My Facebook account was hacked around mid-June. The hacker gained access through a friend's account and is now sending links to others posing as me or my friend. Despite my continuous efforts over the past few months to recover my account, I have had no success. I provided identification proof to Facebook in late June, but I have not received any response as it is now mid-November. The hacker changed my email and password linked to the account. According to Facebook's help center, they are supposed to send a confirmation email to the previous email address before making any changes, but I have not received any such email. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Over a week ago, I discovered that my Instagram account had been tampered with by someone in Moscow, Russia. They changed my nickname and email information, but I managed to correct it and updated my password. It seems they might have also accessed my AOL mail account. I noticed strange activities on Facebook as well. Despite changing passwords and enabling two-factor authentication, I still feel uneasy. I reached out to Apple since I use an iPhone for networking, but they didn't find any issues on the device. Contacting Facebook has been challenging. I'm hesitant to deactivate my account in fear of someone still having access. I seek assistance from someone knowledgeable to understand and ensure this issue is addressed promptly.

I have been locked out of my business page (facebook.com/meggananderson) for a couple of years now. Initially, I converted a 'Personal' account to a 'Business' account, a decision I now regret. Recently, when updating the bio, I was locked out of the account, probably due to the significant changes made. Despite knowing the password, I cannot access my page properly. Visiting the link now displays a message stating that the content is unavailable. I still use the email linked to this Facebook account and wish to restore the page with its followers. I am puzzled as to why the page was banned, especially with over 5k fans. Attempts to contact Facebook have been unsuccessful. Can anyone provide assistance? Thank you for your time.

Hi, I have a Facebook page that I rarely use, mainly for Instagram. I recently discovered charges totaling over £[redacted] without my awareness, only after Facebook notified me of a $[redacted].11 due. I'm only 21 with a small boutique business and seldom run ads. If I do, it's usually a minimal amount like £5 on Instagram over two days. I need assistance as I had no idea this was occurring, and now they've already deducted over £[redacted] and claim I owe over £[redacted] more. Thank you, Rio S. [redacted] [redacted]

I am assisting my girlfriend with her Facebook account. When she created it, she used a phone number instead of an email address. However, the phone number now belongs to someone else, and she cannot recall the password. Following the recovery steps prompts Facebook to suggest logging in from a recognized device or location to verify ownership and regain access. This is not matching the expected instructions, causing frustration. Any tips on how to proceed would be welcomed.

I organize my photos on Facebook by year, but I've encountered an issue where when I add a new photo with a specific date, all the photos in that album end up with the same date. This problem of all photos showing November 15 instead of their individual dates in the [redacted] album has never occurred before. I'm seeking help on: 1) Why is this happening suddenly after years of no issues? 2) Could this be related to a setting, and if so, how can I change it? 3) Is there a way to modify the dates of multiple photos in an album at once? I can edit them one by one, but for a whole year's worth of photos, this process would be too time-consuming. I'm hoping to learn how to prevent this issue from recurring, ensuring that the dates I assign to photos remain unchanged in the album. Thanks in advance for your assistance. -Erin

My account was suspended last Friday night because I wrote "Men = pigs" in agreement with a woman friend's post, which Facebook considered hate speech. However, it was meant as support for her. As a retired soldier and War on Terror veteran, Facebook is crucial for staying connected and supporting one another. Since my account block, I reported messages of self-harm from a friend and learned about another friend's pancreatic cancer diagnosis. I am unable to reach out in their time of need due to the suspension over the comment. I propose a solution where users violating community standards can be restricted from public posts but still use Messenger, unless they misuse it for harassment. This way, Facebook can maintain safety while allowing users to continue supporting each other, which is beneficial for all. Thank you for considering this suggestion. - T. Stiefermann

Hello, my name is D. Williams. I have two accounts, one old and one recent, that I need to access. I would like to set up my new account with the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't use my phone to receive the code due to a broken screen. I've heard about verifying an account by sending a code to friends. The first account is important for my "PUBG Mobile" game progress linked to Facebook. The second Facebook account is connected to the email DZZNOTTZZ@ Gmail.com. I have not been able to access it since I was arrested, and my belongings were not returned. Please reach out to me via my girlfriend's email provided in the next section. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Team, We received a notice from you on November 14th informing us that our Facebook page, Nettv Iptv, was taken down for violating terms of use. We have attached some files as proof that our posts were within the guidelines, focusing on Nepalese movies like "Anaagat" and other international content. We suspect that our page was removed due to these particular posts. We kindly request you to reconsider our page and reinstate it if possible after reviewing our case. Rest assured, we will ensure that our page adheres to all terms and conditions going forward.

