Issue with Contact Information Request I recently sent an email with questions. I am seeking contact details for individuals like Mark Zuckerberg, Katie Harbath, and the Public Relations/Policy Department at Facebook. My inquiries are solely directed towards Facebook. Are you affiliated with Facebook? Additionally, I am curious if you are an automated system or a human representative at "GetHuman." Kindly respond with a direct answer or pass my request along to a human who can provide relevant responses. Lastly, I am puzzled by the difficulty in locating contact information for Facebook and its related personnel. Your assistance in addressing these concerns is appreciated. Thank you, Kevin R.

I need help with finding the "REPORT ABUSE" option for a comment on my page, Bay City High School Class of [redacted]. There is offensive content aimed at me, and despite asking the person to stop, it continues. After removing the member, their spouse is now suggesting I should leave the group that I created. This situation, including being told to "take my meds," is distressing as I am physically and mentally disabled. I even tried addressing this with the spouse, but the issue persists. I feel targeted since I beat them to creating the page. Their behavior feels petty and unnecessary. Any guidance from Facebook on how to handle this would be appreciated.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to the Two-Factor Authentication not sending me the necessary code via text message. Despite trying to reset my password and going through the hacked account recovery process, I am still unable to receive the code to log in. I even attempted to use the recovery friend option, but after changing my password, an error occurred, preventing me from accessing my account. I am frustrated because I am locked out of my account without any clear reason, solely because I did not receive the code for the additional security feature I have in place on my account.

I, Larry Findish, recently received a text message from an individual claiming to be the CEO of Facebook. They shared a picture of a $[redacted],[redacted] check, stating that I had won a prize in a Facebook lottery. The individual requested that I purchase a $[redacted] iTunes card for verification by a FedEx driver before receiving the prize money. Upon contacting FedEx, I learned they do not engage in such transactions. The person claimed to be under the name Mathew Eris and used a fake site. I have saved the images and would like to bring this scam to your attention as I am concerned about individuals misusing the Facebook name in this manner.

My email address and Facebook were both hacked. I couldn't recover my Facebook because they changed the recovery options and removed my email from it. Although my name is still on the account, I can't log in as it says my email doesn't belong to any Facebook account. After a week, I managed to access my email, but Facebook doesn't recognize it anymore. The recovery phone number was also changed. I'm frustrated by the invasion of my privacy and the loss of personal information and memories. I need help to regain access to my account. I started using Facebook around July [redacted], but I can't remember the exact date of registration. I suspect who might have hacked me but don't have proof to take any action beyond verbal accusations.

After activating two-step verification on my account using my phone, it was stolen. When I attempted to log in later, the system requested a photo with a code or my ID. I submitted both but received no response. Trying again recently, my previous password is now listed as old. I've lost access to my Yahoo account and added my Gmail account, [redacted] However, upon trying to reset the password, I noticed both my Gmail account and my mother's phone number, ending in 575218xxxx, were no longer linked. I have distinctive tattoos on my face and need assistance recovering my account. Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My name on Facebook is Fadipe Ebenezer Adegoke. Unfortunately, my account was hacked less than 12 hours ago, with both the username (phone number and email address) and password changed. I am unable to recover the account at the moment, as the solutions provided by Facebook do not involve the use of my previous phone number for verification of ownership. I kindly request Facebook to verify my ownership by sending a reset code to either my original phone number +[redacted][redacted] or email address [redacted], which were previously associated with the account. Thank you.

In July, I bought a small chicken coop from an ad on Facebook with the promise of delivery in 3-4 weeks. After no arrival, I contacted the seller and was given a tracking number. The tracking indicates it's in Miami, not at my address. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller advised patience and redirected me to USPS. Tracking showed delivery to a location hours away from me, but the seller claimed it was correct. After receiving automated responses, I shared USPS tracking, purchase confirmation, and explained the non-delivery. I asked for a corporate manager to contact me. No response yet. Seeking a $69 refund. Would like Facebook to intervene, considering USPS proof of wrong delivery address. Appreciate any help. Kim E. [redacted] Eldorado Dr. Debary, FL [redacted]

On August 29th, my account under the username @ExplicitJagger was deactivated for "impersonation." Upon attempting to log in, I discovered this and was deeply upset. Over nearly a year, I had cultivated this page, forming friendships and gaining admiration from many others. This page served as more than just a platform to express my fondness for Mick Jagger; it also provided me solace for my struggles with depression and anxiety. My friends, the inspirational content I shared, and the support I provided to others were all integral to this community. Losing access to a space that held such significance for me has been profoundly distressing. I am eager to work towards reinstating my account. I want to emphasize that my intent was never malicious; I am a devoted fan and never claimed to be the individual my account celebrated. I appeal for assistance in recovering my account. The loss of my page has also made it challenging to recall the associated email address. I am pleading for the restoration of my account, as its absence has greatly impacted me. I earnestly request your help in this matter.

