I am grateful for this website being available to help me. I recently acquired a new phone, and for some reason, my password is not working to access Facebook. Whenever I attempt to change my password, I do not receive any emails to reset it. Other emails are still coming through, so it seems to be Facebook's issue. I suspect my account has been compromised, and I am unable to regain access. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed as I am hesitant to create a new Facebook account after using my current one for over a decade. Thank you!

There have been restrictions placed on Kinkychicks Kitchen Corner's visibility in the News Feed. The content from your page may not be showing up due to activities that go against Facebook's policies. This restriction is temporary and is set to expire on Monday, December 9, [redacted], at 11:43 PM. This is the third time the limitations have been prolonged, and I am unsure about the reason behind it. I have dedicated significant effort to my page, and I am puzzled as to why Kinkychicks Kitchen Corner is being affected this way.

I need to update my email on Facebook since my laptop is not working, and I do everything on my Android phone. I'm having trouble finding where to make this change on my mobile device. I also use Double Down Casino but can't receive notifications because my old email ([redacted]) was hacked. I need to change it to [redacted] Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Judy K.

Hello Support, I created a Facebook account this week along with a Facebook page and an advertising account yesterday. I followed the automated setup process diligently. Upon successfully creating the page "Global Business Standards," I was prompted to advertise it. I set up the Facebook advertising account and linked it to my PayPal account. Everything went smoothly until the system requested a picture for verification. I submitted the photo, but I received a message saying my accounts were blocked pending an investigation. Consequently, I have been unable to access my accounts since yesterday. I need help accessing my account. I am unable to sign in because my phone was broken, and I have submitted my passport details under my name with no success. I receive Facebook messages on Gmail, but the codes arrive too late for me to sign in. Unfortunately, I missed marking the second anniversary of my mother's passing online after celebrating her birthday. I used to have an email address starting with Christafari7Lives, then variations like Chr and Lion7Lioness Dreadzzz7, 77, or [redacted]. I set up a business account on October 29, [redacted], using my middle name instead of my first name. My account got disabled three days later. I think using my middle name might be the issue. My personal account is under the name Chauncy Jackson. My main worry is that I want to prevent my new account from being disabled. Hello, my name is Cierra C. My cousin, Austin R., passed away almost a year ago, and his dad, my uncle, copes by checking Austin's Facebook account periodically. Recently, someone reported Austin's passing, and now his account is a memorial page. This change has devastated his dad, as he can no longer access Austin's messages and content as before. Facebook requested my ID for verification, and after sending it, I have not received a response for months. I have been reaching out via email at appeals++[redacted], but have not heard back. Whenever I attempt to log in over the past 5 months, I keep getting a message saying they are reviewing the documents I provided and will contact me if they need more information to confirm my name. I am eager to regain access to my account.

I recently forgot my account password and attempted to reset it using the 'Forgot Password?' option. However, I have not received the reset code despite trying multiple times on different days. I have checked my spam folder and all other sections of my email, but the code is not being sent to my email. Unfortunately, this email is the only one linked to my account, so I have no alternative way to receive the reset code.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. Upon logging in, I receive a message stating: "Your account has been temporarily locked. We’ve detected suspicious activity on your Facebook account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution." It seems my account may have been compromised due to entering my password on a fake Facebook website, a form of phishing. I followed the security check steps but ended up back at the start or received an error message saying they will get back to me. Additionally, when a friend searched for my name, nothing came up, as if I no longer exist!

Hello Gethuman, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook application on my iPhone XS. Since July [redacted], I have been unable to log in due to my account being blocked by Facebook's algorithm, although I have not violated any of their policies. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the app, resetting my phone, and changing my password multiple times, I am still unable to access the app on my iPhone XS. However, I can log in through my iPad or browser without any problems. Could you please look into this matter as it remains unresolved for an extended period since July [redacted]? My Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled, despite numerous appeals I've made. I urgently need access to the photos from my grandmother's recent funeral, my wedding, and pictures of my deceased mother. Losing these precious memories is devastating for me and my family. I have a hard drive ready to save them now if I could retrieve them. It's heartbreaking to see something important taken away, but I remain hopeful to recover these irreplaceable photographs.

I have two Facebook accounts: one linked to my email and the other to my cell phone number. Unfortunately, after being hacked by a trusted friend, I had to enable two-step verification to reset my password. Now, due to a new phone, I can't recall the password for the account associated with my cell phone number. Despite providing codes from three trusted contacts during the verification process, it states that my email is already used for another account and cannot assist me. When attempting to reset my password and entering my cell phone number, I never receive the SMS code, even though the number is correct. This is causing me a lot of trouble as I rely on Facebook for professional networking with over 1k connections. I'm stuck and seeking assistance to regain access to my social media account.

I believe my Messenger account was compromised. After resetting my password, I attempted to access both Facebook and Messenger, but encountered a security check prompting me to verify my identity. Unfortunately, the phone number linked for verification, [redacted], is outdated, and I am unable to update it with my current number [redacted]. While I received an email stating that Facebook has my new number, [redacted], it is not showing up in the security check. I received an email this morning notifying me of a potential account breach. When I tried to log into Facebook, I was automatically logged out. After resetting my password, I encountered an issue where the platform is now requesting a code from a generator I don't have. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to proceed without this code. This morning I received a suspicious contact, and it looks like my account has been compromised. Unfortunately, I don't have any details about the person responsible. Even though I'm trying to fix the issue, I can't reset my password because the email address linked to my account isn't mine. As a result, I can't confirm my identity and secure my account. Hello. I've encountered an issue on Facebook recently. Every time I attempt to send a message, it gets replaced by a notification saying, "This message has been temporarily removed because the sender's account requires verification." This problem arose a few weeks ago. I suspect it might be due to a report from another user following a comment I made, as the issue began shortly after that incident. My boyfriend is accusing me of controlling his multiple Facebook pages, but he's the one making changes, such as altering phone numbers and passwords. He can't access some of the information he used to create the accounts and thinks I'm involved in their restoration, which I'm not. I'm not connected to his accounts at all. He's also accusing me of funding advertising on his profiles, suggesting it's done with prepaid debit cards. He's reported me to FB, but I need them to verify that I'm not involved.
