Regarding Brian (Marty) Wooldridge's Facebook accounts in Louisville, Kentucky, and Charlestown, Indiana: After 20 years of marriage, Brian had an affair in [redacted], leading to our separation. Despite reconciling in [redacted], Brian faced mental health struggles after his mother's passing, ultimately resulting in our divorce. Sadly, Brian passed away 45 days later. The issue at hand involves his son's request to be the Administrator despite our strained relationship. Brian had multiple Facebook accounts, including one with his mistress. Some photos show him visibly intoxicated, which troubles my children, especially my minor daughter, Sienna Wooldridge. The constant reminder of his infidelity and behavior humiliates them in our small town. I request the removal of the Louisville account due to its inappropriate content and impact on my family. Please consider memorializing the other accounts. For further verification, feel free to contact me at [redacted] or via Facebook Messenger. Thank you for your attention. Susan Wooldridge, Charlestown, Indiana.

Facebook is requesting a confirmation code for my friend's account, stating that they have sent it to their phone number. However, we have not received the 6-digit code as claimed. Despite trying to resend the code multiple times, we have been unsuccessful in receiving it. I have provided my personal email for contact purposes, but my friend is logged in using their phone number. We have attempted various troubleshooting tips, but have not had any success in receiving the code from Facebook.

I have been using my Facebook account with the username [redacted]6 and password OGONNA for the past 10 years. However, three days ago, I discovered that my account was hacked. The hackers changed the password and phone number but kept the username. They started posting strange things on my timeline asking for money, which my students realized was not legitimate. I created a new account with the same username but different credentials, and it was also hacked. I am very concerned as my Facebook account is essential for my online business. I am unsure of what steps to take to recover my account. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your quick response, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Yesterday, I participated in a group called "I am New Mexico." I noticed a post by a member named Amy Marie that contained inappropriate language. Concerned because my grandchildren view my page, I respectfully addressed the issue within the group without resorting to any offensive language myself. Today, I was informed by Jose Sandoval, an administrator, that I was removed from the group for allegedly aggravating other members. When I questioned him, I felt he was gloating about it. I found his explanation unsatisfactory and believe it violates my freedom of speech. His responses to me seemed biased, and I feel his actions as an administrator were not impartial. I respectfully request that my group membership be reinstated, Jose Sandoval be removed as an administrator or permanently removed from the group, or in the worst case, for the group to be disbanded for violating my rights. I ask that all these interactions be reviewed and consider taking appropriate action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Nelson

My Facebook account has been hacked. Friends informed me they received messages I didn't send. I can't log off on my iPhone; the account is always on. When trying to change the password, I'm stuck because I don't know the hacker's password. Resetting through your system doesn't make sense because I lack the password. None of the codes sent work. With three email addresses, I'm not sure which one I used to start on Facebook. Frustrated with this situation, Facebook is causing me a lot of distress.

Dear Facebook, I was compelled to join your platform by a local newspaper to comment, resulting in hundreds of pages of essays on my Facebook profile over the years. It's disheartening that Facebook plans to delete all my writings. It reminds me of historical book burnings. It's troubling how one person's complaint can lead to censorship. It's ironic that Facebook doesn't allow pseudonyms when pen names have been a literary tradition. Mark Twain and Ben Franklin would've been banned. Your leader, Zuckerberg, appears fearful of politicians, driving this intolerance. Thank you for not stifling my freedom of speech, especially when it helped free three innocent truck drivers. Could I have a few days to save my work before deletion? It'd be solely for personal reference. Sincerely, Jack Cass P.S. Keeping my account may be too much to ask for, but can I at least have a day to access it one last time?

