Dear Mr. Zuckerberg, I am reaching out once more to inquire about any possible unauthorized sharing of my Facebook account information with Cambridge Analytica or similar entities. I have been a member of Facebook for numerous years. Recently, my account was unexpectedly disabled without any explanation, causing considerable distress. As a registered midwife, I adhere to strict social media policies, making the disablement even more surprising. This loss has resulted in the disappearance of cherished photos, vital contact information, and my connection to family overseas. While I initially suspected hacking, the situation remains unclear. I created a new account only to have it disabled within a week, leaving me feeling targeted and anxious, potentially by someone associated with my ex-husband. I urgently seek guidance on how to protect myself and prevent further attacks from this individual. I am pleading for my original account, Dee Scott, associated with the email [redacted], to be reinstated. Despite previous attempts to resolve the issue through Facebook's process, I was met with unhelpful automated responses. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with logging into my account as it was disabled for allegedly violating community guidelines. Upon following instructions to appeal the decision by providing identification, I uploaded my driver's license. Despite my innocence, I received an email notifying me of the indefinite account disablement. Suspecting hacking, I reached out to explain, only to receive repetitive responses. When attempting to log in later, my name and email were displayed, prompting me to confirm or deny the account details. Noticing a profile picture not mine, I cancelled as a precaution. Informing Facebook of the hacking situation yielded no response. Desperate for resolution, I requested they investigate and recover my account, containing precious baby photos crucial for my child with a serious illness. Repeatedly receiving the same response about the suspension, I am distressed and seek assistance to regain access to my account and vital photos.

I received a notification on my iPhone stating that my account was locked due to suspicious activity. I followed the on-screen instructions, changed my password, reviewed the people I followed, and deleted unwanted posts. After doing this, I was prompted to log in. However, upon entering my email and the new password, I was informed that my account was still locked for suspicious activity. This led me back to the beginning of the process. I attempted to go through this cycle twice by identifying my posts and once by identifying friends, but each time I ended up in the same loop.

On October 10th at 2:24 PM, my Facebook, Messenger, and other accounts were hacked. Being visually impaired, I need live tech support for guidance. I contacted my phone carrier, AT&T, and reported the hacked account. I also reached out to level 2 tech support. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my hacked account. The hacker added their email to my account, preventing me from receiving passcodes. This has caused great concern for my family and friends. I must remove the hacker's email from my account. The current friends chosen by Facebook for verification are not people I know personally. I need to select friends that I can verify with. Please help me. Thank you, Shelly P. I appreciate any assistance as I am feeling isolated and helpless.

Hello, my name is Anthony Capps. My previous account, Ray Capps, was hacked by Charles Steve, and my sister, Tammy Miner, reported it. I then created a new account named Anthony Capps. Unfortunately, my sister reported this account as hacked too, thinking it wasn't me. Now, that account has been disabled, possibly due to my phone number. I am unable to create a new account because of this. I would appreciate your assistance in reactivating my account under Anthony Capps or guidance on creating a new one with my phone number without it being disabled. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or send an SMS to [redacted]. Thank you for your help, Anthony Capps.

I recently got a new phone, maintaining the same number. However, when I tried to log into Facebook using the Chrome browser, it did not recognize my carrier. It prompted me to verify my identity by sending an SMS code, which I never received. Despite multiple attempts to recover my account, reset my password, and provide various forms of verification including a handwritten note and government ID, I have had no success in accessing my Facebook account. I have reached out through help links and submitted questions, but have not received any response from Facebook. I am feeling extremely frustrated and upset by the situation as I am still locked out of my account.

Someone has unauthorized access to my account and two of my contacts that could help me are unavailable due to being overseas. They have changed my email and password details. I was able to get a code from my daughter, Debra G., but my husband, Terry M., and son, Steven B., were not able to assist. My name is Simone B. M., and I have been a loyal customer for years. Today is my birthday, 10-27-69, and I have been receiving birthday wishes all day. Can a photo or a blood-drawn identification card be provided to prove my identity? I am located in Texas, not Nigeria, where the unauthorized access is coming from. Please verify my account information. I have been trying to resolve this for hours. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I recently switched my phone service from Verizon to Sprint, but I didn't realize I needed to update this information on Facebook. My phone number stayed the same; only the carrier changed. On Thursday, while transitioning my role as admin for a business page before leaving my job, I accidentally triggered a security verification process due to my activity. Despite answering the questions, I never received the verification code via text, leaving me locked out of my long-standing account. Attempts to troubleshoot require texting my unreachable phone, and I am not logged in on any other devices. I've contacted Facebook multiple times through various channels, including sending a personal photo with a code, but have yet to receive a response. I am seeking alternative means to reach out to Facebook for assistance.

