My name is Dana Penrod, and my Facebook account got hacked after accepting a suspicious friend request. The person claimed I could win money, so I contacted a woman who promised me $85,[redacted] in exchange for my personal information and Facebook password. She later asked for $[redacted] for shipping, which I couldn't afford. Feeling scared, I blocked them, but my password was changed, leaving me confused. I tried creating another account, but it was disabled after providing my phone number. I'm in a tough situation and unsure of what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have been trying to report this issue for the fourth consecutive day but have had no success. I am unable to post comments in the video section of Facebook and Facebook lite despite reaching out to the Facebook Help Center and GET HUMAN. The problem persists, and I miss being able to interact in these sections. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with a Facebook issue. My account was hacked by a Facebook business ad. The hacker is posting fashion photos using my name, profile picture, phone number, and email address. I've changed my password twice, but the two ad accounts remain. Facebook says there is money owed due to this. I only found out about this on Friday and have been desperately trying to remove this person since. I'm reaching out for help from Australia at [redacted]. I have several screenshots of the business ad accounts created by the hacker. I feel violated that this individual has access to so much of my personal information.

I am unable to log in to my Facebook account, which I suspect has been blocked after trying for the last 3-4 days. I recently changed my phone from an iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone 11, and the number I used for two-factor authentication ([redacted]) is not working to receive the code. Despite submitting my ID and receiving a link, it also doesn't work. The recovery codes sent to my email and Yahoo email are also not valid. I am locked out of my account with no option to contact trusted contacts. The links and codes sent by Facebook are not functional, and this issue has persisted for several days with no resolution in sight.

I need to address an issue regarding being wrongly accused of violating Facebook's Community Standards. I had shared a nonviolent comment reacting to a photo depicting Kathy Griffin holding a severed head that someone had sent me. In response, I reposted the image, questioning why it was allowed on the platform. Unfortunately, I received a 30-day suspension for this action. This suspension is particularly distressing as my son is updating about my grandson's upcoming hip surgery, and I can't offer my support or comments during this challenging time. Facebook claims I breached the standards six times, which I find confusing given my compliance in recent months. It feels like Facebook is selectively enforcing rules, allowing some violations while penalizing others like myself unfairly. With only 8 days left in the suspension, I am missing out on important family events, including my grandson's surgery and recovery. The situation feels deeply unjust to me.

Hello, my name is Timothy Coolbaugh and I have been using Facebook for many years. A few months ago, I received a message saying my session had timed out, and when I tried to log back in, I realized my password had been changed. Despite my efforts, I couldn't recover my old account, which was linked to the email [redacted] with the password timothyjon. I am writing as Syed Ahmad Bukhari from Pakistan. Four days ago, my Facebook account was disabled due to a photo shared by a friend related to child harassment. I made comments about having a video, which led to sharing it with friends on Insta and Messenger. Shortly after sending the video, my account was disabled. Following the instructions to visit the help center, I submitted a message explaining the situation along with my CNIC pic. Unfortunately, I received a response stating they couldn't reopen my account. Despite sending the same message nine times, I continue to receive the same reply. This has left me distressed as my connected games are no longer accessible, and my Insta account has been banned as well. I am urgently seeking assistance and a resolution to this issue!

I have been playing PUBG Mobile competitively for the past 1.5 years and connected my account to Facebook to secure my progress. Recently, I received a DM on my Instagram channel about a PUBG tournament and entered my details on a seemingly legitimate website. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got disabled along with my friend's, impacting our game progress. We also lost access to our Instagram accounts. I have experienced fraudulent activity on Facebook Marketplace. A seller scammed me by not sending the purchased goods after I paid via a bank transfer. I need to reach out to Facebook to report this incident but am unable to access my account. My messenger and Facebook accounts are blocked for unknown reasons. I recently experienced an issue with my Facebook account. A friend named Comrd Peter Abraham posted something last week that I found unpleasant, so I discussed it with him privately. After our conversation, I unfriended him. A few days later, I realized that my Facebook password had been changed without my knowledge. I attempted to log in from another device but was unsuccessful. Upon requesting a password reset, an email with a code was sent to a suspicious email address, e*****1@o******.com. It seems my account has been compromised as I am unable to access it, and a different name, Elena Schaffhauser, now appears in my search bar. This individual seems to have taken over my account, interacting with my friends and sharing my old posts under her name. I suspect the friend I had the disagreement with may be involved in hacking my account. I am Faith Unomieta and I am eager to regain control of my account.