Hello, I need to report an issue with my personal Facebook account under the name Vimal Jagjivan. I have two Ads Manager accounts linked to it: #[redacted][redacted] and #[redacted][redacted]; however, the ***[redacted] pixel is linked to a Shopify Store. On Friday, October 18, I mistakenly created five ads under the ***[redacted] account and they were published with a status of 'In Review'. Realizing this mistake on Saturday, October 19, I disabled the ads under ***[redacted] and created new ones under ***[redacted], which were approved quickly. Strangely, I received an email at [redacted] at 3:48 pm on October 19 stating that the ads under ***[redacted] were disapproved, even though I had disabled them earlier. Later that day, Facebook disabled my personal account, prompting me to send a photo for authentication. Despite doing so, I am still unable to access the account to update the status of the five ads to 'Inactive', which are continuing to run and incurring costs without generating sales. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my Facebook account so I can manage the ads properly. Yesterday, October 20, an additional $40 was charged to Ads Account #[redacted][redacted] for these active ads. Your help in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and support.

I need assistance in recovering my original Facebook page. I am 83 years old and have enjoyed using Facebook for the past 10 years as a way to keep in touch with my large family. On September 19th, I received a message on Messenger that I thought was from a friend, asking me how I was doing. Unfortunately, I fell for a scam and unknowingly shared my password with a hacker posing as my friend. As a result, my friends started notifying me that they thought I had been hacked. After my page disappeared, I created a temporary new Facebook page with the same name, Shirley Mignone Stroud, but with a different profile picture. I believe this may have caused confusion and led to suspicions of hacking. I would like to provide photo proof, but I am unable to paste them here. Please help me regain access to my original Facebook account.

I need help regarding my Facebook account that got deactivated unfairly. Even though I hardly use Facebook and am cautious about what I share due to my profession, I received a message saying my account was deactivated for violating policies. Given my limited activity, it appears someone may have hacked my account to post inappropriate content. I believe there should be an option to appeal these decisions. Many of my important contacts are on Facebook, and losing access without a proper review seems unjust. It's essential for Facebook to have a process to verify violations and consider the possibility of unauthorized access before deactivating an account. I kindly request assistance in reactivating my account. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I am Michael F. Kelley. Today my account got hacked despite using strong 16-character passwords with various capital letters, numbers, and symbols. After verifying myself three times and changing my password multiple times, I continued to face an error message stating, "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now." This has caused me frustration as my account remains inaccessible, impacting my ability to engage in activities connected to Facebook, particularly games. I am willing to wait for the issue to be resolved, but I seek guidance on how to regain access. Thank you. Michael F. Kelley

My Instagram was hacked in late August through phishing. It began sending spam messages to my followers, and despite my efforts, the account got temporarily locked about a week later. A message requesting identity verification and a 6-digit code to unlock the account appears, but I haven't received the SMS with the code despite multiple attempts. Since Instagram lacks customer support, I'm reaching out here, considering it's owned by Facebook. I'm hopeful we can collaborate on resolving this issue and unlocking my account.

Dear Facebook, I am Le Thi Thanh Nga, the account holder of the Facebook profile linked to [redacted] and (+84) [redacted] in Vietnam. Dear Sir, I encountered an issue with a recent purchase. On Sunday, October 20 at 11:22 PM, I bought a Nikon camera from an advertisement on Facebook linking to helcamers.store. I am concerned that this may have been a fake ad, resulting in a theft. Unfortunately, I cannot access the website anymore. Upon purchasing, I received a strange confirmation email stating that I transferred $44.99 to helcamers.store. The information in the email is as follows: Order No.: [redacted], Payment Date & Time: [redacted]-10-21 03:17:34.0, Amount: 44.99 USD, Payment No.: PS[redacted][redacted]. It also mentioned that "ginkings" would appear on my credit card statement instead of the seller's website. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. Thank you.

We are unable to access our Facebook page due to a two-factor authentication issue. Two devices were originally used to log in, but the FB ID information was accidentally removed from one device, which had two-factor authentication turned on. Despite having FB ID information stored in Authenticator on another device, we are unable to log in successfully. We do not have access to the email Facebook has on file for our page and mod account but can provide our main page email as an alternative contact. We are eager to regain access to our page, which has a significant number of followers and are willing to set up two-factor authentication again with your assistance.

My Facebook account was hacked, and after following the recovery process, I received a link to change my password. However, I'm unable to log in as it requires an authentication code. Unfortunately, I can't access the code as it prompts me to use a browser where I'm already logged in. Despite choosing to receive a texted code, I haven't received any texts even after trying for the past 72 hours.
