Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with my Facebook account under the name Partha Sarathy. Recently, my account was unexpectedly disabled despite my adherence to Facebook's community standards. Whenever I attempt to log in, I am met with a notification stating that my account is disabled. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for the past seven months with no success. Hello, I am having difficulty handling the email I received from you. It states that my scheduled uploads for my data feed file on my Shopify store will be paused in 7 days due to upload issues. The reasons listed include the inability to access the file, unsupported file format, or missing/incorrectly formatted required fields for products. The email advises me to fix these issues to prevent automatic catalog updates from being paused. This communication seems important regarding my Dressage by Design store and upcoming feed replacement. Thank you.

I received a message on my page from an individual named Randy S. Pardo regarding a business opportunity. He suggested collaborating on paid content through my page, and I agreed, joining the Facebook business account. However, I recently discovered that he removed me from the business account and assumed control of my page. This page has been under my management for the past 9 years, and I am now left without any authority over it. I have already reached out to the Facebook security team via email, but I am unsure when they will address this situation.

I have numerous issues with Facebook that I could detail endlessly. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking, especially their live expert service which seems to prioritize monetary gain above resolving concerns. Dissatisfied with this experience, I am exploring alternative routes to address the issues on my 75-year-old wife's Facebook account as she is unable to do so herself.

Hello! It's been almost 4 days since my Instagram got blocked:(. I was just minding my own business, not bothering anyone, and then I got blocked with a message accusing me of using fake followers. I changed the password, managed to access my account, but then Instagram blocked me again within minutes. I changed the password multiple times due to constant blocks, but now I can't log in anymore. Instagram won't let me change the password, saying "TRY AGAIN LATER," but it's been 4 DAYS NOW. I DID NOT USE ANY FAKE FOLLOWERS, PLEASE RESTORE MY ACCOUNT. MY INSTAGRAM USERNAME IS ART.TATEVIKK! PLEASE TAKE ACTION!

Dear Customer Support, I am writing in regard to my Facebook account with the username konstantinos Pittaras [redacted] I am an Admiral of the Greek Coast Guard and utilize my account solely for discussions on military affairs in groups on Facebook. Unfortunately, my account was inexplicably blocked from group discussions a month ago. Despite reaching out to Facebook for assistance over [redacted] times, I have not received any response explaining the reason behind the block or resolving the issue. I am concerned that there may be malicious intentions behind this block, potentially originating from Turkish, Islamic, or terrorist entities. I am currently facing a concerning situation where someone has gone to great lengths to block my access to my Facebook account. It seems they gained access through my Gmail address and cellphone number listed on my profile. Previously, I received alerts to change my password due to unauthorized access, but I ignored them. Now, my password has been changed, and I am unable to log in despite trying all my usual passwords. The hacker also changed the primary email linked to my account to one I cannot access, hindering my password recovery attempts. Each time I try to reset my password, the confirmation codes are sent to the hacker's email. I am uncertain about how to resolve this issue and regain control of my account.

Dear Sir or Madam, I have an account under the name of Konstantinos Pittaras with the email [redacted] As the Admiral of the Greek Coast Guard, I use my Facebook account solely for discussions on military matters in groups. About a month ago, my account was mysteriously blocked from participating in groups. I am not aware of violating any Facebook policies with my posts focusing on God. I was unaware that even images of God could be protected by copyrights. If I had received a warning about this, I would not have reposted it. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled. Please reactivate it. Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account for the past two days. I haven't changed my password and didn't receive any notifications about a password change. I attempted to reset my password on the login page and received SMS codes, but they are not working. Each time I enter the codes, I receive a message saying, "You have tried entering too many codes. Try again later." I would appreciate it if you could check if my account is blocked and let me know the reason. I'm hoping to regain access to my account.

I am unable to access my phone, but I still have access to my phone number. When I try to log into Facebook, I encounter second security requiring a code from an authentication app, which I no longer have access to. To regain access to my Facebook account, I need to approve via SMS to my phone number +[redacted]85 or by email at [redacted] I'm hoping for a quick solution. Thank you.

Our church uses Facebook to live stream our sermons weekly. Recently, we received a comment from an unknown individual simply saying "noooooo." Upon checking the profile linked to the comment, it led to pictures of the person in underwear on a bed. As an administrator, I'm unsure how to remove this comment and any association with the person's profile. I did manage to block the user but would appreciate guidance on how to delete comments in the future. Appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.

Our church manages a Facebook page for streaming sermons. Recently, we received a comment saying "noooooo" from an unknown person. Upon checking the user's profile, there are photos of her in her underwear. As an admin, I blocked her from posting further on our page. However, I'd like to know if there's a way to delete her comment and remove her name/link to prevent others from accessing her profile. I appreciate any guidance on this matter!

Facebook is asking for identification to access my account due to suspected suspicious activity. Despite my efforts to limit personal information on the platform, I am uncomfortable providing an ID. I mainly used the account for school and gaming purposes. Unfortunately, Facebook is not offering an alternative way to log in. As I am unwilling to share my ID, I am now unable to sign in and wish to delete my account.

I want to address the Community Standards on Facebook and their use in what seems like a vindictive manner. Recently, I was banned for 24 hours due to a comment, and then banned for 7 days for another comment on the same thread without a chance to defend myself. I suspect these reports came from Oskar P. My initial comment was in response to Oskar's derogatory remarks and insults towards me, including teaming up with Louie K. to call me "granny" in a disrespectful way. My reply was justified given the situation. The second comment in question was based on Oskar's actions of blocking me, then making hurtful comments about me, which is factual. Oskar seems to abuse the reporting system on Facebook and target multiple individuals unfairly. It appears Facebook does not thoroughly review the context of situations like these, leading to biased outcomes. I seek a conversation with a real person at Facebook to address this unjust treatment and the double standard that allows individuals like Oskar to manipulate the system. Thank you.

I seem to have inadvertently created two accounts with the same information. I set up a new buy and sell page which generated a new account, and now I can't access my original important one. Despite my attempts to reset the password, I keep getting an error message preventing me from doing so. I would like to have the newer account deleted and retain access to the one linked to me by mentioning my blue truck. All my essential messages are stored there, and I would prefer to continue using it. I have screenshots of the issue, but I am unable to attach them to this email. On November 28th, I received an email from Facebook informing me that my account had been disabled due to a violation of their terms and conditions. Following that, I received another email stating that Facebook was unable to verify the account user and requested a copy of my passport. Despite sending it three times, I have not received any response after daily follow-up emails. All I'm requesting is to have access to my pictures restored. Thank you, Lyndsey Critchley

I recently received a 30-day ban for a comment that was flagged as hate speech. After contacting support, I was informed that my account was compromised from locations in Ohio, Germany, and elsewhere. They requested $90 to remove a virus from my account and convinced me to enable a second authorization method, which is now causing issues with the code generator. I believe I shouldn't be penalized for actions I didn't commit.

I need help with creating ads for my network marketing business. The ads are getting rejected due to "mlm marketing" issues. Could someone advise on how to create compliant ads by avoiding certain words or phrases? Additionally, there's an option to target a specific audience, but my ads keep getting rejected, and I'm forced to include all people.
