I recently downloaded a game called Dragon Ball Dokkan Battle and attempted to log in using my Facebook account. However, I received a message stating that my account was suspended due to suspicious activity. Although I never shared my account details with anyone, I followed the instructions to provide a picture of my face for verification. After waiting 1-2 days, I checked on the status of my account and was informed that it had been suspended for violating policy terms. Confused by this as I did not knowingly violate any policies, I submitted a picture of my ID for further review. Now, I am patiently waiting for a response from the support team regarding the status of my account.

I would like to regain access to my old Facebook account, which I believe got locked due to changes in my phone number. My previous device, a Galaxy At&t phone, was stolen in [redacted], leading me to purchase a new Galaxy Luna TracFone during a Black Friday sale at Wal-Mart. However, the phone number associated with the old account is no longer active. I tried to tidy up my account before the new year in [redacted] by deleting posts, but this might have appeared suspicious. Hello, I encountered an issue logging into Facebook about a week ago. Although I successfully reset my password, each time I tried to login, it directed me back to the password reset page. After several attempts, I managed to log in through Google, but received a message stating I had tried too many times and to come back later. A few weeks ago, I started encountering warning captchas when trying to post in groups. Subsequently, I received a 24-hour ban without a clear explanation. When seeking clarification, I was informed that although there were no explicit rules against posting in multiple groups, the frequency may have triggered an algorithm. Upon the lifting of my ban, I reduced my group participation and minimized my posting frequency. Despite these adjustments, I found myself unexpectedly banned again for 4 days last week, with no explanation given. After the recent ban expired, I limited my posts to just two groups: my own and a favorite. However, shortly after posting, I was once again faced with a captcha prompt requesting a photo upload. My account was compromised due to a possible virus on my desktop computer. I have ceased using that computer and only use my laptop now, but I need assistance in recovering my account. The hacker has changed the password and recovery email associated with my account, making it impossible for me to regain access through the typical recovery methods. Last Thursday, I received a message claiming I had won money. The sender, someone I vaguely knew, directed me to a website to contact the supposed Facebook prize committee. Naively, I answered several personal questions and was asked to sign off and back on, which I did. The individual then offered prizes ranging from $[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] with upfront costs. Realizing it was a scam, I refused to pay. Afterward, I found myself locked out of my account. I've warned friends and family, but the person continues to target them.