Hi Team, Since August 19, I have noticed an additional 1% deduction appearing on my bank statements. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that these are just standard bank charges. However, according to the clause on your website regarding authorization charges, any small charges should be temporary and automatically removed within 3-5 business days. If they persist, we are advised to contact our bank for clarification. I kindly request that you investigate this issue to prevent it from occurring in future payment transactions. I also ask for a refund for all the previous transactions affected by this issue. Please reach out to me at [redacted] regarding the refund and future payments. Thank you, [redacted] Singapore

I have a Facebook account (Alex Osider) that I've had for a long time. I have gone through multiple phones due to breakages or losses, and I change my password too frequently, to the point where I can't remember it anymore. Previously, I used my phone number and the code option to log back in, but with my new phone and new number, that method is no longer viable. Although my email remains the same, I can't access it either. I need assistance resetting my password or receiving the verification code on my new phone number and email. This profile is essential to me as it contains important photos with my children and crucial messages. Furthermore, I would greatly appreciate speaking with a live person or agent for help. Facebook, please assist me.

Dear Facebook Review Team, I appreciate the chance to address the recent issues we encountered. Upon reviewing our files, we identified the problematic ad was mistakenly uploaded from a competitor's download, intended purely for inspiration and not for advertising purposes. This regrettable error occurred due to a lack of thorough checking before launching the campaign. Normally, we study competitor ads to enhance our own content and engage our audience effectively. A recent oversight by a new team member led to the inadvertent inclusion of these files in our promotions, a mistake that shouldn't have occurred had a more experienced team member reviewed it. I take full responsibility for this oversight, especially as a similar mishap happened in the past during the onboarding of another team member. To prevent such errors in the future, we have implemented a stringent back-to-back verification process for all uploaded files to ensure compliance with your platform's policies. We sincerely apologize for this error and are committed to upholding your guidelines by continuously educating and training our team members. Our primary aim is to provide a seamless user experience while adhering to Facebook's policies. I kindly request you to reinstate my profile so we can resume advertising on Facebook. We have allocated a substantial budget for Q4 advertising, and we aim to invest it on your platform. Account: [redacted] I humbly ask for a review of my account and the opportunity to continue advertising on your exceptional platform. Best regards, Timmy Lang

Hello, I am Tina. About a year ago, my Facebook account was disabled, and I am struggling to understand the reason behind it. I am disappointed because I used the platform to document all the important milestones of my four children, like their first steps, first teeth, and their weights from doctor appointments. I am happily married and only posted family-related content, such as breastfeeding pictures. I am confused as to why my account was disabled, and despite reaching out, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation. I would appreciate it if I could at least retrieve a copy of my data to preserve the memories of my children's milestones. Losing access to these moments has been difficult for me. Thank you, Tina L.

A few months ago, my Facebook account was deactivated, and recently, I tried to log back in. I couldn't recall my password, so I used the "forget password" option. After receiving a 6-digit OTP on my email, I regained access. However, now it requires me to upload an ID for verification. I submitted it, got an email confirming the verification, and was told I could log in using a temporary link with the password embedded, or use the given password once with my email, requiring me to set a new password afterward. The problem is that the password isn't accepted, and the link shows errors like "something went wrong" or "invalid link." I reached out to Facebook via email but haven't received a response yet. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My name is Connie R., and I have been a loyal Facebook user since [redacted] without encountering any issues until last October. My two Facebook accounts were hacked by the people who also compromised my sister's Wi-Fi, gaining access to our phones, computer, email addresses, and redirecting our calls and messages. They manipulate the recovery contact numbers on our accounts, intercepting the verification codes. Despite not having access to the recovery accounts, I can verify details like when the accounts were created. I possess the Facebook-generated personal addresses for both accounts and have the same profile pictures. I recall the previous phone numbers linked to them. I am working on retrieving one account with the help of trusted friends but am determined to regain both. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Facebook and the constant security warnings from Google. I have reached out multiple times without success. Please assist me in reclaiming these vital accounts where all my memories and information reside.

I apologize for the confusion. I provided my mobile number [redacted]1 instead of my house phone. Around a year ago, I was led by Facebook to join an app called Jim's Inn. I discovered that they were pressuring me to invite others to join, but I resisted. Despite my efforts to decline, I am unable to avoid it. I have disabled Facebook to escape this but Jim's Inn persists. Even when I try to post a photo, I am prompted to accept Jim's Inn. When I uploaded files, they were deleted by Facebook. I've attempted to seek help from customer service without success. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in reactivating my Facebook account without any associations with Jim's Inn. I recently noticed that my name is linked to a charity without my consent, which concerns me. Thank you.
