My Facebook account under the name Kigosa Nathan with the username [redacted] has been hacked. The password has been changed, and now the account is under the name Austin Barney with a new profile picture of a white male in an American army uniform. All attempts to recover the account have failed as the recovery codes are being sent to the hacker's telephone number, and I am not receiving them on my email associated with the account, [redacted] My official phone number used for the account is [redacted]. I need assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I recently changed my Facebook password due to an unrecognized log-in attempt. However, when I tried to access my account via the app, it prompted me for an authentication code that I couldn't retrieve as I was unable to log in. I've tried logging in on devices I've used before, but they all ask for an authentication code or a code sent via text, which I haven't received. My concern is that I manage three business pages through my personal account and I'm worried about not being able to access them. Additionally, I can't access Messenger through the app either. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this account for about 12 years now. I'm unsure why it suddenly stopped working yesterday. Some of my Facebook friends can still see my profile, but most cannot. Unfortunately, my wife cannot see it either, and all of our messages from when we first met are missing. I've been attempting to complete the SMS verification process, but I'm unable to re-add my phone number [redacted]. When I search for my profile, it shows up on a deactivated account that I cannot claim because my regular account's email address is still considered valid. Despite my efforts to appeal the deactivation, the system says I'm not deactivated. I've tried to address the issue of being locked out, but it insists that I'm not locked out. I'm facing challenges verifying the SMS because my phone number was removed, and I'm unable to re-add it or use any alternate numbers. The trusted contacts codes are also not being accepted. I'm frustrated by the lack of security measures in place and the inability to regain access to my account.

My account, signed under "Vanessa Macias," has been disabled recently. I admit to having used aliases in the past, but I want to clarify that I no longer use any other names besides my real one, "Vanessa Macias." I am uncertain why my account was disabled as I have not violated any guidelines, my account is under my authentic name, I meet the age requirement, and I have no other aliases. Additionally, I suspect that some individuals may have reported my account maliciously. I find it disappointing that a legitimate account can be disabled based on false reports. I attempted to provide extra verification by submitting a photo of myself holding a dated piece of paper and even sent my ID for further confirmation, but my attempts were unsuccessful. I am eager for your team to investigate and resolve this issue with my account. I would like to regain access as I use the platform to stay connected with my relatives. Thank you for your attention, and I wish you a happy Thanksgiving.

As an admin or moderator for various vacation rental Facebook groups, I've received reports from members about a scammer using my profile photo and name to contact them via Messenger without an actual Facebook profile. There seems to be confusion as my legitimate profile may have been reported instead of the scammer's fake one - which cannot be reported according to my friends who tried. Consequently, I've been blocked from accessing my own pages, profile, and Messenger. I used to have verified pages @bluemountainlodge, @AppalachianEscape, and @Tn.ridgeviewlodge until Facebook removed verifications in Oct. My profile is victoria.hasty1, and I can provide business tax documents for verification. Kindly restore my profile access and consider disallowing the use of Messenger without a linked Facebook profile to prevent scams and fake identities. Thank you, Victoria Hasty.

My nephew, Michael Hopson, had his account hacked by an ex-friend, and the password was changed a few weeks ago. Despite several attempts, we have been unable to retrieve the confirmation code sent to his email address, [redacted] He does not have a phone number linked to his account for two-step verification. I, Melissia Dawn Hopson, am his family member and connected on Facebook. We are requesting assistance to either send a verification code directly to his email from the Facebook office or add my email as a "Trusted Contact" to aid in regaining access to his account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I reported a photo depicting a person using a white nationalist symbol. Even though the decision claims it complies with community standards, upon reviewing the guidelines, it clearly states the prohibition of hate organizations and symbols associated with them. It explicitly mentions the disallowance of sharing such symbols without condemning or neutrally discussing the content, praising the organizations or individuals involved, or coordinating support for them.

I reached out to Facebook for assistance two days ago regarding a strange new icon appearing next to the notifications bell icon on my profile. The icon displayed my blue Presidential SEAL profile photo alongside a similar one, only smaller. When I clicked on it, a message prompted me to log out so someone else could log into their account. Unfortunately, upon logging back in, I discovered I had lost nearly everything, including over 2,[redacted] friends, saved posts, videos, and groups. I attempted to reset my password but encountered difficulties as the verification code was being sent to my [redacted] email instead of my usual [redacted] address. I am eager to restore my account to its previous state, including reverting my name back to Robert Burlison instead of my full name, Robert Dean Burlison II.

Hello, my legal name is Herman Thomas Jr, and I have been using Facebook for about 10 years now. Initially, I created the account under Alex Thomas as I am commonly referred to as Alex, short for Alexander, my middle name. Unfortunately, 6 years ago, I was in a car accident, which affected my memory, leading me to lose or damage several phones over time. Consequently, I cannot access the verifications tied to my old account due to forgetting passwords for both the emails and Facebook itself. About a year ago, I created a new account under Alex(Herman)Thomas, but encountered similar issues. I am willing to provide any necessary information, including identification, to verify my identity. Additionally, a friend used my email for a job, which led to complications with creating a new Facebook page, Durty Deuce. I need assistance as I am currently locked out of my accounts and simply wish to regain access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I entered an agreement with @Artobserve on 19 Nov to feature my artworks on their Instagram page after paying $[redacted] via PayPal. However, they have not fulfilled their end of the deal, as none of my art has been posted on their page. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue but have not received any response. To verify this, you can view their Instagram page at Artobserve and see that my works are not there. My username is @Aziz Anzabi. I would appreciate your assistance in obtaining a refund since I paid to have my art showcased on their platform, which has not happened. Thank you, Aziz

As a director at Regan & Hallworth, I would like to address the recent change in administration for our company's Facebook page. The previous administrator left when they exited the company, and an agency had been managing the page until April 1st, [redacted]. However, as a current director, I now wish to take over the administration duties. I have my own personal Facebook page and would like to become an admin for the @reganandhallworth page. This change will allow us to manage the page internally and connect it to a new Facebook Business Manager Account. I kindly request that Facebook grant administrator access to me, Joel Edgerton, promptly.

