I misplaced my phone and when I recovered it, the screen was cracked, making it impossible to see. I replaced it with a new phone using the same number, but Facebook still isn't sending me a two-step verification code to access my account. I also have access to my email. I submitted a photo of myself holding a code and even sent a picture of my ID. All I want is to regain access to my Facebook account, which I've had since [redacted].

On Monday, 4th November [redacted], I unexpectedly got logged out of Facebook and Messenger on all my devices. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me for a security check and mentioned sending a verification code to a phone number I didn't recognize. Despite changing my password via email twice, I keep receiving a security message asking for a confirmation code to be sent to the unknown number 0[redacted]. This number is unfamiliar, and unfortunately, I am unable to modify it. Consequently, my account is no longer visible to my friends and family, and my attempts to contact Facebook have been unsuccessful. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

On the morning of November 7th, I received a warning from Avast Security about potential URL visibility while using Facebook. Shortly after, Facebook disabled my account for security purposes. To regain access, I had to verify my identity by proving I was not a robot, providing a 6-digit code from my email and phone, and submitting a photo ID. Despite following their instructions, my account remains disabled as of November 8th. My Facebook name, "Connie Fuller Wright," reflects both my maiden and married names for the benefit of old school friends on the platform. In the past, I've used my Driver's license under my married name, "Connie Wright," to confirm my identity with Facebook. The warning from Avast and subsequent account issues lead me to contemplate the possibility of a security breach impacting my Facebook and email. I seek assistance in restoring my social connection on Facebook. Thank you for your help.

I discovered that my secondary Facebook account had been hacked. After reporting the issue to Facebook, I was directed to their automated process, where I was requested to provide proof of identity using my driver's license. However, despite submitting the required documents, I have not received any confirmation or reinstatement process via email to regain access to my profile. I am frustrated because there seems to be no other way to contact Facebook to explain the problem and resolve the issue.

I came across a page called "Our Home Awards" that sells toys and has gained a large following quickly. I made a purchase recently and received a payment confirmation but never got a shipping update. I reached out via email multiple times with no response. Several red flags include disappearing negative comments on their Facebook page, the use of a childish email address, lack of responses to comments, and the page's recent creation with numerous likes. This situation seems suspicious to me, and I believe it's important to address it to prevent others from being scammed.

I'm facing an issue with my Facebook account. While casually browsing my newsfeed, I encountered an error message stating "Your Session Has Expired Please Log Back In" followed by a notification that my account had been disabled. Facebook requested my ID for verification, and I initially provided my Birth Certificate (barcode), which was not accepted. They now insist on an ID containing a picture of myself, though I don't possess a government ID as I'm only a 10th Grader. My account holds essential memories and is my primary means of communication with my father. I'm at a loss and seeking assistance as it has already been a month since my account was disabled.

Hello, I go by the name Amber Stanley on Facebook, under the name Amber livinglife Stanley. I've had my account since [redacted]. I recently forgot my password and changed phones, which led me to create a new password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with my account. To resolve this, I submitted a picture of my ID to Facebook administration along with my current email. However, upon trying to access my account, I discovered it has been deleted. While I am not overly concerned about the Facebook account itself, I am worried about the irreplaceable pictures stored on it.

I recently posted content on Facebook that supposedly infringed on intellectual property rights. I made changes to the content, believing that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I missed an email instructing me to delete the content. As a result, my website has been banned on Facebook, and my page's posting and sharing capabilities have been disabled. I don't regularly check that email account. I have removed all potentially problematic content and reached out to Facebook's appeals process to inform them, but I have not received any response yet. Thank you.

I haven't used my Facebook account in 6 years due to being in custody. I am unable to recover the old account linked to [redacted] with the name Gabriel Trifu. I created a new account with the same name and a new email, [redacted] While I remember the passwords, the old account's security question is either forgotten or changed. I'm seeking help to regain access to my old Facebook account. I can be reached at [redacted] or on the new Facebook account under the same name. I have provided my new phone number on the new account as well. Appreciate any assistance.

I had an account I locked by mistake after forgetting my password. I tried calling Facebook to unlock it, but they were always out of office hours and never answered. Since then, I've created several new accounts, but I keep getting logged out and can't log back in. Just now, it happened again after two months with a new account. Can someone please answer the phone and help me with this issue? Thank you.

