incorrect password" messages after entering my password. Unfortunately, my "3 trusted contacts" security feature on my Jewel Panelli account has become a headache. Coordinating with contacts in different time zones is challenging, leading to delays in receiving the necessary codes. Additionally, issues with session timeouts, repeated attempts, and needing a new email for password resets have forced me to create multiple email accounts. Each reset attempt results in errors like "Something Went Wrong" or "Oops, something went wrong, try again later," leaving me incredibly frustrated.

There appears to be suspicious activity on my friend's Facebook account. On November 23rd, someone gained access to his account and changed his username, password, mobile number, email address, and other details. Strangely, I can still view his profile as a friend. My friend is now locked out of his account and unable to log in. His original username was [redacted], but the hacker changed it to [redacted], using the name Lucas Franscisco. Facebook sent him an email notification about the changes, but by the time he found it in his spam folder, the link had expired, preventing him from reversing the changes. I seek assistance in helping my friend regain control of his hacked account.

Our Facebook page, @CincinnatiMSD, automatically greets people when they view our posts or photos, prompting them to ask for help. If someone responds, it goes to our Inbox. Although Automated Responses are disabled in the Inbox and all Messaging settings, we need assistance in turning off this feature. Thank you.

We have a company Facebook Account with multiple pages. Many of our colleagues have access, which caused the account to become temporarily locked. Currently, the account is displaying this message: "We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation." Additionally, we do not have access to the Gmail account used for registration. Facebook is our primary communication channel. Any advice or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a notification about suspicious activity on my account, advising me to log out. Upon trying to log back in, I mistakenly entered the wrong password. I requested an emailed code but experienced delays. I also attempted to receive a code via text on my phone but have not received it yet. Finally, after a significant delay, I received a code via email, but it did not work in the prompt asking for the code issued through the text message. I own three devices and have made numerous requests for the code to be resent, to no avail. My account is under the email [redacted], and I have provided two mobile phone numbers: [redacted] and [redacted].
