Hi there,**This is regarding Account no. ***********We've had an ads account disabled. The automatic message states, "This ad can't run because it appears to be related to a credit, employment or housing opportunity."**I'm wondering if this was in error as the adverts are for Botox * anti-wrinkle injections.**Looking at our records, the issue arose on two rejected botox ads. The first time it was put through as Botox but then re-worded to "Injectables". **After doing research, I see that there may be an issue with advertising Botox on Facebook though I could find no mention of it specifically in your policies. We had Botox at the clinic in the past, but hadn't advertised it in over a new year so it's possible that policies have changed. A new doctor has recently joined our clinic which is why we tried to advertise it, but having had this issue I've done some investigation and see that there is a tightening on advertisements for Botox so this is perhaps the issue. **We absolutely did not want to advertise something if it is against Facebook policies, so if this was account deactivation not an error but was indeed an oversight on our part we apologise profusely. We'll happily do whatever it takes to rectify the issue and commit to get the account re-activated. **Thanks very much.
