I recently switched to a new phone and moved all my apps over. During this process, I got logged out of Facebook. I had changed my password previously, but now it seems it's not being accepted. I'm struggling to regain access to my account as I no longer have my old phone number or access to the email I used, which was set up for me by a family member a while back. I understand this is a challenging situation, but I'm hoping there's a solution to recover my longstanding account.

My Facebook account was hacked recently after I shared my information with an individual who was selling concert tickets online. The account responsible for this fraudulent activity belongs to Ashley Caroline Tucker. I am Fabianna Dominguez. The account attached to my phone number ([redacted]) has been compromised. There are two accounts associated with my name, one profile without a picture and the other with pictures of me and my child. Unfortunately, the account with a profile picture has been hacked, and all my recovery emails have been altered and replaced with "s**********4@o******.com", an email address I do not recognize nor authorize to access my account. I urgently need assistance in reclaiming control of my account.

Hello, I believe my husband was deceived by someone pretending to be someone else on Facebook. They asked for help with medical bills, and after communicating through Messenger, their account was suddenly closed. The person claimed their account was shut down after attempting to log in from work in Mexico. Their name is Alonica Benosa. Could someone please check how long their account has been active and who closed it down? Any help would be appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled on Friday morning, December 6, [redacted]. I recently discovered, on December 7, that someone named Brent Robert Gallego posted something somewhat harassing and tagged me, along with other accounts. Since my account is disabled, I cannot untag myself. I do not know who Brent Robert Gallego is. My friend list has reached the maximum of [redacted], and I usually accept friend requests from anyone on Facebook. I urgently need assistance to untag my name, Rodrigo Antequisa, from the post by Brent Robert Gallego dated November 19, [redacted], at 7:02 AM. Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account under the name Rodrigo Antequisa was disabled on December 6, [redacted]. I recently discovered that my name was tagged by the account belonging to Brent Robert Gallego in a post dated November 19, [redacted]. I feel uncomfortable being associated with this post, but I am unable to remove the tag myself due to my disabled account. I would appreciate it if you could kindly remove Rodrigo Antequisa from being friends with Brent Robert Gallego, as I do not know him personally and did not intend to connect with him when accepting his friend request amongst my maximum of [redacted] friends on Facebook. My sister, K.E.C., is a missionary on a remote island in the Philippines, originally from Kansas City. She depends on Facebook to stay connected with friends, family, and supporters. In mid-October, she received this message: "Out of the blue, FB asked for a 'security check'... FB required a phone number for verification, but codes didn't come through on my Filipino number. After two days of frustration trying to resolve the issue, I opted to create a new account."

I am having trouble accessing my account. I do not have a phone number linked to my account, and my email is currently inaccessible. Despite attempting to use the identity verification link, I am repeatedly receiving a message indicating no results found. My wife is experiencing a similar issue when trying to access her account, even though she can log in successfully. Could you please send a password reset for my Facebook account to her mobile number instead?

Hello! I own Claire's Cabinet Refinishing on Facebook. I have invested a lot with you. I am a big fan of Facebook. Recently, a customer updated her review from 5 stars to 1 star, impacting my business. The job was completed almost 2 years ago, and she removed the review after reposting it, which was unfair. I am having trouble resetting my Facebook password. When I try to reset it by clicking "forgot password" and selecting the Gmail option, it only recovers my email account but doesn't change my Facebook password. This cycle keeps repeating each time I attempt to reset it.

I discovered a fake profile under the name Miley Andilikegirls, associated with my email address [redacted] This account contains explicit pictures of me that were taken without my consent. The privacy settings are adjusted so that only the user can view these images. I attempted to delete the account using a password provided by a detective, but Facebook requires me to change the account name and submit my ID to access it. I urgently request assistance in removing this unauthorized profile.

I am having an issue with the birth date I entered. Initially, I accidentally put my age as 13 or 14 instead of my actual age, which is 67. Consequently, I receive numerous ads related to music. I've attempted to correct my birth date to the accurate one, but I am not able to do it. I feel like it's an invasion of my privacy that this information is required in the first place, and I'm unsure of the reason behind it. Initially, my ad was flagged for potential scam content, but after submitting a request for review, it was approved. However, when I made changes to the targeting and audience of the ad, it was disapproved again upon resubmission. Subsequently, my business account was flagged for suspicious activity and underwent a verification process to confirm my identity. Despite complying with the picture and anti-robot verification, my account was disabled without explanation. I fell victim to a phishing scam on Facebook while attempting to purchase concert tickets. My account is now compromised and controlled by a scammer who is selling various concert tickets. They have taken it a step further by using my driver's license, which was shared on my Facebook Messenger, as proof of my identity. The scammer has changed my email and phone number, making it impossible for me to recover the account. Despite multiple attempts at utilizing Facebook's recovery process by obtaining codes from trusted friends, I have not received any emails or texts containing the recovery link. I have collected screenshots from another individual who was also scammed by this person. I urgently request for my account to be either disabled or for the password to be reset so I can address the consequences of this hacker's actions.

After deleting my Facebook account, I attempted to join a website that requires a Facebook account due to site issues. When creating an account with exaggerated details, I encountered a "under review" message after confirming the account. Subsequent attempts with various emails, names, and web browsers have resulted in the same outcome. I uploaded photos and contacted Facebook through email but have not received a response yet.

I recently set up my first Facebook account and was in the process of learning how to use it when suddenly it was disabled due to suspicious activity. I then created a new account, which was also disabled. After complying with their requests for a verification code, a photo of myself, and an identification document displaying my name and birthdate, using my voter's card as directed, I have yet to receive any further communication from them.

I haven't been able to access my Facebook account for over six months now. It seems like I'm locked out and struggling to pass the security check. The only option I'm given is to verify my identity by contacting three trusted friends out of the five I selected on Facebook. However, the friends I've selected either don't have accounts anymore or are unwilling to assist. I'm looking for alternative ways to verify my identity rather than relying on trusted friends.

Hello, My name is Yasir Jaffrani, and I had a Facebook account with the username Yasir.jaffrani. My email was [redacted] A week ago, when I tried to log in, I received a message saying that my account had been disabled, and I am unsure why. My account was primarily for my business pages - Yasir Trade International and a page I administered named Ali Co and Sons since [redacted]. I am not sure what caused my account to be disabled.
