I recently created my Facebook account on 19/10/[redacted] and began interacting by sending and accepting friend requests and joining groups. I also used the Messenger app to chat with new friends. Surprisingly, yesterday (20/10/[redacted]), while chatting with a friend on Messenger, I was prompted to confirm my identity. Following the instructions, I provided my phone number for verification and then uploaded a photo as requested. Facebook mentioned they are reviewing my submission and currently, I am unable to use the platform.

To the Instagram team, I am reaching out because 7 weeks ago I was robbed. The thief took my purse and phone and misused my Instagram account to post inappropriate photos without my consent. They exploited my website and email to extort money from my followers and sold my private images online. They also made unauthorized purchases via my PayPal, which I am currently disputing. All the data essential to my life was on that phone, and this experience has been extremely distressing and humiliating for me. I come from a religious background and would never willingly share or sell my private photos. When attempting to log in, I received a message saying my account was disabled and prompting me to follow the secure account procedure, which I have been unable to do as the account is still blocked. I request that my account be reinstated to enable me to secure it properly and regain access. I have been a user for 8 years without any prior issues, and I believe this is all a misunderstanding. My Facebook account under the name Ninuca ChecheIashvili seems to have been hacked. Someone has changed the primary email address and phone number, making it impossible for me to access my account. This is particularly concerning because I am an admin of a business page for an international 5-star hotel, and I need access to continue working on it. The situation is critical as the hacker could potentially harm my business by sharing false information or using any credit card details associated with the account. Despite trying various Facebook tools since October 6th, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I am eagerly awaiting assistance from the Facebook support team. Thank you for your help.

I have a question for Facebook. What have I done to be treated unfairly and bullied by Facebook? I simply made new accounts, a common practice on Facebook. However, I am always the one getting kicked off, possibly forever. I don't understand why. I feel like anyone can target and abuse me on Facebook and get away with it, but when I do something, it becomes a huge issue, and I am quickly thrown off the site. I feel humiliated. I believe I am a nice person until you get to know me well. If I made any mistakes, I apologize. Can't Facebook reinstate my account? Why can't we all be kind to each other, move on from the past, and start fresh? My latest Facebook account was disabled, and I am confused. Facebook didn't provide a clear reason or explain what went wrong. I'm sorry.

My account was hacked yesterday night by a TNT courier service in Nigeria, demanding #[redacted] to claim a package supposedly sent by Odunade Adekola. I didn't pay, so they won't restore my Facebook access. I tried replying to a friend's message but couldn't proceed without logging in. When I tried, it kept showing a password error. I need to recover my password, but they're only sending the reset to my inaccessible email and not my phone. My Facebook account has been disabled for almost a month now, and despite providing my IDs again, I haven't received any response from Facebook. I'm Nathan Rideout, born on February 9, [redacted]. Hello, I am Suzanne Bibbey, known as Suzie MB on Facebook. My email for Facebook is [redacted] A few weeks ago, my account, which I've had for over 9 years along with music pages like "the music of SuZannah Bee," was locked without any clear reason. Despite uploading my passport for verification as requested, my account remains disabled. I've received only automated responses which don't address my issue. I have assisted friends with setting up two-factor authentication using two devices. I mistakenly deleted the Facebook codes from my previous authentication device and now it's not recognized by the system. I still have codes for the account and the Bristol Antifascists page. I request to reactivate the first device or disable two-factor authentication so we can regain access. I'm willing to set it up again. It would be helpful to receive an access code via SMS on the device I cleared the authentication information from. This is urgent, and I hope for a resolution this morning. I recently joined a community website called Torpoint moaners because I heard that some members were spreading lies about me, using inappropriate language, and it seemed like the site admin was not addressing the issue. I responded to the false claims in a respectful manner, but it didn't help. I reported the comments to Facebook, and some were taken down. Shockingly, there were even suggestions of using drones to spy on my home, causing distress for my wife and me. When I tried to reach out to the site admin, I discovered that I had been blocked. I have always maintained a civil tone and have never threatened anyone. It is disheartening to see the admin engaging in unacceptable behavior and fueling negativity. Before involving the authorities, I hope Facebook can take action against those spreading malicious content, including removing posts featuring my car with its license plate visible. My wife and I are seniors, and her well-being is suffering from this harassment. This toxic behavior by the site admin must be stopped promptly.

