I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under [redacted] It seems like someone has hacked my account and changed my password. I've attempted to log in multiple times, but I keep receiving an error message stating the password is incorrect. Additionally, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account, and my Gmail password has also been changed. The notes I kept with all my login information have mysteriously disappeared. I am Vickie Boggess, and I initially created this account in November [redacted]. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

I currently own a Facebook account. I have recently acquired a new phone with a different number. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both my Facebook and email passwords. The situation is urgent as I need to sell the phone where my Facebook account is logged in. The email associated with my Facebook was created a long time ago during my initial sign-up. Regrettably, I cannot recall the answers to my security questions or my recent passwords. My primary goal is to regain access to my Facebook account on my current phone. Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding a fake account on Facebook. The fake account is using my girlfriend's picture and posting malicious comments. Both my girlfriend and I have reported the account, but it has not been taken down. The fake account goes by the name JM O. Reyes and Mae O. Reyes, while my girlfriend's real account name is JM O. Reyes, now changed to Mayyang Orani Reyes. We kindly request for the fake accounts to be removed to avoid any further issues. Thank you.

Hello, I am Marko. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got disabled because of a video my friends shared without my knowledge while using my phone. I recently received an email notifying me that someone had accessed my account. Unfortunately, by the time I saw it, my password had already been changed, and now I am unable to regain access. The bigger issue is that I have not used the email [redacted] since my teenage years, which is apparently where Facebook is sending the login code. I have followed Facebook's instructions by submitting my driver's license and a note with a unique code, but I have yet to receive a response. The email address I need the login code to be sent to is [redacted]

I am looking for a fake Facebook account that was set up in my name while I was in prison. The page, named "Barts a rat or punk bitch rat," has been disabled or removed. I suspect the prison guards, with the help of the cops, set me up while I was at the Utah Department of Corrections Gunnison prison in [redacted]. I am planning to sue the Utah Department of Corrections for this incident. The fake account was created around June or July of [redacted], and I would like to obtain a copy of the page for legal purposes. Thank you.

My ex pretended to be a friend in need of help with their Facebook account. I unknowingly sent verification codes to him, thinking I was helping her. He then used the codes to access my account, changed the recovery email, and removed my phone number. Now, he has full control, and I'm locked out. I need to regain access to my account and prevent him from using it further.

Hello, I have forgotten my Facebook password and I am unable to reset it because I no longer have access to the mobile number linked to my account. I can remember my old password that I have had since I joined Facebook. Please assist me as it says it's not familiar with the device I am trying to log in with. Despite usually using this device to log in, I have also tried other devices I normally use, but the same error keeps happening. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having trouble understanding the marketplace's commerce policies. Despite my efforts, I repeatedly have my ads for Marriage Celebrant services rejected due to policies that prohibit service advertisements. Yet, I notice approved ads for other Celebrants, event services, plumbers, painters, and cleaners. I am confused as to why my ads are declined while theirs are accepted. I solely use Messenger without a Facebook account. Recently, I encountered an issue where I can't send or receive messages or calls. Despite being connected to wifi or a network, I receive a message stating that I'm not connected. Messenger status indicates it's searching for a network. I have ensured Messenger has all necessary permissions, restarted my device, cleared the cache and data, and even reinstalled Messenger. However, I'm now prompted to log in using my phone number, but I receive an error message "Service temporarily unavailable (2)" upon doing so. I checked online and found no widespread problems or maintenance issues with Messenger. As this is our main way of communication while my girlfriend is abroad, I urgently need a solution.

For the past six days, I have been unable to access my Facebook since it is linked to my mobile number ([redacted]2) and not an email address. I have since created an email that I would like to connect to my Facebook account once it is reactivated. My name on Facebook is "Jason Max Mendes Pangasian," but my real name, as per my ID and ATM card sent to the Facebook help center, is Jason Rey Iligan Pangasian. Mendes is simply a nickname inspired by my idol, Shawn Mendes. Most of my profile pictures are of myself, with the exception of one where I changed it to a picture of Shawn Mendes, set on private mode for "only me." I did not intend any harm or impersonation; I was merely paying tribute to my favorite singer. I understand this is against the rules and have removed the picture. I recently got a notification from Facebook stating "Your comment goes against our community standards and only you can see this." However, it didn't specify which comment or post violated the standards. I had to acknowledge it as a warning, with the possibility of being banned if it happens again. I can't remember making any inappropriate comments and have even received hurtful messages myself, like the one from Karen Dixie Dixon. For clarification, I would appreciate knowing the post or comment that triggered the notification on November 29, [redacted].

I recently had to reset my password on my Facebook account after not logging in for a while. When asked where to send the reset code, I chose my email address. However, I did not receive anything from Facebook to my email. I tested my email by sending one from another account, and it works fine. I encountered an issue trying to access my Facebook account today. Initially, it prompted me to sign in, but then claimed my password was incorrect and that there was no account linked to my previous email address, [redacted] When I tried my current email, I didn't find my account either. While playing Candy Crush, I attempted to purchase 50 pieces of gold. I received multiple error messages stating there was an issue with my credit card and that it wouldn't be charged. Despite this, upon checking my bank account, I discovered that I was charged for each unsuccessful attempt to buy gold. I did not receive any gold, even though I was charged for these failed transactions. I would like the charges reversed as soon as possible as this situation is quite frustrating.

We have a large Instagram page with over 1 million followers. We use a third-party app to post because we are in a different time zone from our main market, which is football. The third-party app is an Instagram partner. However, we are continuously getting blocked from commenting. Instagram suspects that we are using a bot to boost followers and likes, but this is not true. We are looking for help because no one from Instagram is reachable.

I ended a relationship with my ex-boyfriend 1.5 years ago because of abuse. Unfortunately, he continues to stalk me by messaging, calling, and texting me. He even goes as far as driving by my workplace and harassing my friends and family. He has become fixated on me, to the point that my current boyfriend had to block him. Despite my efforts to block him, his Facebook still shows old pictures of me and falsely claims we are in a relationship. This behavior is not new; he has a history of restraining orders from his past relationships. I am fearful and want all traces of me removed from his social media as it is affecting my life, work, and loved ones. I have asked him to stop and remove me, but he refuses to listen.

I recently created a business page on Facebook but received a message that a post featuring my business truck and name didn't meet community standards. Upon disagreeing, my personal and business accounts got disabled. Facebook requested a picture of myself, which I provided, and mentioned they are reviewing my submissions. However, I never set up a picture on my ancient personal page and used a different name to protect my identity. I'm unsure how to proceed as I can't reach anyone at Facebook for assistance. Is it possible to create a new personal page and restart the business page successfully, or will there be issues because of the blocked business page? This isn't the first time I've encountered these problems and can't reuse my previous business email after a failed attempt. It's frustrating as I'm continually advised to use Facebook for my business, but the lack of support is disheartening. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
