I've been unable to access my Facebook account for months now due to a hacker. They've changed my profile picture and password. I'm not sure if this is related to recent Facebook technical issues. I've attempted multiple log-in attempts without success, even after trying to reset my password. At one point, I ended up in a different user's account. I would like to close my account.

My daughter's husband has just left her for a new partner. The new partner has been posting pictures of her under five children naked in the bath on Facebook. My daughter has been insulted by her ex and his new partner on their Facebook page. Comments about her have been staged off by their Facebook page. I feel that there should be some sort of protection for my grandchildren. Is there anywhere that my daughter could seek help?

We were in the process of setting up a new ad for our client "Stylish100," a jewelry store, when we suddenly got locked out of the account. It's been almost a month now. We operate an online ad agency and unfortunately didn't have a backup admin. Our business account, which still has ads running, is being charged by Facebook despite us not having access to manage those ads. We need to either reactivate the main user at [redacted] or regain access to our business account using another account. We must stop some ads and update the messages on others. Please assist us with this matter.

Hello, I am currently assisting as an administrator for a company and providing support for their website. A problem has arisen with the link from Facebook to the website, displaying the message: "You Can't Go to This Link From Facebook The link you tried to visit goes against our Community Standards." The client actively uses Facebook for business purposes and receives significant engagement through this platform. It is concerning that the link is not functioning, as customers are inquiring about the issue. This situation could potentially result in a loss of business. I recently purchased a new iPhone and unfortunately forgot my password. When trying to reset it, the system requested a code to be sent to me, but I never received it. This has not only locked me out of my personal page but also my nonprofit rescue page. I attempted to access my accounts from a previously used device after resetting the password, but without the authentication code, I'm unable to do so. Despite sending a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity, I have yet to receive assistance. I have recreated my personal and nonprofit pages, but the use of the same phone number and email address is causing further issues. Desperately needing access to my accounts, I kindly request prompt assistance. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] as soon as possible. I have been locked out for seven days now.

I believe my account has been hacked. I was recently logged out of both the Messenger and Facebook apps. I changed my password successfully but now it's asking for a login/verification code, which I'm not receiving via email or text. My username is ajblake90 (Aj.blake.33). I am unable to post comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. I have already reported this issue to the Facebook Help Center. I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this problem promptly. I have been experiencing this issue regularly for some time now. As a devoted fan of Facebook and Facebook Lite, I kindly request that suitable arrangements be made for me to post comments on the video section. I would be grateful if Facebook could address this matter promptly. I have refrained from using any abusive language in my comments. I've been attempting to set up an account for a week now. Initially, I was requested to upload a picture of myself for identity verification, which I completed. Subsequently, I received a notification a few days later stating that my account had been disabled. I then uploaded a picture of my ID, but alas, my account remains disabled. I even tried creating a new account, only to encounter the same issue. Presently, I am without a Facebook account, but it is crucial that I create one promptly to register for an event as my time is limited.

I have been experiencing a series of unauthorized access to my account over the past month. Recently, I discovered that fake accounts were being created using the names of my friends without their consent. Strangely, after using my account without any issues yesterday, today I was prompted to verify my identity by submitting a photo of myself. I promptly complied and took a photo as requested. My name is Osmar Hernandez and my account username is [redacted] I kindly ask the customer support team to review the photo I submitted and assist me in regaining access to my account. This account holds sentimental value as it contains many cherished memories and photos that I would be devastated to lose.

I suspect my old Facebook account with the same name as the current one has been hacked. A post promoting links to my family was published a few hours ago despite me losing access to it along with the linked email. I've been wanting to delete this account for a while now since it serves no purpose, and with recent unauthorized activity, I want it completely removed to prevent any issues or false advertising that could affect my family.

I'm seeking clarification on the reason for my ban until 23:47 on 5 November. I haven't received any response yet, but I feel unjustly penalized as I'm not aware of any wrongdoing on my part. I kindly ask for the ban to be lifted promptly or for an explanation of the violation I'm being punished for. I've attempted to appeal through the appeals box but encounter an error message stating "We could not process your request."

My Facebook account got hacked, and I can't recall the login information. The hacker has been messaging my friends asking for money. I've been trying for weeks to recover it with no success. We reported it as hacked to Facebook, but the hacker changed the account's name and has access to pictures of my granddaughter.

I have been receiving many unusual text messages over the past several months. This morning, at 3 am, I received another text message from someone using Google Voice. Upon discovering the text message today, I replied asking "Who is this?". They responded by saying they received a text message on their Facebook page from my cell phone number stating, "You are the lucky winner." I do not want anyone using my cell phone number to contact people I know or anyone else on Facebook claiming to be me.

When I promote my business on Facebook, I keep getting automated messages like "Is this still available?" Many users click on this by mistake, and this generic message doesn't always apply to the wide range of items advertised on the platform. It would be great if we could eliminate these automated questions and allow users to send personalized messages. This way, as a business, we can distinguish genuine inquiries from generic auto-responses. It's quite frustrating to deal with this on a regular basis!

I am attempting to regain access to my old Facebook account. Although I can access the associated email, Facebook requires me to contact three old friends from the account, which is not possible as we are no longer in touch. Despite uploading my ID three times as requested, I have not heard back from Facebook. I am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this matter. Thank you.

When displaying two pictures for one product, each showing a different color, on my Shop Page, I notice that the first color picture repeats twice in the small icon pictures at the top left when viewing the item. The second color picture only appears once. Ideally, I would like each color variation to display just once. It seems to be taking longer than expected, about 30 minutes or more, to process. I suspect this may be a glitch on the Facebook platform. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved so that only one picture of each color of an item is shown in the small icon pictures when selecting the item.

My Facebook account was hacked by someone, and they changed both my email and password. After securing and freezing the account, I attempted the recovery steps to reactivate it. However, the process freezes midway when I confirm my email by entering the code, leading to a blank screen. I've tried this multiple times over the past day with no success. Assistance is needed to activate my account and regain access.

I'm having trouble posting to multiple Facebook groups. I write positive posts, but when I try to share them, I keep receiving the message saying I'm doing a lot on Facebook. Additionally, my notifications have been disappearing daily, and the ones I do receive are duplicates from the same person back-to-back. I had important notifications from my kids and others that I've lost due to this issue. I hope this can be resolved soon as I feel very frustrated about it.
