A few months back, my account was hacked. Following that, I made a new account which was working fine until it got disabled. This happened multiple times, about five or six now. I provided my ID when the account was briefly accessible. I rely on Facebook to stay connected with loved ones as I am dealing with cancer and other health challenges, often in the hospital or at home. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I'm looking for clarification on why my post was removed. I was excited about a product I received and wanted to share my positive experience to potentially help others facing similar issues. I appreciate the effort to explain the situation, although I would have liked the option to discuss this over the phone. Thank you for providing me with insights rather than a generic response.

My personal Facebook account got disabled because I was using a fake name or impersonating myself. I have been using this account for years. I have submitted various forms of identification like birth certificate, passport, driver's license, mail, photo ID, school ID, work ID, and visa. However, all I receive is an automated response requesting authentic identification. I feel frustrated that I am currently in "Facebook jail" due to this issue.

I can't access my Facebook account because I lost my phone, which had the number for receiving my account codes. Facebook sent me an email about deactivating my account, which I didn't request. I've been stuck in a loop trying to log in, change my password, and send identification multiple times. I need help removing 2FA and disabling the code generator on my Facebook account.

I recently discovered that a police officer in Boise, Idaho, named Janae V., has a photo of me without my knowledge or consent. This image, taken under a bridge in April or May of [redacted], is now causing me hardship and is being used inappropriately by Officer V. I heard about this from a friend, and I am concerned about the situation. Unfortunately, the account with the photo is private, so I am unable to access it myself. I would appreciate any advice on how to address this matter.

My mother recently got a new phone and is having trouble logging into her Facebook account. She originally set up the account using my phone number, [redacted]. Despite trying the "forgot password" and other options, she is unable to regain access. This is crucial as her business page is connected to her account. I kindly request assistance on her behalf, as I am using a different phone to reach out. Her contact number is [redacted], email is [redacted], and name is Bernadine Brits.

I recently purchased a new phone, and I am having trouble logging in because it is asking for a code generator that I am not familiar with. When I tried to reset the password by selecting "forget account," I received a security code via email, which I used to reset the password. However, I did not receive the text message with the code to complete the login process. I am unsure if my phone number is associated with the account for receiving such codes. I am seeking assistance on bypassing the code generator or understanding how to use it.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently experienced an issue with my compromised Facebook account. Despite submitting proof of my identity as the rightful owner, I have not received any feedback from Facebook since the incident on 8/11/[redacted]. The situation has left me feeling both frustrated and anxious as I am currently unable to reach my clients or access important information. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently experienced an issue with my compromised Facebook account. Despite following the necessary steps through the Facebook Help Center to report the compromise and having the account disabled promptly before any spam updates were sent out by the hacker, I find myself in a situation where I no longer have access to my account. I have submitted reports to Facebook providing proof of my identity through my ID card, affirming that I am the rightful owner of the account. Regrettably, there has been no feedback from Facebook regarding this issue since August 11, [redacted]. The inability to access my account has left me feeling both depressed and frustrated, as it has severed my ability to communicate with clients and access other important information. I kindly request that Facebook facilitates the re-enabling of my account as soon as possible. I eagerly await your timely response to resolve this matter.

I seem to have lost access to my original Facebook page after attempting to update my email address. Now, I can only see a partial version of my profile with posts but no contacts or friends. Another account linked to Firefox shows everything missing. I hope to restore all my contacts and regain access to my previous account. Please assist me in recovering my lost connections and history. Your help is greatly appreciated. Best, Richard M. [redacted] [redacted]

I have been unable to access my Facebook account since Wednesday, 11/27. When I tried to log in on that morning, it prompted me for a security code that was never received via text. My profile appears disabled or missing, as none of my friends can locate it. I have seen similar complaints on other sites, suggesting a widespread issue that needs fixing. How can I resolve this glitch and regain access to my account on Facebook? My account email is [redacted] There are precious memories and photos of my daughter's 5 years of life stored there, and I am devastated at the thought of losing them forever. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used my account in over a year and I'm trying to reactivate it to delete it. After resetting my password successfully, Facebook now requires a 6-digit code for two-factor authentication (2FA), which I never receive. I can still enter either my phone number or email address for login attempts, but no authentication code arrives. I've tried requesting help from Facebook, but they only send me a code to reset my password, even though I've already done that. Please assist me with this issue. My Facebook Messenger is also affected.

My Facebook was hacked some time ago, and I have been attempting to recover it. However, I am currently stuck as I do not have complete access. It asks for a 6-digit code from a generator to access it, but I cannot retrieve it because when my account was hacked, the session timed out on all my devices. On top of that, I need to change the email linked to my Facebook account as I no longer have access to it. I set up the account when I was younger and cannot recall the password.

While using Internet Explorer, I attempted to set up a Facebook Business Manager Account and received a notification about a secure login when checking my personal page. Subsequently, I encountered messages indicating someone may have tried to access my account, prompting identity verification and password change. Despite numerous attempts to verify and reset the password, I keep encountering an error message instructing me to try again later. This issue has persisted for a week now. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to my Facebook account.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my desktop computer. Even though I can log in on my mobile phone, I can't remember my password for the desktop. Despite trying the password reset option, I never receive a code to my email. This email is the only one I've ever used for my Facebook account, and I'm puzzled why it won't reset using my phone, which has always been associated with my account. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently created a Facebook page for my new jewelry business with "Paparazzi Accessories" using my email [redacted] After uploading a photo as requested, I was then prompted to upload another one for identity verification, which I promptly did. Following this, I received a message stating that my account is under review, preventing me from logging in. Despite submitting various documents to confirm my identity (such as my driver's license, military ID, Costco card, and birth certificate), I am still unable to access my account. This is causing challenges for my business, and I am unsure of the issue. I go by the name Jolee Davis, and I am eager to resolve this matter with Facebook.

I recently opened a new account with the username "Jasper Sylvester," but I'm unable to receive the verification code. Unfortunately, I lost two different accounts with the username "DONNE Jasper." My initial account was hacked, and the hacker changed both my phone number and email. I created a new account with the name "Jasper Sylvester," using the same profile picture as the first account, which is now blocked. I am unsure why this happened. Could you please assist me in recovering my account with the username "DONNE JASPER"? I do not require the new accounts; I only created them because my first account was compromised. Your help in restoring my original account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. I have forgotten my password and I am unable to retrieve it using my phone number because it asks me to enter a code sent to an email address that I no longer have access to. I tried adding a new phone number, but I am still encountering the same problem. Is there a way for me to add a new email address to resolve this issue without losing my profile? Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have encountered a frustrating issue with my support inbox on Facebook. Since September, I've been diligently submitting numerous bug reports about various feature issues and glitches I've been facing. However, when checking my support inbox in December, none of my reports are visible. This lack of visibility is concerning, as it leaves me unsure if Facebook is actually receiving and addressing my problem reports. I urgently request direct communication with Facebook to clarify if my reports have been acknowledged and actioned. Kindly respond to me via email at [redacted] to confirm the status of my submitted issues. Additionally, I have been experiencing multiple issues on my Facebook account, such as malfunctioning life events, inability to interact with posts, and missing content in my newsfeed. Despite consistently reporting these problems over the past few months, I have recently noticed that none of my reports are showing in my support inbox. This inability to track the progress of my reported issues is worrying. At present, I have no means of contacting Facebook for assistance. I seek resolution for these persistent account problems and hope for a prompt response from Facebook to address the issues affecting my user experience.
