Hello, This morning, I received an email from Facebook indicating that a request was made to reset my password and a code was sent. I immediately clicked on the 'didn't request this' button as I was asleep at the time the email was sent at 2:08 am. Upon trying to log into my account, I encountered issues accessing it. Despite reaching out to Facebook via email, I received responses mentioning a violation of community standards and informing me they would no longer assist me. I strongly believe my account has been compromised as I have not engaged in any inappropriate activity. Unfortunately, my account, including years of personal and business-related content, seems to have been affected. I am devastated by this situation and simply wish to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you, Rachel M.

My mother is experiencing difficulty accessing her Facebook account due to forgetting the password. While she is currently able to use Messenger, she is unable to log into the Facebook app. The account is linked to an old email that was deleted and now no longer accessible. She has mistakenly created a second account with her phone number added, but her main account, under the name Adriana Venglarcikova, is the one with important relationship information with her husband, Radoslav Venglarcik. Although we can communicate through Messenger, we are seeking assistance to either update the email or add the phone number to the primary account. Please reach out to us on Messenger under the account "Adriana Venglarcikova" or contact me via email (her daughter) with any potential solutions from Facebook.

Hello. I recently encountered an issue on Facebook where I was blocked due to a comment exchange with someone I believed to have misguided views. While I understand the platform's need to enforce rules, I am concerned about what seems to be a bias against conservatives. My account was blocked based on someone else's report, while I've seen numerous instances where I could have reported others but chose not to. It appears there is selective enforcement happening. Despite that, there are pro-Islam pages on Facebook, even though the U.S. Constitution prohibits Sharia Law. This inconsistency is troubling. Furthermore, individuals, including elected officials, who have made threats against the President are still active on the platform, raising questions about fairness. I urge Facebook to review its policies and practices to avoid unnecessary conflicts and controversies.

My recent Facebook post was reported in the group for reasons unknown to me. Today marks a year since I lost my dad, and the outpouring of love and support I received was immensely important to me. I expressed my struggles and requested positive vibes and distractions to help me cope, and the response was overwhelming. The support from this group meant more to me than other mental health groups I'm part of. Feeling hurt and confused by the ban, I shared that I have been dealing with distressing thoughts. The group's validation meant a lot as my family hasn't been as supportive. I've been through a lot, including being in a toxic and dangerous situation, which has led to self-harm due to the stress. I'm pleading for the ban to be lifted as I rely on Messenger to communicate with those helping me through this tough time. I'm in a difficult situation and the ban only adds to the nightmare of this day. The show "The Office" has been a much-needed escape for me, and now I'm unable to access it, which further adds to my distress.

My Facebook account was compromised by a hacker, leading to its disabling. Upon awakening, I discovered two emails - one alerting me of "unusual activity" and another regarding a password reset. Regrettably, due to sleeping at that time, I missed the opportunity to respond promptly. Despite my attempts to adhere to Facebook's protocols and provide identification to confirm ownership, my account remains permanently disabled. This situation is distressing as I have cherished memories accumulated over the past decade, such as photos from various life events including my wedding and encounters like attending a ‪Taylor Swift‬ concert. Having diligently utilized Facebook since [redacted] for its intended purpose of connecting with loved ones, I am now deprived of these sentimental snapshots. I have been in an abusive relationship for about 8 months. My ex-partner has continuously hacked into all of my emails and my Facebook accounts. I had to create new ones, but he still manages to take control of them. I have left him, but now he is using my Facebook login to manipulate me because he knows how much I value the photos of my children and family there. Those pictures mean everything to me since I am no longer with my loved ones. I had set up trusted contacts, but only one friend couldn't retrieve the code. I do not have access to the email or phone number associated with the account. When I tried to add my phone number, I received an error message saying it was already in use. Unfortunately, I lack official identification documents like a driver's license or birth certificate, only having an insurance card. My name is Francis Courtner, not Frankie Suzie Shankel, so even my name does not match to reset the account. How can I regain access to my precious photos from the private albums I posted?

