I bought something from Tingalee, a sponsored website. I got a confirmation for the purchase, and they charged my account. They mentioned it would take 2 business days. I tried emailing them, but my emails were returned as their email seemed unavailable. When I called, the phone number was disconnected. I'm concerned it might be a scam. I'm hoping to get my $[redacted].00 refunded since this was a Christmas present. Appreciate any assistance. Thank you, D.P.

I recently upgraded my cell phone and reset my old one. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password and have two-factor authentication set up on my account. This is making it difficult for me to access my account. I'm unable to reset my password because of the two-factor authentication. I'm looking for assistance in obtaining a temporary password or guidance on how to receive a code to log back into my account. I'm aware that Facebook uses a third-party authentication code app, but I'm unsure which one I need to download. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I unintentionally shared a copyrighted image which led to my Facebook account being disabled due to a complaint. I reached out to the person who reported it, Michelle Riad at [redacted], and she promised to contact Facebook to retract the complaint and restore my account. Despite multiple attempts from both of us, my account remains in "Facebook Jail." I have diligently followed Facebook's instructions without success. Unfortunately, contacting Facebook directly seems impossible, and I am feeling frustrated. My name is Rusty Goldman, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

Yesterday and the day before, a young man named Jeff continuously harassed me despite my requests for him to stop. I got upset and made some inappropriate comments in response. Subsequently, he reported me, which led to my account being blocked. The issue I have is that Facebook did not consider all the messages he sent me before making their decision. I understand if I am blocked, but it is unfair that he got away with his behavior while I faced consequences. I value fairness and tried to uphold my Christian values, but this situation pushed me over the edge. I don't expect any action to be taken, but I believe Facebook should review the entire conversation before taking action. Thank you for listening.

We organized a fundraiser for Giving Tuesday as the nonprofit Junior League of Charlotte. We initially expected to receive our payment through Network for Good but realized on Giving Tuesday morning that our account is configured for direct deposits. We changed bank accounts this year and are worried that the funds from Giving Tuesday might not reach us correctly. I tried to update our bank account details on Facebook but couldn't view the associated bank account due to our account settings. I am dealing with a frustrating situation. My old Facebook account was hacked, so I created a new one to continue using the platform. All my social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram, are blue check verified. However, my Instagram account was disabled on December 5th, [redacted], due to an alleged violation. My phone was misplaced in a store, but I was able to retrieve it using find my phone. Unfortunately, many of my accounts were compromised during this incident. I am aware of the attacks against my account and the legitimacy being questioned. I need guidance on how to restore my Instagram account and rectify this situation. Thank you.

I bought an item from Katie Frost on Market Place and paid $60 via Cashapp. When I arrived at the agreed time to pick up the item after a 2-hour drive, no one was there. Even after being told her husband would be there, I waited for over 2 1/2 hours with no sign of anyone. Katie assured me of a full refund, which I have yet to receive, as she resold the item. I seek a full refund from Katie and request her removal from Market Place. Her actions reflect poorly on the platform. The purchase was made on Oct. 28th, [redacted]. Despite contacting Katie multiple times and giving her over a month to refund me, she has failed to do so after promising each time. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marilyn Haller.

I was contacted by a Facebook friend regarding government hardship assistance, and after some communication, I discovered my email address had been changed without my knowledge to an unknown address. Checking my location history, I noticed a log-in from Nigeria, prompting me to change my password. Despite my efforts, the unauthorized person changed both my email and password. I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue through Facebook's provided links. I am urgently seeking assistance from a Facebook employee to regain control of my account. A troll wrongly reported my comment on a Facebook page, resulting in a 2-day suspension of my account. After requesting a review, Facebook reinstated my comment privileges, acknowledging their error. However, my account was suspended again for alleged violation, despite my comment showing me asking the troll to leave and the troll provoking me.

I recently set up a new Facebook account and created a business page. Unfortunately, my customers cannot access the page as it has been blocked. The message I received reads: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're currently reviewing your submission. We're always looking out for the security of our community, so until then, you won't be able to use Facebook." I am unsure why this occurred, and the situation is unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts through Instagram support, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my page. I have provided photos with the support team's given code for verification, received the reset password link, but have been unable to access my account due to suspicious activity and the need to verify the email or phone number, even after changing the password. I am prepared to submit any necessary documentation to prove ownership of my page, especially as my photos and videos are still accessible. Several well-known bloggers with over 250K followers can vouch for me, as they know me personally and are willing to provide any necessary support. I have been experiencing problems with fake accounts impersonating me on both Facebook and Instagram. I have attempted to change my settings for verification purposes, but I cannot find the option on my general settings page in Facebook. I am looking to access the feature in general settings in order to request Facebook verification successfully. I have a Facebook business page and an Instagram business page that are linked. However, Facebook is indicating that my Instagram page is connected to a different Facebook page. When I try to confirm the connection on Instagram, it's not successful. I've attempted to disconnect and reconnect the pages, but I'm unable to do so successfully.

I usually post religious content and am a top fan of the late RW Schambach, a pastor. I conduct my social marketing business on Facebook, focusing on nutrition and supplements. However, my account suddenly got disabled without any explanation. I rely on my account for business, and every moment offline is a loss for me. My son was arrested for pushing a policeman. He was taken to the police station and received a caution. However, someone witnessed this and has posted a video. It is distressing for myself and my son as he is looking for work. We both reported it, and it was taken off, but the person whose name is Omar Rahman has now reposted it again. We have reported it again, but it is still being displayed. Do you have any advice?
