My account has been compromised. My page appears backwards and in Arabic or Hindu, and I have been unable to find assistance online. I had two accounts, one of which was blocked, and now my remaining account has also been hacked. As a result, I can no longer access Facebook. I contacted friends who checked my page and mentioned that everything seems fine, possibly to you as well.

I keep receiving emails for password reset codes and login alerts on my Facebook account. I only used the account once to make a purchase and got scammed. Although the bank refunded me, I can't log in anymore without verifying my account. Facebook support suggested verifying by providing passport or driving license details or paying a £50 fee for account closure. I'm unsure if this is a legitimate process by Facebook or another scam. I simply want my account permanently deleted.

I tried to list an item on Facebook Marketplace, but it was rejected for violating their Commerce Policy. Oddly, I see others selling the same item in the Midwest. Facebook provided an Appeal link, but when I completed it, I encountered an error saying a required field was missing, even though I filled in all the information. The item is "New CPAP Supplies."

I recently learned about the new Facebook dating app and have been eager to try it out. However, even though it has been available since September and my friends already have it on their phones, I can't seem to find it on my Facebook account. I'm 19 years old and have had my Facebook since [redacted]. I've tried searching for it in the app, checking the sidebar, logging out and back in, deleting the app, reinstalling it after adjusting the settings, but still no luck. I live in Ohio, so I believe I should have access to it. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I utilized a TextNow number to set up my account. During a period when I didn't have a phone, TextNow reassigned my number to another person. Although I know the email associated with the account as it's used for notifications, accepting friend requests, and resetting the password, I am unable to receive the login information through it, only through the phone number. I am seeking assistance in locating a method to receive a one-time login code via the email linked to the account.

I am experiencing difficulties posting comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. Despite contacting Facebook's help center and speaking with a representative, the issue persists. I have been a Facebook user for over 5 years and value the platform for sharing opinions. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly to enable me to engage with the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Joydip Burman

I created a new account using the same name, Anthony Duwaun Fambro II, to start over my fan base. Facebook asked for a picture to confirm my identity, then they closed my account without explaining why. Today, I made another account with the same name to create a page for my clothing line. Facebook requested a picture again to verify it's me. I wouldn't create two consecutive accounts with the same name and post the same picture if it's not me. I'm waiting for Facebook to confirm my account without informing me of the duration. I can't log in until they approve, but I need it for my business and acting career promotions. My email verifies it's me.

Hello, everyone. I wanted to discuss the Facebook page created to document the life of my minor son, Ramon Marcelino. I have repeatedly requested the current admins (my ex-in-laws and ex-husband) to grant me admin status as mandated by our divorce decree. According to the court order, my ex-husband, Dhevhan Keith (aka Richard Keith Marcelino), and his mother, Maxima Marcelino, should be completely removed from the page, and his sister, Marylin Marcelino, should be made an editor. While they have made me an editor, they are refusing to make me an admin out of spite. Please consider adding me as an admin so I can handle the page roles or make the necessary changes on your end. My ex-husband has no contact with our son, and I have full legal and physical custody. I have been trying to address this issue for three years and have lodged multiple requests for assistance through Facebook.

My phone and tablet suddenly crashed, leaving me unable to log in to Facebook. Despite sending photos of my license and face, as well as a code, I'm stuck on the step that requires a code generator, which I can't access because I haven't used Facebook on my new phone yet. I urgently need to regain access to my account to resume my responsibilities as the only administrator on a page.

I recently created a new account using my legal name, Ashley Foy, but with my first name spelled A-s-h-l-e-y. I uploaded the same profile picture as my old account (which is now deactivated) but received a request to change it shortly after. In a rush, I submitted an animated picture as I was multitasking. Later, I got a text on October 31 at 12:57 am to click a link to get back onto Facebook, but I still couldn't access my account. When I tried to log in again on October 31, I was informed that my account had been disabled without any explanation via email. I am requesting to have my new account re-enabled.

Dear Facebook team, Yesterday, one of my posts was deleted due to a fake report, resulting in a one-month block on my account. Upon review, Facebook reinstated the post, but I remain blocked from using the platform. This is not the first time this has happened; on October 26, a similar incident occurred with one of my comments leading to a month-long block. While the post was restored after review this time, I am still unable to access my account. As an activist advocating against Islamic fundamentalism and for women's rights, I face frequent false reports from extremist groups. It is frustrating to continually deal with these issues. I urge you to address this matter promptly and unblock my Facebook profile as soon as possible. Thank you.