I encountered an issue when trying to access my Facebook account, as it was disabled. After verifying my identity, I followed the steps to secure my account. However, I faced an obstacle when changing my password as an "unknown error" message kept appearing. I managed to change it through the email link. As I proceeded with steps 2-8, I removed any unfamiliar activity from my account. Upon completion, I tried to access my account via the Facebook app, only to be prompted to take security measures again, starting with changing my password, which proved unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email method and have exhausted other verification options. I now rely on three out of the five selected friends to send me a code, but reaching them has been challenging. Hello, I followed all the terms of Facebook, and I agree that your security system disabled my authentic account due to some issues. I assure you that I did not violate any of Facebook's rules or limitations. Other activities occurred on my account through different devices, which I am unaware of. I am eager to start posting comments in the video section on Facebook and Facebook Lite. I have contacted Facebook Help Center before, and the issue was resolved earlier today. However, I am facing the same problem again. I have been using Facebook for over five years and recently updated both Facebook and Facebook Lite. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter promptly. The error message indicates that I am posting too quickly. My Booberries Berry account was hacked on April 28, [redacted]. Despite sending my ID and reaching out multiple times, I received an email from Alan in admin stating my account is not locked, blocked, suspended, or deactivated, confirming it is hacked. After contacting various Facebook addresses without success, I was directed to Facebook Ireland. Unfortunately, no progress has been made since. I kindly request either the return of my account or its deactivation as the hacker keeps accessing it, causing email bombardment. Moreover, I received a warning for posting nude pics, a claim I deny, which my friends can verify. I am disappointed with Facebook's handling of hacked accounts, especially after its exposure on Fake Britain. I urge for the return or deactivation of my account and the release of my email. I bought a greenhouse through a Facebook ad. Here are the email exchanges regarding my order. I've spoken to others on FB who faced similar issues. Hello, Are we going to receive the greenhouse I ordered back in July? It's been almost 2 months, and I'm worried I won't be able to assemble it before the weather changes. If it doesn't arrive this month, I'll have to wait until April next year to use it. Your lack of updates is frustrating. I fell for an advertisement on Facebook from Ultra Hemp Extract promoting CBD oil as a treatment for diabetes. The ad misled me into thinking I was purchasing 6 bottles for $37.95, but upon payment with my Mastercard/Visa, I was charged for 5 bottles instead. I believed I was paying approximately [redacted] rupees, but the actual charge was [redacted] rupees. Despite reaching out to cancel and request a refund within 12 hours, I have not received proper assistance. Although I no longer see the same ad, a similar one under a different name is being displayed on Facebook. It's disheartening to see your platform being used for deceptive practices. Hello. I have been experiencing issues since last December. It seems like someone has gained access to my personal information, including my phone number and email address, to create a fraudulent Facebook account in my name. I have been receiving notifications and password reset messages for this account on both my email and phone. Upon investigation, I discovered a profile under the name Tandeka Mazibuko linked to my phone number [redacted]. I am puzzled as to how this happened, as I have been using the same number for 25 years and am not active on Facebook or any other social media platforms. I kindly request the permanent deletion of this unauthorized account, as I have not been involved in creating or using it. Despite my attempts to delete it, it appears to be reactivated by the person responsible. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I am reaching out about a peculiar issue. I am employed at a social media agency and oversee numerous pages. One of the pages is associated with a disabled account because it was created using the business email "[redacted]". We currently have control over the page linked to that account, but to verify it, Facebook requires the username and password for the disabled profile. Since the mentioned account is disabled, I am unsure how to proceed with linking this page to another profile.

Each time I attempt to create an account on Facebook, I am able to use it for a few days, enough time to reconnect with old friends, but then out of the blue, I receive a message stating, "we’ve noticed suspicious activity on your account, you can’t use FB right now." This leads to a request to upload a picture for review. After doing so, I am still unable to access Facebook and receive another prompt three days later asking for my ID. I am not comfortable uploading my identification for a mere social media platform just to communicate with friends. None of my acquaintances face this issue. I am disappointed with Facebook; there are less intrusive methods to verify identity. Requiring a driver's license for verification seems excessive to me. It feels like suspicious behavior on Facebook's part.

Hello, my name is Taylor. I've encountered a problem with my Facebook account being locked twice this week. Initially, I managed to reset my password by sending a code to my phone number on file. However, when it happened again yesterday, the new password I set was not accepted. Unfortunately, the only recovery option provided now is an old email that I no longer have access to. I haven't been successful in recovering that email. Unlike before, I am not given the choice to use my phone number to receive the recovery code. If that option could be reinstated, I believe I could regain access to my account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, and I am hopeful we can find a solution.

I've filed a harassment report against Farheen L. The review concluded she didn't violate community standards, but I strongly disagree. This individual, whom I don't know personally, has persistently tried to contact me despite my efforts to redirect her. She's gone as far as stalking my workplace and residence, even leaving comments on my employer's Facebook page. I'm distressed and want her to cease this behavior immediately. Although I've blocked her and reported the incidents along with providing evidence, she persists. She's even used inappropriate methods like threatening to send things to my home. Despite being instructed not to use business email for personal communication, she disregards the warning. I'm unable to respond due to restrictions, but wish to escalate this issue to prevent further harassment.

I would like to report that my account has been deactivated. I was surprised to find out that my account was deactivated. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], and I am certain that I have not posted anything harmful. I am unsure what caused this sudden deactivation. I kindly ask for your support as I have many precious photos, especially from my son's 1st birthday, and memories on Facebook with no other backup. I am concerned if my account was hacked and used without my knowledge. Please verify this for me. I respectfully request the reactivation of my account. If I unknowingly violated any of Facebook's terms, I apologize and assure you that I will be more cautious in the future after reading through all the security and safety guidelines.