I am reaching out for assistance in regaining access to our Facebook page for Rubber City Prints, Inc. I am Krista Rickert, the Executive Director of our Printshop. We are a small nonprofit organization and it is crucial for us to manage our Facebook page effectively. After contacting all current admins, it appears that those who responded have been removed from the page. I received an email indicating that a former admin without current access may have been responsible for these deletions. The individual admitted to not having access and expressed concern about a possible hacking incident. Unfortunately, Facebook's account recovery process for pages is limited. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter promptly to prevent any potential loss of our hard-earned followers and friends. Warm regards, K. Rickert Director of Rubber City Prints

Hello! I wanted to reach out about an issue I am experiencing with my Facebook account. On Saturday, October 26th at 00:09, I discovered that my account had been hacked and disabled while I was asleep. As a result, I am unable to access their dispute forms for hacked accounts. Additionally, my business Instagram account and an old art Instagram account linked to my Facebook pages have been deleted. I suspect unauthorized withdrawals have been made from my account for "Advertising bills," although I have not received any invoices in my email. I believe this may be a targeted attack, as the change of password email I received included an IP and location in Auckland, New Zealand, where I used to live. The actions were also performed through an iPhone. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account and address these issues promptly. Thank you - Phoebe Burt-Mason

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to Facebook suspecting suspicious activity and requesting a password reset. The issue arose after installing the Facebook and Messenger apps on my Windows 10 PC. Despite not responding to any fake emails, as I elected to download the apps from the Windows Store, I was promptly locked out. This situation is frustrating as I have never encountered this problem before and am reluctant to change my long-standing password. I feel like instead of being hacked by an external party, Facebook's actions have resulted in me losing access to my own account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account was compromised on Saturday evening, the 26th of October [redacted]. I've taken all the necessary steps to secure it, such as resetting my password through the email sent to my current email address (which has been removed from my Facebook account). However, I am unable to log back in as the phone number associated with my account has been changed, preventing me from receiving the authentication code. I've submitted my government ID (birth certificate) and a photo of myself holding a written code as requested, but it has been 48 hours and I still can't access my account. I've exhausted all the help links on the Facebook help center page. Please send me an authentication code via email so I can regain access to my account, or allow me to update the phone number linked to my account.

My personal Facebook account, where I shared all my memories and linked other accounts, is currently disabled. I haven't used Facebook for the past 4 to 5 months, only for playing games and signing in to other platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and PUBG where I made purchases. In the morning, when I tried to open my Instagram account, I realized it was disabled. After that, I checked my Facebook account as it was linked to IG, and that was disabled too. It has been 2 days since I accessed any apps linked to my Facebook account, resulting in lost data from various applications like Call of Duty, Global Garner, Goibibo, Just Dial, LinkedIn, Ola, OLX, PUBG, Quora, UrbanClap, and others. When attempting to recover the lost data, I'm prompted to contact specific support for each social media platform linked to my account. I believe my accounts were not banned due to any posts, so I'm seeking clarification on the reason for this action.

My Facebook page was recently restricted from appearing on people's news feeds due to an alleged hate speech post. Initially, the ban was supposed to last one week, but it has been extended for several weeks now. Despite my efforts to reach out to Facebook, I have not received any response. My page is important to me, and I value the community it represents. I would be grateful for any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I am Sandra N, and I recently fell victim to a phishing scam related to a supposed collaboration with a publicity agency called Amp Agency. They promised payment for ads on Facebook but led me to a fake Business Manager link, resulting in me being removed as the main admin of my verified page. As a singer from Romania with a long-standing Facebook presence, this situation has greatly affected me. I intend to provide evidence to Facebook, including my ID, music label contract, and conversations with the scammers. It is upsetting that someone can remove the legitimate admin of a page that bears my identity, which is essential for my engagement with fans. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my page and prevent further scam activities compromising my online presence. Thank you for any help.
