If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

I just recently opened my facebook account, it was ********** , then, as a normal user, I started sending, accepting friendship requests, and joining various groups. I even started using messenger app with some friends that I had made. I have never posted anything at all. Now, yesterday.. (**********), I was chatting with a friend on messenger and suddenly, out of the blue.. The app said I need to confirm my identity, went on to facebook app and it said the same thing, so they asked for my phone number, they send a verification pin, and I successfully entered it. Then they asked for me to upload my photo, and I uploaded it, then they said they are reviewing my submission, and that I can't use facebook at this time. *That's what happened.