Hello Facebook Team, I am requesting the opportunity to personally manage my Facebook page named "Tadsanee Lueadthai" which was unpublished on 22/11/[redacted]. I acknowledge my mistake, have read and understand the page terms, and assure you that I will not repeat this error. The page is significant to me as it connects me with supporters and followers accumulated over four years. The page holds sentimental value beyond just a regular profile for me. I deeply regret my actions and seek a chance for redemption, especially for my followers who have been affected by the sudden suspension. I am willing to provide my ID to verify the authenticity of the page if needed. I am grateful for any support from Facebook and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Here is the link to the unpublished page: [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Have a great day! Please help me! [redacted]

I posted a meme that got me instantly banned, probably because it mentioned Hitler. Though it wasn't meant to support or oppose anything, I understand why it might have been flagged. However, I'm now restricted from messaging my friends for 7 days. I have a mixed personality disorder and have struggled with suicidal thoughts. My friends on Facebook are my support system, and this ban is causing me a lot of distress. Please consider lifting the ban. I value the platform but am feeling isolated and at risk. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I've been a victim of a hack on my Facebook account, and I'm struggling to regain access. Despite verifying my identity with a state ID and waiting for days for a verification email, I keep encountering obstacles. Despite changing my email and password multiple times, I keep getting stuck in a loop of verification by phone that I never receive. This has been ongoing for a week, and I'm frustrated with the process.

I accidentally created 3 Facebook accounts and need help deleting 2 of them. The account with my picture and the most friends is my primary one and I want to keep it. The second account has a silhouette picture and can be deleted, as well as the third account with a picture of the bell tower in Florence, Italy. I have the email and password for my primary account, but not for the other two accounts. I would like to transfer any data or pictures from the second and third accounts to my primary account if possible before deleting them. Any assistance on how to achieve this is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a message on WhatsApp from someone claiming to be a Facebook accounts moderator. They indicated that there were security concerns with my Facebook account and that someone might be using it for suspicious activities. The person mentioned that a verification code would be sent to confirm my identity. I received the code and sent it back. The next day, I started receiving calls about unusual activities on my account. When I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account or pages. Since Tuesday, I have been unable to regain access. Please assist in resolving this issue. The account name in question is Andreas O Olufestus.

I encountered difficulty accessing my account as I was prompted to undergo a security check. Despite entering the code sent to my phone number, Facebook did not accept it. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the system accused me of misuse. Subsequently, in an attempt to address the issue, I created a new account using the same phone number, which seems to have further complicated the situation. Now, when I try to log in, I am prompted to select a phone number, but there is no option available. This has been ongoing since October 28th, and my numerous emails to Facebook have gone unanswered. I have been using this account since [redacted] while residing in SE Asia since [redacted], and this problem is unprecedented. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account promptly as my business operations are at stake. Despite ensuring my account is not deactivated and changing my password multiple times, I am unable to progress beyond the security check. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In [redacted], my iMac was stolen, which had my emails and login saved. Unfortunately, the person who took it changed my Facebook email and password. Despite my efforts to contact Facebook and retrieve my old account, I have been unsuccessful. This individual harassed me and my contacts for about a year. It has been years since they last accessed it, but I would appreciate Facebook's help in recovering it, as there are memories I wish to revisit. The hacked account link is Facebook.com/seanchatha. If Facebook could revert it to my original email, [redacted], before the changes were made, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been unable to comment, like public comments, or message pages on Facebook for years now. Despite my efforts, I haven't received an explanation from Facebook about why this restriction was put in place. I have always been cautious about my online activity, so I'm at a loss as to why I've been banned. It's possible it could have been due to a negative comment I made about an episode of Doctor Who, which resulted in backlash. This issue has even impacted my job search in the past when I couldn't contact local businesses through Facebook for job opportunities. I also run a Facebook page with over [redacted] likes that I no longer have time for and need to reach out to a similar page for assistance, but I'm unable to do so because of this unresolved problem. Facebook's lack of response has left me frustrated and without a solution.

I have encountered an issue that requires attention. I created a Facebook profile recently for my friend in California named Felicia Linda, and her profile has been removed by the platform. In my area, it is not considered wrongdoing to set up a Facebook profile for a friend, especially when adding photos and a visible cover photo. I was upset to discover that her account was deleted. As a longstanding user, I have been content with Facebook until this incident. I am dissatisfied with this situation, and if it is not resolved by tomorrow, I may have to seek assistance from the authorities. This is not a threat but a genuine concern. Have a good day and blessings to you. Sincerely, A.M. Thomas.
