Hi, I ordered a free trial bottle of tabs from Keto site on facebook,instead of being charged a small shipping cost, I had $*** taken from my account. Within minutes of ordering I contacted them to cancel ASAP! Only to be told Too Late! They have taken all the money I had in account which was to buy Christmas Presents . I have pleaded with them to cancel this order for * days, all they have offered to me is a *** days guarantee, which is not appropriate. Order could take *** days and *** days to send back! I need this to cancelled ASAP! I need my money back in account ASAP! Please HELP! from Cherie

I contacted the Keto customer on line service everyday, sometimes *-* times, asking when my money was being put back into my account. I also contacted Norton Shopping Guarantee online customer service. I still cant touch my money until it clears on **th Nov but its in there. Just be persistant and dont take No for an answer!