Good morning, and thank you for reaching out. My Facebook ad account has been disabled, and I have requested a review, which was submitted on Oct. 29th. I have not received any feedback yet. I have carefully reviewed the video in question against the "Advertising Policies" and believe I have identified the issue. However, I am unable to address it without access to my disabled account. Earlier this year, my FB Ad account was hacked, leading to financial issues, and I suspect a lingering stigma on my account. FB now declines various credit cards I used for payments, even though they have no balances. I received the response: "Hi M, After careful review, I’ve determined that we’re unable to take further action regarding this matter. Thanks, W. Risk Support Specialist." I am eager to resolve these issues and start anew.

I forgot my password and attempted to reset it. However, during the identity confirmation process, I realized I had entered an incorrect phone number by mistyping one digit. The system is sending the code to the wrong number, making it impossible for me to access my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to use my email for verification. I urgently need access to my Facebook account as it is crucial for my business. I have been locked out for a few weeks now. Please assist me in either updating the phone number on my profile or providing an alternative method for confirmation. You can reach me at the email address Monicakelly[redacted][redacted] associated with my Facebook account. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account has been compromised by a hacker who is currently using my profile to deceive my friends into sending money. Despite trying, I am unable to regain access as the hacker has changed my password. I had to create a new account to warn others about the situation. My original account is Kimberly Sheppard Ashley with a profile picture of me in a white dress. I have tried to follow the recovery steps, but the codes are not working. Even after submitting my ID, I receive a message stating that nothing is wrong with my account, which is clearly not the case. My account holds precious memories of my deceased son, and I fear the hacker may be causing irreversible damage. Please assist me in resolving this urgent matter.

Since Monday, Oct. 28, I have been unable to access my account. After clearing my cache, I attempted to log in again, but Facebook has not been sending the required 2-factor SMS code to my phone ending in [redacted]. Despite resetting my password five times, the SMS texts are still not coming through. I rely on my account to share my research work. I kindly request that Facebook addresses this issue promptly by sending the necessary six-digit 2-factor security login code to my phone for me to successfully log back in.

I recently ran ads on Facebook for approximately three weeks, and everything was running smoothly. However, I now find myself unable to access my Facebook account. Facebook has requested my identification multiple times, and despite my attempts to upload it, clicking "continue" does not yield any results. Meanwhile, Facebook is continuing to charge my credit card, even though the ads should have ended based on the dates I initially set. I am unable to manage my ads or access leads through Facebook Business Manager due to this login issue. Attempts to seek assistance from Facebook have been fruitless, leading me to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

This situation is quite complex. It all started when my dog went missing. It's just my dog and me, so I'm feeling overwhelmed. I posted ads on Facebook and had good leads, but then my phone was stolen, and my Straight Talk service is currently off. I managed to retrieve my phone, but it was wiped clean, so I lost access to important apps like the code generator and Facebook. I have no way to receive texts or calls from my carrier, and I can't contact anyone I know. Time is of the essence since my dog might be rescued or put down soon. I've tried creating a new profile and submitting my ID, but I still can't access my original account. I know I can prove my ownership, but how can I do that now? Please help.

I've been using Facebook for years. Recently, my account got disabled after I shared a post about leggings. I created a new account, but it got shut down as well without any explanation. I tried again to create a new account, but it was disabled before I could even merge the accounts. I believe Facebook should recognize my long-standing use without policy violations. I'm frustrated that I can't use my email addresses and phone number, which are accurate despite their claims. I don't engage in spam or abuse, so this situation is confusing and disheartening. I am seeking clarity and a resolution to this ongoing issue.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Femi Lawal. I have a personal Facebook page with the email [redacted] Additionally, I am an admin on my band's page with the email [redacted] I recently linked my personal email to my band's email to facilitate paying for advertisements. However, since doing so, the band's Facebook page has been experiencing issues. Other band members cannot see all the posts I make, and fans sometimes miss updates. The most concerning problem is that I can only access the rootmood account through my private account. When attempting to log in directly to [redacted], I am met with a blank page. Despite my efforts to address this today, the situation seems to have worsened. We have an upcoming show next weekend, and having the band's page fully functional is vital. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning, I am experiencing trouble logging into my Facebook account. I have been unable to access it for a week despite multiple authentication requests. I provided my state ID for verification but have not received any response or confirmation of receipt. With a new phone, I no longer have the old number and the browser on my previous phone isn't being recognized for login purposes. I am uncertain about the issue and seek assistance to regain access to my account linked to this email. I hope for a prompt response from your team. If access is not possible, I kindly request the deletion of my state ID file and confirmation of the same from your end. Thank you, and I await your reply. Best regards, L.B.
