I have been experiencing issues selling clothes on Facebook Marketplace. My posts keep getting flagged for policy violations even though they are just descriptions of the items. I have appealed in the past, and one was cleared, but two were denied. I'm unsure if it's an automated system flagging them. I received a warning that my Marketplace privileges may be revoked if I continue posting items against policies, which is why I am concerned. Even though I have sold new clothing items on the site, I am puzzled as to why my listings are flagged despite my careful approach. An example of a recent flagged listing was for a brand-new brown leather backpack. The detailed description included its features and the reason for selling. The listing was about a "MEDICI Firenze GENUINE Brown Leather Backpack (NEW, Made in Italy)."

I last accessed my account on Tuesday, December 10th, [redacted]. However, on Saturday, December 14th, [redacted], a Facebook friend contacted me about a white man's picture on my profile, which I did not put there. That same Saturday night, I attempted to log in, but now all I see is the white man's face with my name, and my password no longer works. Despite trying to reset it, I have been unsuccessful. I am seeking assistance to change my password and regain access to my account. Thank you and stay blessed.

On December 13th, I received a message on Messenger from my friend on Facebook, Dominika Kubas. She shared an article from a newspaper in Poland (wiadomości24-EU) with me. When I clicked the link, I was asked to enter my username and password for Facebook. After doing so, I couldn't see anything. The next day, my friend asked me why I sent them a message about coupons for stores in Poland and Germany, which I didn't. Some people advised me to change my password, which I did, as they suspected it might be a virus. I warned others not to open any messages from me. I've been trying to contact Facebook, but I haven't had any luck as they've blocked me. It's been over 72 hours, and I still haven't received any updates from Facebook on when the issue will be resolved. Thank you, Piotr C. Good morning, my ten-year-old Facebook account was hacked recently, and my efforts to recover it have been unsuccessful. The hackers changed my security recovery details before altering the password. Currently studying in law school in Nigeria, it seems the hacker, who is in Cameroon, has been demanding money from my contacts. Some have reached out to me via WhatsApp to inquire about the situation. I attempted to create a new account while hoping for the restoration of the old one, but it seems to have been deleted. I previously used the name Ntungwen Elvis Galabe, which I changed to Ntungala El-galab due to political instability in Cameroon.

My business ad account keeps getting disabled repeatedly for unknown reasons. In the last two days, it has been disabled four times, causing a disruption in my advertising efforts. Although the account is eventually re-enabled after about five hours each time, I am concerned about the impact on the ads I'm paying for. Despite multiple inquiries about the issue and ensuring compliance with policies, there has been no response explaining the cause of the problem. I am perplexed as to why my ads are triggering these account suspensions when I have not violated any policies.

I experienced difficulty logging into my Facebook account. Initially, I reset my password, but I was then asked to enter a security code from an inactive phone number. Even after resetting my password, I continued to be directed to use the inactive number. I have an active number linked to the account, but the system is not providing that option for the security code. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my account. My page continuously sends out messages to people saying, 'Hi (person's name) Please let us know how we can help you.' This is happening without my intention, as there is no feature to deactivate it. The issue is exacerbated by the fact that it sends these messages in various languages, resulting in replies in languages like Spanish that I cannot comprehend, leaving me no choice but to respond with a thumbs-up. How can I disable this function? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty logging in. Although I am currently logged into my old device, I cannot remember my password to access my account on my new phone as my email address does not match. Consequently, I am unable to receive the login codes needed to reset my password. When I attempt to log in using my phone number and password, it directs me to a different person's account. My goal is to access the correct account. This issue arose a few months ago when I was locked out and could not access the correct account despite using the right password; instead, I was directed to the wrong account belonging to someone else. Back then, I resolved the problem by using my Yahoo email address, which was linked to my Facebook account. It would be appreciated if my Yahoo email address could be connected to my Facebook account to facilitate my access.

On 11.12, my Facebook account got hacked, losing admin privileges for my business page @cartefunciara.info. I was removed as admin, and the new admins post irrelevant content. I uploaded a video on a page where I'm an admin, and it disappeared without any explanation or notification. When I tried re-uploading it, I received a brief error message stating that it could not be shared. I have the same video on Youtube, but when attempting to share the Youtube video on Facebook, it was unsuccessful without any clarification. I did not receive an email regarding the video, such as if it infringed on copyright laws.

Hello, I can no longer access the email listed on my Facebook account and have also forgotten my password. Since last Friday, I have been attempting to recover access to my profile through trusted friends. However, Facebook keeps informing me of a restriction on my account for a certain period of time. I am unsure of the exact issue but would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can regain access to my account.

I need to change my phone number on Facebook Messenger from the one I used while I was Active Duty in Korea to my current USA number. I've been waiting for hours for the verification code, but haven't received it. When I tried to update my number, it said it was confirmed on another account, preventing me from contacting new people. I must have tried too many times to get the code, as it now says I have to wait since it flagged me as spam.

My personal Facebook account and Instagram account were hacked overnight, leading to both platforms removing me for violating their terms of service. I submitted appeals to Instagram and Facebook. Fortunately, Instagram reinstated my account after I explained the hacking incident. However, Facebook required me to upload my ID and name, only to later send an automated email stating my account was permanently deleted for terms violation, impacting my business page with over [redacted] followers. This situation has greatly affected my business as clients couldn't reach me for appointments, and I can no longer run sponsored posts. Although I created a new personal profile, I am still eager to regain access to my original account. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I've been trying to get help from Facebook for over a week, but they haven't resolved my issue with my account. I'm really frustrated with their lack of assistance. It's disappointing that such a popular app like Facebook is not addressing my problem. If they could just solve it, I wouldn't be so upset. I've decided to delete my account due to this experience. Hopefully, providing feedback will make a difference.

Hello, my name is Hasnain. A few days ago, when I tried to access my account, I received a message stating that I can't use Facebook at the moment. Initially, I suspected it could be a connection issue, but then I recalled that I had logged into my account using my brother's phone while he was using Facebook. After upgrading to my new iPhone XR and syncing it to my old phone through the cloud, I encountered an issue with Facebook. Upon trying to open it for the first time, it prompted me for my password. However, the email linked to my original profile, a yahoo.com address, was hacked more than a decade ago, and I cannot remember the password. Despite my phone number being linked to the account, the code requests never yield a code being sent.

I logged in, and now it's prompting a security check through my old phone numbers or trusted friends. I haven't used this account in years, and I no longer have contact with these friends. I keep receiving codes via email to reset my password, but the issue persists, asking to send another code to my old phone numbers or trusted friends, which is not feasible for me anymore.
