Hello, I am reaching out regarding my friend's hacked account. Initially, she disabled her account to stop the hacker, but they managed to reactivate it and changed her email, password, and phone number. We are looking to reset everything back to normal. I came across information online stating that we need to confirm our identity with a selfie holding a paper with numbers on it. The Instagram account affected is under the username jona.bislimi. We urgently need assistance to rectify this situation. We are prepared to provide a photo ID for any future verification requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to access the "Get more help" option within the app, as it keeps redirecting us to the hacked email address associated with the account. If we are unable to resolve this promptly, we may have to involve local authorities due to this privacy breach. Our main goal is to restore all the information to its original state once ownership is verified.

Our Facebook Page, Raz Gadget Center, also known as @razgadgetcenter, was disabled by Facebook. The issue arose when we accidentally posted a product that was flagged by Apple. However, the notification from Facebook only addressed the specific post, not the entire Page. Despite waiting over a week for the Page to be reinstated, it remained inaccessible. With no means to reach Facebook for clarification, we considered creating a new Page under the same account. Unfortunately, this new attempt was swiftly disabled due to the prior violation. Apart from the single post that prompted Apple's complaint, our business Page strictly adhered to Facebook policies. We solely utilize this platform for business purposes and are seeking assistance in recovering our Page. Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. I have attempted multiple password combinations, suspecting a possible hack with a changed password, resulting in lockout. Regrettably, I no longer have access to the email associated with my account created more than a decade ago, impeding password reset. Exhausting all available options to regain access, including email and Facebook, has proven futile. I lack a linked mobile number or designated trusted contacts for recovery. Despite submitting my ID photo on the platform weeks ago, no response has been received.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Despite changing my password multiple times and entering the verification code sent to my Gmail, I keep getting blocked due to two-factor authentication with an old phone number I no longer have access to. I understand that once I regain access, I need to update my phone number information. After waiting six hours, I still cannot log in due to being timed out. I will try again tomorrow. - Lar A.

My name is Jennifer Wooley. I have experienced distressing issues on Facebook. Douglas Conn, who stood up for me, was wrongfully suspended. We faced harassment from fake accounts like Aria Molten and struggled to block them. Despite reporting inappropriate content, actions were not taken promptly. The platform has unfairly penalized us, especially Douglas Conn, multiple times due to our political views. He received an unjust ban for a harmless comment on my post. These biased actions based on differing opinions are unacceptable. I urge Facebook to review and lift Douglas Conn's suspension. My account was hacked on October 5th, [redacted], by someone pretending to be a government grant agent. They are contacting all my family, friends, and business clients trying to scam them on my behalf. I have tried everything to resolve this issue, including contacting Facebook, its administrators, and Mark Zuckerberg, but to no avail. I have also reached out to the FCC, the FTC, the US government, and the media, both television and newspapers, but still no help. I am requesting Facebook to remove this person from my account promptly and grant me access. If this is not possible, I want my account, fan pages, groups, and all associated content completely deleted. However, if there is any chance I can regain access to my account, I would greatly appreciate it as I have had my account since [redacted] and have utilized it for my businesses. Yesterday, I logged onto Facebook on my iPhone and was prompted to enter my password as it appeared to be expired. After doing so, Facebook created a new account and does not recognize my original one. Although my account still exists, it is not being recognized as mine. The platform mentioned sending a verification code to my email, which is not the correct one. Additionally, my Messenger is not working, stating that a code will be sent to my phone, which I have not received. This situation is preventing me from accessing both my personal Facebook page and my professional page as a journalist and writer. I have had the same account for 11 years and am confused about why this is happening. Some of my friends have received messages from an unknown person with financial proposals, leading me to believe my account has been compromised. As a Vietnam Veteran, I corrected someone who was misinformed. President Trump, as Commander in Chief, leads the military. However, I was briefly restricted from replying due to a complaint about my choice of words. I hold a Bronze Star for defending rights. I defended President Trump, but faced poor treatment. I question Facebook's actions on my special day. Veterans like me fight for people's rights and speak out against ignorance. I have sacrificed for my country and wonder if Facebook will punish me for voicing my opinion.

I recently used a $50 Facebook gift card at Outback Steakhouse. I received this card as a birthday gift a few years ago. When I tried to use it, the waitress said it was invalid. After calling the number on the back, I was told to provide my information to receive a check for the card's value. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the check. The customer service representatives explained that these cards have been invalid for years, contradicting the message on the card stating its validity until July [redacted]. Hello. I received a notification regarding suspicious activity on my account "Chuck Myntti" and was prompted to verify via an outdated phone number, which I no longer use since May [redacted]. I am currently using a 6th generation iPod and considering upgrading to a 7th generation iPod for iOS 13 compatibility. I solely connect via wifi and do not utilize cellular networks. Consequently, I created a new account "Chuck Moontea" and am rebuilding from the ground up. Requesting assistance in transferring a decade's worth of data from my old account to the new one, including contacts, files, videos, and photos. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. I need help dealing with a situation involving a hacked Facebook account that is being used to harass my girlfriend, myself, and various family members. The impersonator has caused our phones to be flooded with unwanted calls, disclosed our personal information leading to strangers showing up at our home, and has even gone as far as taking out loans and making purchases in our names. Additionally, they have fabricated Facebook conversations to incriminate us and have attempted to frame my girlfriend for malicious activities. The perpetrator uses the names Daniel Frank Petersson and Florian Popescu. While steps have been taken to report this to the Swedish police, progress has been slow. Both my girlfriend and I have deactivated our Facebook accounts and adjusted privacy settings to prevent further contact.

Hello, I am Suraj Shinde from Pune. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account with the username Er Suraj Shinde. My original username, which is my mobile number, is no longer active due to network issues. I tried to change my username to ersuraj.shinde in the account settings. Yesterday night, on November 11th around 9:40 pm, someone hacked into my Facebook account. They added their email address and phone number as alternative recovery details. Upon receiving an email notification from Facebook, I promptly removed the unauthorized recovery information. However, upon returning home, I discovered that someone had been sending messages to my contacts requesting their phone numbers. Now, when I attempt to log back into my Facebook account, I am unable to access it. The recovery email address has been changed to someone else's email, and mine is no longer linked. My account, sksharon, has been compromised. My email was previously [redacted], but I have since abandoned it due to the incident. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I continuously receive emails from [redacted] regarding a password reset on Facebook. Despite not initiating any password changes, I keep getting these requests. I have tried clicking the link to stop these emails, but it hasn't helped. This has been happening frequently over the past month, and both Facebook and I can confirm this from my account settings. I have taken various measures to prevent this, such as changing my login email and using 2-factor authentication, which is not sending SMS codes when these requests occur. It feels like an infringement on my freedom to use social media. Please address this issue promptly, or I may have to involve the federal police. I have spoken to them already, and they have advised me to contact Facebook first. If there is no response within 48 hours, they will investigate further. Dealing with this repeatedly after sharing a picture with no nudity and no sexual intent is distressing. I am left feeling harassed and targeted unfairly. It is disheartening that my inspiring story has been censored.
