Hello, I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Instagram account. Last summer, my Instagram account "m_yaremchuk" was compromised, along with my linked Gmail account "[redacted]," which was also hacked. As a result, my phone number +[redacted]84 was deactivated, hindering my ability to recover my Instagram account. Is there a way for me to provide identifying documents to facilitate the recovery of my Instagram account "m_yaremchuk"? Thank you.

After my wife's passing, I encountered a problem trying to access her Facebook account to post a memorial message. Despite having her phone and being able to send texts to it, I never received the SMS code for password recovery. This issue persisted across her iPhone 6S, Apple laptop, and my desktop, all using the same phone number listed on her Facebook account. Unfortunately, I do not know the email linked for recovery.

I manage and promote a community page focused on events and music called MJU:ZIK (@MJUZIKEVENTS). Ensure the community's interests are protected and avoid spam by using a separate personal profile and repository account. This maintains the community-oriented focus and prevents unnecessary messages to my large friend list, many of whom do not follow MJU:ZIK. My intention is transparent - the MJU ZIK profile is solely for managing the @MJUZIKEVENTS page and targeting relevant individuals from my friends list for involvement in our music community. Unfortunately, I encountered a login issue today right before an important event. I urgently need access to review responses and confirm arrangements for our upcoming December event. On November 7th around 10 a.m. local time, I clicked on a link regarding a PUBG Mobile gift offer. I entered my email and password, agreeing to some terms. Later, my Facebook account got logged out automatically. When I tried to log back in by entering my email and password, I found out that my account was disabled. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account. My Facebook ID name was Rip On Hometown in Sirajganj, Bangladesh. My current city is Chattogram, Bangladesh. My account is showing signs of security breach. I have received emails about password changes that I did not authorize. Moreover, there have been attempted sign-ins from different countries using my email address. Despite informing Facebook about the compromise and requesting IP traces, my 8-year-old account remains disabled. It appears that Facebook's security measures are not as effective as Google+'s. The account was disabled due to activities violating terms and conditions, such as supporting violence or graphic content. I usually log in from the north of England only. I clicked on a link related to PUBG Mobile gift items, but it redirected me to a hacking site I couldn't comprehend. Upon attempting to log in, I entered my Facebook ID and password. Soon after, I received a notification that my Facebook account was logged out, and subsequent login attempts showed that my account had been disabled. This account was created back in [redacted]. I have contacted Facebook authorities to request the restoration of my account as I urgently need access. Please help me with this matter.

I'm Michelle Salado and I'm trying to regain access to my Facebook account under the name Mitch Salado. I changed the password in September [redacted] and now can't recall the new one. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the email linked to the account anymore. I've made numerous attempts to recover it, including sending my ID, but the webpage I need seems to be down. Hello, I purchased a cardigan from a Facebook ad that appeared beautiful. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was not at all like the photos online. The fabric was different and I am extremely disappointed. Could you please provide me with information on how to send you photos of the item? I would like to update the name on my husband's account from Richard Barnden to Richard and Penny. My husband's memory is declining, and I, as his wife, help manage the account as it's crucial for him to stay connected with family and keep up with their activities. Moreover, our son shares the same name, Richard, leading to confusion. Facebook states that this change cannot be made, possibly due to a past verification process when a duplicate account emerged.

Last week, I received an email from Facebook with a password recovery code, but I mistakenly thought it was junk mail since I was at work. I only logged out and back in on my phone to check for any suspicious activity. Later, I noticed a random person accepted my friend request, so I blocked them. On Saturday, November 2nd, I woke up to find myself logged out and my account disabled. I regret not taking more action when I received the initial email as I suspect someone else was using my account. I followed the instructions on the help center page, submitted my ID, and now I am waiting for a response within 1 to 7 working days. I also changed my Hotmail password and researched my situation online. I hope to recover my account to access my photos, especially since my Instagram account was disabled too. Despite Instagram resolving the issue quickly, I haven't received any update from Facebook yet. I am eager to know what steps I can take or who I can contact for assistance in resolving this matter.

On Saturday, the 7th of September, I deactivated my Facebook account, Mahy Ahmed Arafat. I did this because I noticed some posts were being made by someone other than me, indicating a potential issue with my account's security. Recently, I attempted to reactivate my account but ran into trouble as I had forgotten my password. When Facebook tried to send me the verification code, they sent it to an old primary email that I no longer have access to. I now use the secondary email, [redacted], for all my social media needs, including Facebook. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve the code from the old email, and I would like Facebook to send it to my current secondary email so I can regain access to all applications connected to the platform. Additionally, my trusted contacts have not received any codes, which I find concerning.

I purchased a flying model airplane through PayPal on Facebook, hoping for a remote-controlled flying experience. Unfortunately, I received a low-quality item. I will attempt to attach photos comparing what I expected and what I actually received. Facebook needs to improve its vetting process for vendors, as there are numerous complaints about this product. Hello, I am facing an issue with a Facebook ad account where I am unable to change the text of the ad due to restrictions on my account and other connected ad accounts. A Facebook representative called me yesterday and mentioned that the situation had been resolved and only the text of the ad needed to be modified. However, today while chatting with Rodrigo, another representative, I was informed that the account would not be reinstated. Unfortunately, Rodrigo ended the chat abruptly twice without allowing us to provide further explanation. About a year and a half ago, I opened an account on FB. I was then contacted by FB about opening a business account, which was surprising. A couple of months later, I created the business account under the same name. However, after six months, FB blocked my access, citing identity verification issues. I provided the documents they requested, including my driver's license, social security information, and business documents. Since then, every time I try to log in, it says my account is under review. I am in a difficult situation and need assistance.
