My account got disabled out of the blue, and I'm unsure what caused it as I didn't breach any Facebook rules. Despite submitting my ID proofs, it still shows as disabled and ineligible. I've reached out multiple times but received no response or assistance. I have numerous essential contacts connected to that account, so I am desperate to have it reactivated. Seeking help to address this matter promptly.

I recently got a new phone and needed to log in to Facebook but couldn't recall my password. I used the "forgot password" link to locate my account and requested an SMS reset code, but I never received it. Since this account doesn't have an associated email, I can't receive the reset code that way either. I still have access to my old phone that is logged in to Facebook, but I'm still prompted for a password for any changes, which I am unable to provide.

I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account. I had valuable connections and conversations with friends on the platform, but as my account got disabled, I am unable to retrieve their details to reconnect. I suspect a friend who knew my password might have caused this issue unknowingly. I had a half-body mirror picture as my profile image and when Facebook requested an identity verification photo, I promptly submitted one. Despite this, my account remains disabled. Last week, Facebook prompted me to change my password due to security concerns. I had to update the password on all my devices. Later, I received a message saying I was banned from sharing links until Thursday without any explanation. I reported the issue, but didn't get a response. When I shared about adopting cats, I noticed a decrease in engagement on my posts. Usually, my posts get immediate likes and comments, but recently only my mom has interacted. I run a salon and stay connected with my clients through Facebook. Despite not promoting any products or engaging in suspicious activity, my posts have lower visibility. A friend confirmed she wasn't seeing my posts either. I've had this account since [redacted] and am frustrated by this unexpected silence.

Hello, I am Zakir Hussain, and I use the Facebook username Zakir Naldho. My account was compromised by a phishing website and violated Facebook's terms and conditions, resulting in its disablement. This has caused login issues for me on Instagram and PUBG Mobile as my accounts were linked to Facebook. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], and I have never encountered this issue before. Two days ago, during the night, a friend sent me a video that was somewhat explicit. Without thinking much, I forwarded it to another friend. About an hour later, I realized I was logged out of my Facebook account. When I tried to log back in, I received a message saying, "Your account has been disabled." I believe the video I received from my friend is the reason behind this problem, even though I did not upload any explicit content myself. I only shared it with a few friends. It doesn't seem fair that my account was taken away for this. I have already sent my identification to the Facebook team to prove I am not violating any rules. Could you please advise me on how to recover my account? In case they find my actions acceptable, how long will it take to reinstate my account? Your assistance is appreciated.

I believe I may have unintentionally violated their standards when I referred to Biden's son looking like a cigarette, using the term "FAG." I understand it can be offensive, but it also means cigarette in England. I've witnessed people call the President various offensive names without repercussions, so it seems like there's a double standard. I was suspended for 7 days, and I find this situation frustrating, to say the least.

Hello, I run a Facebook page and I'm facing an issue with my ads. They are approved and active. However, once they spend about $2 out of my $10 daily budget, they stop reaching people. I contacted support and was told that editing my audience caused this problem. I boosted the ads using my personal Facebook account and my Visa card with a new audience without making any changes, but the problem continues. This is impacting my sales significantly. Hello, two days ago I received a lawsuit on Facebook for posting fan art of an artist from Instagram. The post was made months ago (which I didn't even remember I did due to the long time passed). It was on a page known as "Nathaniel FD," where I worked as a content editor. The fan art was NOT stolen or used for profit, as it even linked back to the artist's social media, so no copyright infringement occurred. Therefore, the lawsuit is unfair, and my personal account from years ago was deleted for the same reason. I believe they are making a mistake and being unjust. I hope they reconsider my case and kindly restore my account that was unfairly disabled.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I recently purchased a new phone and when I attempted to log in with my information, I discovered that my account had been compromised. Subsequently, I created a new account, only to have that one disabled as well. In my panic, I continued to create more accounts without realizing that this was not the appropriate course of action. My main goal is to regain access to my original account, which was hacked by someone. Some of the account names associated with me are Stacey Denise Baylor, Stacy Baylor, and SD Baylor. I have been unable to access my account for several months. I've created a new account, but I really need to regain access to my old one as it holds sentimental value with content I can't retrieve otherwise. I can provide identification, including my social security number, and I am willing to do whatever is necessary to prove my identity, including FaceTime. The name on my Facebook matches the name on my ID. I went to bed with everything working fine and woke up locked out the next morning, unable to log in since then. I can access my email and password, but Facebook is asking me to confirm my account with a phone number I no longer have. This outdated number has become a barrier, as I am unable to receive the verification code. Usually, I don't rely on phone numbers for my account security due to situations like this. I have been unable to access my account for several months. This account has been active for nearly a decade, and I can provide proof of my identity. I am currently unable to access my Messenger account. I typically use Messenger without a Facebook account and originally registered using my personal phone number. After encountering a login issue, I logged in using a friend's phone number and was able to access my account. However, after mistakenly uninstalling Messenger and attempting to log in again with the last used phone number, I was instead directed to my friend's account without any suggestions to select my own. I am now in need of assistance to regain access to my Messenger account. Thank you.

I recently received an email that appears to be from you. It says that I have marked one of my Facebook friends as a Close Friend. However, I have never done this before and I was not aware of the Close Friends feature on Facebook until I received this email. Also, the "Close Friend" option is not selected in the menu on her profile page. I am using your app on an Android 8 device. I would like Facebook to refrain from considering her as a Close Friend of mine unless I choose to do so willingly. I also request that Facebook does not act hastily regarding this matter. If she decides to mark me as one of her Close Friends, she should be able to do so without any issues.

Hello, I am inquiring about a Facebook page owned by a charity organization I am involved with, named Westport Tourism. Several of us managed this page for tourism ads until it was taken over by someone not affiliated with Westport Tourism. I'd like to clarify the situation. Recently, a customer revised her initial review on our Facebook page, Claire's Cabinet Refinishing, nearly two years after we finished her project. She lowered her rating from 5 stars to 1 star. After discussing with her, she acknowledged that the review was unfair and removed it. As a result, our star rating has dropped to 4.8 stars. I kindly request that the rating be adjusted back to 5 stars. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am the owner and main admin of a group called "Wilson Subway and Bus Division and beyond," which I established on Jan 4, [redacted]. Recently, I've noticed two other groups that have changed their names to "TTC Wilson Bus and Subway Division" on Nov 28, [redacted], and "TTC Wilson Bus Division" on Mar 21, [redacted]. The similarity in names is causing confusion. When I created my group, there were no others with a similar name.
