Although I know this may go against Facebook's policies, I never received a warning. Suddenly, my DMs stopped working. I can see messages and when I reply, I get an error message saying, "Your message wasn't sent. Please try again." I've tried various troubleshooting steps but nothing has worked, and even on a different device, the issue persists. I am frustrated with Facebook's lack of assistance. I'm hoping for a solution as I rely on this linked account to communicate with my friends. I'm eager to reconnect with them soon.

While browsing Facebook, I received a message from someone I recently added as a friend. The person claimed to be a Facebook employee, even sharing an ID picture, and insisted I won a million-dollar prize. They requested my personal information such as my name, address, email, and phone number. Despite my suspicions, they reassured me it was legitimate. Later, another individual messaged as the agent for prize delivery, asking for a $[redacted] fee. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I believe it's important to report this. I have two outdated Facebook accounts that I no longer use. Recently, my dad informed me that an email notification indicated that someone posted a photo under one of these accounts. Unfortunately, I no longer have the passwords or access to the associated email addresses for these accounts. Furthermore, unfamiliar phone numbers are linked to both the old emails and Facebook profiles. I am feeling extremely uncomfortable and frustrated by this situation as I am unable to regain control of my old accounts to prevent such incidents. I wish to have both of these old accounts permanently closed, but I am uncertain about the steps to take. Facebook's support system lacks a direct contact option, leaving me uncertain about how to tackle this issue. Hello, our Social Media Marketing Agency has been facing multiple issues with our Ad Campaigns since early November. We are struggling to target specific audiences as before, resulting in our ads reaching many people who are not potential clients. Additionally, the restrictions on sharing content to groups have been frustrating. Although we were briefly unrestricted on the 4th, 7th, and 12th of November, we keep getting re-restricted without warning. Despite not sharing to groups since October, the restrictions persist, and we keep getting messages about being restricted, extending the situation without explanation. This ongoing problem has been going on for a whole month now, with the restrictions continuously being extended until the end of the month.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, my gaming account on Facebook was hacked last Monday. My username is [redacted]4, and the account name is GM Ashuri. I've attempted various methods to recover the account, including logging in using the same phone and PC as recommended for account recovery, but to no avail. Hi Team, A few years ago, I created a Facebook account with the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password and the account has been inactive for over four years. When I attempt to recover the account using the "forgotten password" option, it states that a confirmation code has been sent to [redacted] However, I have not received any confirmation code. I reached out to the Facebook team to remove the email address associated with the account, [redacted], and they have done so. Despite this, my account remains visible on Facebook. Consequently, I am unable to use [redacted] as the team removed it, and I am also unable to access my account. I would like to deactivate the account.

I recently received four emails informing me of unauthorized access to my Facebook account from a different device and location. After changing my password and being logged out, I attempted to log back in but was unsuccessful. I followed the account recovery process by identifying people in photos and removing unknown friends that were added. Although I deleted these contacts successfully, I still couldn't access my account. When checking through my mother's account, I saw that my account appeared inactive and now I'm encountering issues with logging in due to multiple attempts. The profile was compromised as it got hacked, leading to both the password and the associated email address being changed. Given that there was sensitive information on the account, which could be misused, I have already reported the unauthorized access to the police. I attempted to reactivate our Facebook account, which my husband and I share, using the email [redacted] Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the password. After several failed verification attempts, due to misunderstanding the ID query, Facebook disabled our account. Despite my efforts, including submitting a picture of my driver's license for ID verification, I still couldn't regain access. I don't understand why my Facebook page for my legitimate and registered cake and food business was unpublished today due to an unspecified violation of the Recidivism Policy. My business, with a long-standing presence on various platforms, solely shares watermarked photos of our products – no spamming, no other content like politics or adult material. I appealed the decision, but my page disappeared entirely. How long will this process take? Can I expect more information on the alleged violation? I successfully created a Facebook account on my iPad using my email. However, after browsing my family's page, Facebook detected suspicious activity on my account and requested my mobile number and a photo. Despite logging in, I seem to be suspended as I can only log out and not access my account. I'm also unable to create a new account due to an error message mentioning cookies, which are already turned on. I am baffled by how Facebook could deactivate an account with [redacted],[redacted] likes within an hour (with a previous account having [redacted],[redacted] likes). Did they even investigate if the user was falsely reported by a group of "thousands of violent rioters" in Hong Kong? @wahkeechannel always shared positive messages, not negative ones. There must be some sort of systematic or human error that led to his account being disabled. It's disappointing how Facebook's management operates. As a major social media platform, they should prevent the spread of fake news to users. It seems like they are supporting violent rioters in Hong Kong for their own benefit. This action has led to people getting hurt, dying, and being misled. This behavior is inhumane and unforgivable.

My Instagram account has been disabled for violating the terms and policies. I am aware of the reason for the disablement, and I take full responsibility. However, it seems my account has been permanently disabled. When my friends try to access my account, it only shows "Instagrammer." I have attempted to create a new account on my phone, but an error message always appears when I try to log in. Even when I attempted to log in using a different email, it seemed successful until I was prompted for a username and received a message stating "account disabled for violating terms of service."
