I recently faced some issues with my Facebook accounts due to password problems after being in jail and prison. Subsequently, I created new accounts but would now like to streamline and keep one, specifically the one displaying my marriage licenses and photos. I am eager to resolve this and consolidate everything into a single account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Desiree Sam.

Hello, my name is Renee Lapins. My Facebook account was hacked by someone who is now attempting to extort me for explicit photos or money to regain control. It's a frightening situation. Furthermore, I was notified that the hacker created a fake account where he posted my pictures and defamed me. The fake account used the name Jake Smith. I am uncertain about the identity of this individual. I urge you to assist me in recovering my account before any further harm is done.

Hello, Yesterday, I received a message from Facebook indicating that my account may have been compromised, resulting in it being temporarily locked. Despite attempting to log in numerous times since being locked out, Facebook prompts me to create a new password each time. However, the process gets stuck at 'CHECK YOUR RECENT POSTS,' even if I try to delete some posts. This issue is critical as my business pages are connected to my account, with ongoing promotions that I cannot access. I have attached screenshots showing where the process stalls at "Check your recent posts." Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having trouble resetting my Facebook password. When I try to reset it, the prompt tells me to contact my trusted friends, but two of them aren't responding with the codes. This is preventing me from completing the process. I need a solution. Thank you. Regards, Harry.

I recently got a message from Facebook stating that my name is not allowed on the platform. I go by North End Evers due to being the last of 11 Evers and living on the North End. My business, North End Storage and Sales, is known in town by that name, making it easier for customers to find me. However, my account for North End is not functioning correctly, resulting in lost local business. I also use "North End" to differentiate from my cousin, Ryan Phillip Evers. I believe I have not violated any rules. The affected account is North End, reachable at [redacted] or [redacted]

I believe my account has been compromised as unauthorized ads were posted from my page 'Harambee dames 1,' and the perpetrator removed other administrators. They also created a Business Manager account using my name but a different address and country. I wish to permanently delete this Business Manager account as I have no intention of posting ads. However, I am unable to do so. Any assistance on removing it would be appreciated.

Hello, my name is Andrew Q. I recently had my account suspended for 30 days because of an inappropriate comment I made in a private group dedicated to role-playing as older individuals (boomers) and speaking freely. The group's rule is "nothing's off limits and no tattling." I want my account reinstated as I understand the mistake and will not repeat this behavior. I rely on Facebook to stay connected, especially with my birthday, Christmas, and New Year's approaching. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. I managed to reset the password and verify my identity. However, I'm now stuck at the login because it's asking for a code from a generator which I don't have access to. I'm unable to proceed further without this code.

I suspect my Facebook and Instagram accounts were compromised. I got 2 emails from Facebook Security about password resets that I didn't request. When I tried to log in and secure my account, I found out it was disabled for violating terms of use. I have always followed the rules and am positive I didn't breach any policies. I believe someone tried to hijack my account due to the unauthorized password reset attempts. Despite informing Facebook support, no actions have been taken.

My Facebook page was compromised on December 1, [redacted]. The hacker altered the email and phone number associated with the account, preventing me from recovering it. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, no action has been taken. The hacker is exploiting my contacts, attempting to extort money or engage them in tax-free schemes. They are impersonating me on friends' timelines and swiftly responding with accurate information to questions. When friends confront them, they resort to foul language. They are warning others not to accept friend requests from me, insisting I am the impersonator. The hacker even posted inappropriate content about my 15-year-old daughter. I have advised everyone to block my compromised account and wish to regain control to enhance security. Multiple reports have been filed with Facebook, the FTC, local law enforcement, and cybercrime units, but there has been no resolution.

Hello, my account was deactivated, and I am unsure why. This is troubling for me as my partner recently passed away, and I have been sharing a lot of mental health content. I suspect this may have triggered the deactivation. This is the only recent change on my Facebook, which I have had for over 13 years. It is crucial for me to regain access to this account because it contains all my conversations with my late boyfriend and our photos. I am pleading with you to reach out to me or reactivate my account. If necessary, you can contact me at [redacted]

Recently, my Facebook account under the name Kenneth Rocher Villa got flagged for spam and needed a security check. I followed all the steps provided and entered the confirmation code from the SMS, but it kept saying the code was invalid. When I tried to resend the code, I didn't receive it despite multiple attempts. I need a valid code to be sent to me so I can successfully verify my account.

**Facebook Login Issue** Subject: Need Assistance with 2-Step Verification I encountered a problem with my Facebook login due to 2-step verification using Google Authenticator. Despite backing up everything on iCloud, when I changed phones, my account was erased from the Google Authenticator app. I am now stuck in a loop requiring a code that I can't retrieve because the listed Facebook account was lost. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to disable the 2-step verification, allowing me to login with my username and password until I can set up the verification again once I regain access to my account. Your prompt help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. I am willing to undergo any necessary verification process and can provide my photo ID as proof of ownership. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I have been trying to locate a receipt for an advertisement we placed on Instagram. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find it in our ad manager. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining a copy of the receipt or guiding me on where to locate it. We initially had our page set up as a 'professional account', but we later deactivated and reactivated it, which may have impacted access to the receipt. I have the payment amount of £13.18 and the transaction code as it appears on our business bank account statement: FACEBK NNA2PJS4U2,13.18. The transaction date is 31.10.[redacted].

A while back, I attempted to create my first Facebook personal account. Instead of using my own photo, I opted for a sunflower and went by the name Chaw. Unfortunately, the account got disabled before I could add much information. I need a personal account to eventually transition to a business account, as I plan to set up an online store. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, my ID submission was rejected. I tried creating a new Facebook account recently, but encountered the same problem. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I got logged out of my Facebook account and tried to reset the password to regain access. I have two email addresses linked to the account, but I can't remember the login for one. I receive notifications on the email I can access. Facebook asked for my California ID to recover the account, but I haven't heard back from them after submitting it twice. I need help recovering my account.

I had five ad accounts, one was active, and the other four were unused. Recently, all four of the unused accounts were disabled simultaneously. Subsequently, out of those four, one of the accounts started being used in the last two weeks and has been active. While I was utilizing the one active account for my Facebook ads, I submitted an appeal to reactivate the disabled accounts and awaited their response. Unfortunately, the last active ad account was banned and disabled, citing "circumventing Systems" as the reason. I am unsure about the next steps to take in this situation.