When I attempt to log onto my Facebook page or Messenger, I'm encountering an error message that states: "Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on it and we will get it fixed as soon as we can." Even though I can see messages and notifications arriving, every time I try to access them, a white screen appears with this error message. I've tried reinstalling the Facebook app and clearing the cache/history, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this or who should I contact? Thank you.

I have been repeatedly removed from Facebook, even after creating new accounts to regain access following the disabling of my original account without cause. I am unsure if I am being targeted by hackers or if Facebook suspects me of impersonation. I am deeply embarrassed by this situation, having had two new accounts disabled and facing numerous friend requests as a result. I feel unjustly treated and humiliated since I have not engaged in any criminal behavior, such as impersonation, inappropriate postings, or any actions to harm others. The frustration and embarrassment have taken a toll on me, and I urge for a prompt resolution. My last account is under the name Debbie Kouros, and I request access to it without incurring additional costs for unnecessary advice that may not be effective, as I have already tried reaching out to the help center multiple times without success.

A few days ago, I had my account, associated with [redacted], suspended. I reached out to GetHuman and contacted Facebook support to inquire about the reason for the suspension. After a while, I received an email apologizing for mistakenly suspending my account and it was reinstated. However, just after 4 days, they requested my ID for verification. I provided it, but I am puzzled by the frequent requests. I work as a data analyst in fraud and risk management for South Africa Airtel and don't have much time for Facebook. I have not posted any inappropriate content, so I wonder why I am being repeatedly asked to submit personal information. It feels like a never-ending process, requesting my ID, phone number, and more. I am confused by these actions after they previously apologized and reactivated my account.

Hello, my Facebook account was disabled due to a picture I posted. I was unaware that it violated Facebook's policies, and I sincerely apologize. This happened back in July. Some say I'm in Facebook "jail." It has been a considerable amount of time, and I am hoping for another chance. I apologize for the mistake and assure you I will not post such content again. Thank you for your time. Regards, Bill Boulet.

My Facebook account has been compromised. Unfortunately, the hacker changed all my account recovery details, making it difficult for me to reset my password. I have attempted to contact Facebook customer support without success. I have also realized that the recovery link is being sent to an old email account for which I no longer remember the password. Since that email was created without a phone number linked to it, I am unable to recover it. I am hoping to regain access to my account through alternative methods like using my phone number or answering security questions about my account. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in reclaiming my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed unauthorized activity on my Facebook account on November 8, [redacted]. The hacker altered my email, password, and phone number. I tried to access my old Hotmail account for any notifications regarding the email change, but it seems Hotmail is no longer available. I attempted to log in to what I believe was Hotmail, but the inbox was empty, which is concerning. My primary worry is that my bank account is connected to my Facebook from a past transaction. I need to speak to a real person for assistance. I have friends who can vouch for me on the platform. Thank you. -R.M.

Last Sunday, November 3, [redacted], I encountered issues with my Facebook account. While attempting to change my email address and remove my birth year from my profile, I got stuck on a settings screen for two hours. I ended up providing information for ad verification, thinking it would help me return to my main screen. Later, I received a letter instructing me to visit www.facebook.com/id and enter a code by December 15, [redacted], for ad management, which I prefer not to do. I am concerned about my account's status if I don't comply. Attempts to reach out to Facebook's customer service via phone have been unsuccessful. I wish Facebook provided a reliable contact number for assistance. Do I really need to follow the instructions in the letter?

I'm having trouble with identity confirmation on Facebook. They asked me to identify comments and then show me photos asking which ones are my friends, but the photos are all memes that my friends post. I can't identify who the friends are in these memes. Later, it said it couldn't confirm my account. I really want my account back. Could someone please help me fix this problem and tell me what steps I can take to recover my account?

My Facebook account was hacked and subsequently deleted because of the content posted on it. Unfortunately, the linked email address was an old Hotmail account that I cannot access, as it has also been deleted. Now, I have no way to contact Facebook for assistance. Both my Facebook account and two Instagram accounts have been disabled, and I urgently need to recover them. It has been almost three weeks, and I am struggling to find a way to resolve this issue. How can I reach out to someone who can help me with this matter?

Hello Customer Service, I am disappointed with your policy. Last week, I expressed concerns about overpopulation and the need for serious action. However, I received a rude reply, and now I'm blocked for a month. I feel this is unfair. Why was I blocked and not the other person? Please explain this decision to me. I would appreciate being contacted about this issue. Thank you. Regards, R. Arends
