My account was recently compromised and altered. I am unable to access it now as the hacker changed the email, phone number, and other details. I am stuck with no way to resolve the issue. The Facebook support team's instructions all assume I can access the account, which I cannot. They now require verification methods that I cannot fulfill. Changing the password or getting SMS verification is impossible because the hacker replaced my details.

Hello, Yesterday, I acquired a new phone with a new number due to receiving threatening messages and calls. I urgently needed to do this. The issue is that I had previously set up two-factor authentication on my account, linked to my old phone number, [redacted]8, which I no longer have access to. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account, as it holds precious memories of my baby daughter and family members that I cannot afford to lose. Can you provide guidance or support on how to regain access to my account? Thank you.

When attempting to log into my account today, a message appeared requesting to verify my identity by sending a confirmation code to a lost number. I had previously updated my phone number to [redacted], which I confirmed with you. Trying to access my account with the updated number, I discovered two accounts, causing confusion. Given my significant following of over [redacted],[redacted] people, it's crucial for me to maintain a consistent online presence. Please remove the old number and ensure the verified number is used for confirmation to restore access to my page.

This morning, when I attempted to log into my account via the app, I was asked to verify my password, which was not the usual procedure. After entering my password, I received an error message stating it was incorrect, despite knowing it was correct. Upon checking my email, I discovered a message from FB notifying me of a password change request made late last night. Following the instructions, I found that a new email was associated with my account from an IP address in AZ, and my original email had been removed. Although I attempted to add my email back, and possibly reset the password, I am unable to log in as I am not receiving the SMS login code after selecting the "send code to SMS" option. How can I regain access to my account and ensure its security?

When attempting to log into my account today, I encountered a message instructing me to verify my identity by receiving a confirmation code via text to an outdated phone number, +20 [redacted]. I had previously updated my phone number to [redacted]2, which you verified and used for confirmation. Surprisingly, upon trying to access my account using the new number, I discovered two accounts associated with it, which is confusing. Given the substantial following of over [redacted],[redacted] on my page, it's crucial for me to maintain a consistent presence, and these issues are hindering that. Kindly remove the old number and ensure the verified number is used for confirmation to restore access to my page.

I have had my Facebook account for many years without any problems with "suspicious activity." Recently, when trying to log in, I received a notification stating there was suspicious activity on my account, and I was locked out temporarily. The issue is that I previously used a U.S. phone number for security when living there, which I can no longer access since moving back to my home country. Despite following the steps to recover my account and receiving a password reset email, I am unable to receive the verification text due to the outdated number. As Facebook is essential for my job, I created a new account with different contact information, but I am constantly prompted to upload a photo for verification and get stuck in a cycle of waiting for days without any updates. The lack of human customer support makes it challenging to resolve this issue as I cannot access my old account without the outdated phone number and my new account keeps getting flagged for verification.

A few months back, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. I tried my usual password but received an error message. When I attempted to reset it, I realized the linked email no longer exists. The recovery phone number led me into someone else's account. I am stuck and urgently require assistance to reset my password and regain access to my account.

I shared a post about my daughter's modeling on a group and got flagged as spam. Consequently, I was kicked out of my Facebook account on Wednesday morning. When I tried to log back in, it prompted a security check where a code was supposed to be sent to my phone number. However, I never received the code for the security check. I did receive a code when changing my password, so I know my phone is set up correctly. I attempted to file a dispute for a disabled account, but it claims that my account is not disabled. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my Facebook account, which is causing issues with receiving security codes. I have tried various methods, including filling out the provided links and verifying my identity. I also reached out to Facebook support through my husband’s account, but I am still awaiting a response. I am at a loss for what else to do. Creating a new Facebook page is an option, but I am hesitant as I have sentimental photos of my deceased parents in an album that only I can access. This situation is preventing me from viewing those cherished pictures on another account. 😕

John Vendetti is posting pictures of me without my permission on Facebook and through Messenger. He is also making inappropriate comments and sharing my phone number. I have spoken to the officer handling my case, and I was advised to contact Facebook about this issue. If needed, the officer can provide the case number. John Vendetti has two pages, and I am seeking to have his account deactivated. Thank you.

Today I mistakenly shared my password with someone who I thought was helping me change some account settings through an online chat. Unfortunately, this person not only changed my password but also altered the security code retrieval option from my phone number to their email address. Now, I am unable to access my account because any security code sent will go to their email instead of my phone. I am unsure of what steps I should take next.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. It was disabled after a friend sent something inappropriate in a group chat. I didn't have a chance to view it, so I forwarded it to myself with the intention of looking at it later due to the high volume of messages in the group. However, my account was disabled without any prior notice. Upon questioning, my friend mentioned that the content was inappropriate for underage viewers. I have had this account since [redacted] and my Instagram account since [redacted], both linked to my email and phone number. I am puzzled by this situation and hope there is a way to reactivate them.

Despite our attempts, we have been unable to recover it due to outdated backup information for the account. Sipe, and the associated email that we can no longer access is [redacted] I appreciate any prompt assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I am experiencing an issue with my account due to a photo upload. Despite uploading my original picture, my account remains inaccessible. I urgently need access to my account. My account was accidentally accessed on a friend's phone, resulting in some actions being taken. Upon trying to login and uploading a clear photo of my face, my account was disabled with a message stating it has been disabled. This is concerning as important business documents are saved on my profile. I kindly request your assistance in reopening my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hold the Facebook support community in high regard. Respectfully, [Initials]

I am having trouble changing my password on Facebook. Despite following all the instructions, the system is not verifying my old password provided by Facebook. I have tried multiple times in the past two days and followed all the steps given to me, but it's not working. Additionally, I noticed that some of my posts have been removed from my profile, adding to my frustration. I really need to change my password as I want to participate in an art challenge and upload photos. Please assist me in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account.

I'm Valerie Gill, and I used to have a personal Facebook account. Recently, I tried to create a new personal account to set up a business profile, not realizing I needed a personal account first. By mistake, I opened a business account under my husband's name, Leonard Mast, who has his own personal account. It's not ideal to have my business linked to his personal profile. I also tried to create a business account under my workplace, Crossroads Counseling Center. However, I now understand I need my personal account for a business profile. Despite submitting my driver's license four times, I haven't received any response. I'm willing to provide more identification if necessary. Thank you.

I'm Betty S. I used to have a Facebook account but forgot my login details, so I created a new one. Strangely, the new account accused me of being fake and got disabled. Now I can't create a different account since it says my email is linked to the disabled one.

Hello, I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. I recently got a new phone on 11/30 and my old phone broke 2 weeks ago, where I had all my passwords saved. I've tried to reset my password, but I ended up being temporarily locked out. This has affected my Messenger access, which is crucial for me to play Guns of Glory. I've been a Facebook user for 10 years without issues until now. I suspect I was flagged after changing a login setting by accident. I changed my username to "derrick13smith," which is my Yahoo ID, causing login issues. Even after re-downloading the apps, I still couldn't access my account and got locked out. I hope this information helps in restoring my account. Thank you for your assistance.

My Instagram account was disabled on September 29, [redacted], and I have been unable to access it for the past two months. Despite not violating any guidelines with my posts or comments, I receive an error message whenever I try to log in. I need to regain access to my account as important messages from others are going unnoticed.

Two years ago, my Facebook and Gmail accounts were hacked, and I have since lost access to both of them. Despite having the old passwords, the hackers changed them, as well as the recovery email, preventing me from logging in. I have been periodically trying to regain access to my accounts, but it has been a frustrating experience. There are precious photos on both accounts that I fear I may never retrieve.
