After severing ties with the external company handling our Google and social media ads, we've been struggling for weeks to regain control of our FB business page. The process has been frustrating with automated responses, some even addressing me as Jessie, the former manager. Despite providing all requested documents, including a notarized letter at our expense, they are now asking for additional information, leading to more costs and delays. It would be a relief to have a real person assist in transferring ownership of our business page directly to us, the rightful business owner.

I've had an item listed on FB Marketplace for almost two weeks without any problems. I updated the price today, and within an hour, I received a message about standards, and my item was removed. I don't have an option for a review. I reviewed the ad and FB's policies and community standards, and the ad doesn't violate any of them. How can I get my post relisted? The listing was for a PetSafe ProTX-1 wireless dog fence.

I'm having trouble accessing my business account on Facebook. They are requesting some security checks that I find confusing. The message says, "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're currently reviewing your submission." I've been unable to log in for a while now, and I have an advertising promotion running on my business page. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I have recently rebranded my company and need to update the company name on its Facebook page. Despite being the only admin, I am unable to change the name and receive a message indicating the page is unavailable. I have attempted to update the name from various devices on different occasions without success. This issue is urgent as the new company name was intended to be launched last week. I have tried reaching out to Facebook multiple times through their problem reporting feature but have not received any assistance. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Someone contacted me claiming I had won [redacted] million. They seemed legitimate as it came from a family member. However, they requested my password and personal information. After communicating via Facebook for a week, they hacked my account, changed my email address to [redacted], and started sending messages pretending to be me. It used to be [redacted]

I want to express my disappointment in being temporarily blocked from Facebook for sharing a historical Time magazine cover featuring Greta Thunberg and Adolph Hitler. The intention was to highlight the bias in Time's choices. The photo was originally from another group and is still up there without repercussions. I did not mean to offend anyone and would have refrained from reposting had I known it would lead to a ban. I believe the situation lacks clarity and fairness. I recently saw a link under "People you may know" on my FB page to "Add Friend" with Scott Peterson's name. He was convicted of a crime in San Francisco years ago and it's unsettling to see this suggestion. Despite disabling this feature, I continue to see links for people I don't know or want to connect with. I can't seem to disable this feature completely. I prefer to find friends on my own without these suggestions.

Facebook disabled my account without providing a clear reason, mentioning only that my ads were in violation. Meanwhile, they have accumulated over $10,[redacted] in billing charges since the account was disabled. It's frustrating that they can do this with no consequences. It's been 5 days with no response from Facebook on my case. They closed one case by admitting they made a mistake in disabling my account but claim it is now okay, even though it's still disabled. I just want someone from Facebook to contact me to resolve this matter.

Several years ago, my Facebook account was closed, but now it has been hacked. The password to reopen the account is not working, and I am concerned that someone is using it without my permission. There may be explicit photos being sent from the account. I need assistance from the fraud department to verify if any messages or photos have been sent from my account without my knowledge.

I recently updated my phone and now I can't recall my password. The email I originally used is no longer active because it has been inactive for over a year, according to Yahoo.com. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account as I have valuable photos stored there that I don't want to lose. I am disappointed with Oculus support regarding the delivery of my Oculus Quest ordered on December 2nd with a due date of December 12th. Unfortunately, the item has not arrived, and I am unable to contact anyone regarding the delivery. This is unacceptable, especially during this busy time of year. I believe that Oculus has acquired this company, and I am questioning the decision to use such a poor English courier service for transporting an expensive gaming item. I am seeking answers as to the whereabouts of my son's Christmas present.

I recently attempted to change my password on Facebook, and now it seems like I have ended up with two Facebook accounts - one without a profile picture and the other with a profile picture. When I try to access Facebook, I can only do so through Google Chrome. Despite having a shortcut on my phone, it keeps redirecting me to a page prompting me to reset the password. It appears that during the initial password change, I unintentionally created an additional Facebook account, causing this confusion.

I used Facebook Pay to buy two cups from a seller on Facebook. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with how my son's name was spelled, with a lowercase instead of a capital letter. The seller initially refused to correct it properly, suggesting just placing a capital "L" over it. This solution did not meet my expectations. Despite knowing it would impact her profits, I reiterated my request for a proper fix or a refund. The seller declined both options, claiming a misunderstanding of my wishes. I insisted on a resolution, but she ended communication abruptly. I paid $69 for the cups and now request a refund as I do not want them with the error. The seller later requested my address to send the cups, but I have not provided it, as I no longer wish to receive the items due to the quality issue.

I recently obtained a new cell phone number. When I attempted to log in to my Facebook account, I entered the password I remembered using. Unfortunately, that password was compromised a few months ago, and I had to reset it multiple times. After entering my Facebook email address [redacted], I noticed that my previous phone number, which I no longer have access to, was displayed. I own a Huawei P20 Lite. Recently, the message reactions on Messenger changed for some users, including myself. Instead of the usual emojis, a heart replaced the hearted eyes emoji. However, today it reverted back to the original emojis. I am curious as to why only some users experienced the heart reactions, and why they have now disappeared. My attempts to find answers online were unsuccessful, so I believe contacting support is necessary to seek clarification.

I forgot my Facebook password and changed my cell phone number. On August 2nd, I, Franklin, received a message that I'd like to trace the IP address from. This person is trying to harass me. The message reads as follows: "Hey, how are you? I saw your profile with that guy's picture beside you. I want to inform you that he is dating prostitutes in Sacramento, and so are his sisters and mom. None of them are married and they have a reputation for constantly changing relationships. I see you as a decent young girl, and I don't want you to make a mistake with someone with a questionable background. His mom is known for practicing black magic and other negative things, so please think carefully before deciding. I don't want you to regret anything later. They are quite dramatic and deceitful individuals. You deserve to find a young, handsome, and good guy. The choice is yours, but I felt the need to warn you when I saw that guy in your pictures. I recently received an email from Facebook at [redacted] stating that the password for my Facebook account linked to [redacted] has been altered. However, I don't have a Facebook account connected to either of these email addresses. It seems that someone might be using my emails to set up a Facebook account. I kindly request to either close these accounts or ensure the user changes the email associated with them back to their own.

My account was compromised, and I need help recovering it. The hacker removed my email, [redacted], and added a TextNow phone number, [redacted], that I do not recognize. They also changed my password. I have been using this account for years under the email [redacted] I attempted to regain access, but the authentication code is being sent to the hacker's phone.
