To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

I have tried to get back into my Facebook account since October **th and each time I try to log in it says my password is incorrect in which its that last password i used to get into my account. I went through the whole process of forgot password. Then it sent me a code to my phone number then I put it and and clicked continue . then it gave me an option to put in a new email address so i did and it sent me an email saying please use the following code to confirm your new email and i got that code but i have no link or a place to put that code so what do I do? I just want in my Facebook again. My family pictures are there of when my parents were alive and my kids pictures are in there i have so many memories that i dont want to lose because i can't get into my Facebook. I never changed my password but it says I did ! I NEVER CHANGED MY PASSWORD I SWEAR!!!! PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IVE BEEN TEMPORARILY LOCKED OUT SO MANY TIMES!