I had a Facebook account for many years until I switched to a new phone provider. Since then, I've been unable to access my account despite numerous password attempts. Facebook doesn't recognize my mobile number and my account is disabled. I suspect the issue may have occurred when my data was cleared during a phone transfer at a Samsung store. I feel cut off from my friends and unsure if my account was hacked. I would appreciate if my account with my profile picture in a white t-shirt can be reinstated, as well as the picture of my late mother in a pink striped t-shirt. On the 10th of September [redacted], my Facebook account was compromised by scammers who used it to deceive my friends into giving away their personal information. They pretended to offer Lazada vouchers and asked for credit card details, resulting in money being taken from their bank accounts. I have reported this incident to the police, who are currently investigating. An officer suggested I reach out to Facebook to recover my account, which I truly hope can be done, as it contains valuable content to me. The account in question is under the name Ong Jing Min. I encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account on my laptop. I couldn't recall the password, and my account is linked to my phone number, not an email. After attempting to reset the password, I did not receive the reset code on my phone. Following this, I verified my ID, and the Facebook app on my phone provided a temporary code for login. Despite this, Facebook mentioned that the account issue had been resolved. However, I still cannot change the password. When prompted to choose how to receive the reset code, clicking continue does not trigger any action.

I am running ads for the "Island Easy" page. An extra account was deleted to help resolve the issue. All of my accounts are disabled, even the one with active ads. I did not intend to break any rules and seek assistance. I can do without the second account, but the other two are important for communication and potential job opportunities. My page has been taken over by individuals named Yasir Khan and Asia Naseer through a company called AD ARTICLE BETA V10.5b2. I have invested a significant amount of money and time, growing it to almost 90,[redacted] likes with numerous videos and ads. Initially, they asked to advertise on my page, claiming they would pay. Following what appeared to be a legitimate Facebook email and portal, they have now seized ownership of my page. I urgently need assistance in reclaiming control over it. Unable to post as the page for more than a week, I am unable to promote anything. The page is @kingsotearth for the band Kings Of The Earth. I go by the name Samm Hart professionally, but my legal name is Michael Musick. I am based in Nashville, TN, working as a professional musician.

My Facebook account was disabled after I attempted to share a video I got through WhatsApp. The video does not contain explicit content, but it shows an Islamic teacher inappropriately interacting with a child. The child's face is not visible, and there is no nudity. I shared this video via Facebook Messenger to warn a friend about these situations, but I believe Facebook flagged it as child exploitation. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance as my Facebook account has been hacked and disabled, leaving me unable to access my Facebook business account. As the director of my companies, I am willing to provide any necessary proof to demonstrate that I have not violated any terms. Both my personal Facebook account, Tanique Tae Bernard, and my business account, Littlebutterflynursery, have been affected. After conducting my own investigation, I discovered that the unauthorized access occurred when my computer was left unattended by a manager, coinciding with a suspicious email requesting a password change. Despite my efforts to deny this request, Facebook has not granted me access back to my accounts, resulting in charges to my business account amounting to £40 daily. I possess CCTV footage identifying the individual responsible for hacking my accounts. Due to these charges, I have been compelled to have my bank's fraud team cancel all cards associated with the page, leaving me without access to funds for five days. I have never posted anything inappropriate on my page and find this situation distressing, especially following the data breach on September 5, [redacted]. I had hoped Facebook would conduct a thorough investigation, but their refusal to reactivate my account and the ongoing charges indicate my innocence.