Hello Facebook, I am reaching out with an issue concerning our business page, Danube Home. The screenshot attached shows how the page currently appears. Previously, different individuals managed the page, but due to turnover, responsibility was passed to new employees. Charity Khakhore recently took it upon herself to present it as her "business," where she is the sole decision-maker. The attached screenshot displays our backend with the roles assigned. Prior to her departure, Charity added Silus Twehamye as Editor and myself, James Kanyesigye, as Admin for the page. I have since been logged out and cannot access the page on behalf of Danube Home. I dialed [redacted]8 to report an issue. I sold a child's battery-operated car on Facebook Marketplace for £70 on October 17, [redacted]. The buyer reached out on October 20, [redacted], claiming the item is not functional despite having photos and a video of their child driving it on their profile. They are requesting a return and refund. After contacting the provided number, I was advised against issuing a refund. I have communicated this to the buyer, but they remain unconvinced. We attempted to upload a video to bring attention to a hate crime. Unfortunately, Facebook considered the video a violation of their rules. Initially, the video did not show up when published without any notification. After trying twice more, we received a message from Facebook stating we had breached the rules and threatened to remove our page if we continued. As a result, we refrained from uploading the video and shared a similar one from another source on Facebook. Days later, we discovered our blue verification badge had been removed, with a notification indicating it was due to a rule violation on Facebook's part. Regrettably, there seems to be no way to contact Facebook to address this issue. It appears that Facebook may have unfairly penalized us despite our intentions of raising awareness about a hate crime and not endorsing any racist message in the video.

Hello, I am inquiring about Account no. [redacted]95. Our ads account was disabled, and we received an automated message stating, "This ad can't run because it appears to be related to a credit, employment, or housing opportunity." The advertisements in question are for Botox/anti-wrinkle injections. Upon reviewing our records, we noted the issue occurred with two rejected Botox ads. Initially submitted as Botox, one was later revised to "Injectables." After conducting research, I discovered possible limitations on advertising Botox on Facebook, though it is not explicitly outlined in your policies. While we have offered Botox at our clinic in the past, we refrained from advertising it for over a year. Given recent staff changes, we attempted to promote it again. This incident prompted me to investigate further, revealing increased restrictions on Botox advertisements which may have caused the problem. We never intended to breach Facebook policies. If our account deactivation was indeed warranted and not an error, we apologize sincerely. We are willing to take necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly and have our account reinstated. My Facebook account has been hacked for the third time. Last week, we resolved the issues caused by the hacker. Despite repeatedly requesting help through the support button, I never received the promised email. Sometimes, the emails ended up in the junk folder. Upon retrieving the code you sent, it did not work, stating it was incorrect. Today, friends from across the U.S. informed me of messages requesting immediate assistance and Amazon gift cards. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the FCC in Washington, file a complaint, and deactivate my Facebook account. While browsing through my Facebook feed, my account suddenly switched to a disabled page with a message stating I was logged out. I'm a 60-year-old aunt from Ohio who made a mistake by setting my niece as the legacy contact for my deceased nephew's Facebook account. Due to this, my niece can no longer access her brother's account, which she had login details for. My sister, the mother of my nephew, wanted a screenshot of a message on his account for healing, but we are now unable to access it. I'm hesitant to remove my niece as the legacy contact out of fear that the account may be deleted or archived inadvertently. I want to keep the account active as friends still post on it, and his mom hosts an annual gathering where they share group photos. I would prefer my niece to be able to set herself as the contact. Could you explain the circumstances under which a deceased user's Facebook account would be deleted? I don't want to add more stress for my niece.