I recently switched to a new iPhone and encountered issues logging into my Facebook account. I'm unable to receive texts from Facebook for verification, and I'm having trouble searching for my account using my name or phone number. Additionally, my account is linked to an old email address, but I can't change it because I can't remember my password nor reset it due to the same reason. Could I please request a one-time password for my Facebook Messenger account? Interestingly, I managed to access my cat's page on my phone using the login information from my main account. Fortunately, I can still access both accounts on my iPad.

I recently logged out of my Facebook app on my phone to reduce my usage but couldn't resist and re-downloaded it. When I tried to log in, it showed my location as Rapid City instead of Minneapolis due to tower settings. I managed to log back in but had trouble loading my pages. I then discovered another iPhone connected to my account, which I deleted. After changing my password and trying to log in again on my devices, the issue persisted. Despite following the steps to recover my account, including submitting photos with codes and personal documents, I now receive an error message stating the link is broken or deleted. I'm concerned about losing all my cherished photos on my Facebook page and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Lorie Meade.

Dear Facebook Team, I have been using Facebook since [redacted], consistently uploading photos and updating my status. Recently, I was made a Group admin for the group "The Swamp" by the existing admin. Shortly after adding friends, my account was logged out, triggering a verification process. I confirmed my phone number and completed a photo verification. Subsequently, I received a message saying my account was disabled pending review. I am saddened by this swift action as I have devoted a decade to using Facebook legitimately. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. I have uploaded my identification documents including passport and work ID card for verification purposes. My first Facebook account was named Half Pint. After I got a new phone and couldn't recall the password, I created a new account under my name, Venetia Dolphy. Recently, I discovered that my old account under Half Pint was hacked and is now being used by someone named Ernest Boateng. Everything on that account, from the pictures to the friends, belongs to me. This person has access to personal photos of my family, which is concerning. I've tried reporting this on Facebook, but the options are limited, and I was informed that this person is not impersonating me, even though they are using my actual account. I no longer need that account, but since I can't access it to delete it, I'm requesting an investigation. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone number or email associated with that account. I urge you to compare the pictures and friends on both accounts to confirm. Check the family members section on Ernest Boateng's account, which was previously mine, where you will see photos of my sister, uncle, mother, niece, and me. Thank you for looking into this matter. I use Facebook Messenger on my phone but do not have the Facebook app. When I signed up, I simply tapped on the app to access Messenger. Recently, I got a new phone and encountered an issue where I ended up in someone else's Messenger account with all their contacts and conversations. Despite trying new passwords sent to my email, I still cannot access my own Messenger account. I initially registered with an old email that I no longer use, so this time I attempted to use my phone number. However, none of the passwords I received via email worked with my old or new email addresses. I have important pictures on Messenger that I do not want to lose. How can I recover my Messenger account, and why am I accessing someone else's Messenger account?

Dear Sir, I have been a member for over 15 years with the ID Surenra Syambhu. Throughout this time, I have always followed the rules and guidelines of Facebook and any groups I am a part of. I take pride in my respectable reputation on Facebook which can be observed through the positive feedback I receive from fellow group members. I have never posted any material that goes against community standards, and I have not violated any laws or posted any inappropriate content. However, recently, I have been receiving notifications stating that my posts go against community standards on spam. As a highly educated individual from a reputable family background, this is both surprising and upsetting to me. I kindly request a review of my posts before sending such notifications as it feels like a form of humiliation and insult. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Surenra Syambhu

Hello, I appreciate your time in reading my message. On 16/10, Facebook unpublished my page, which I believe is a mistake. I have reviewed the guidelines and don't see anything that violates the rules. I have already appealed, but I have not received a response yet, which is disappointing and affecting my plans. If someone could please clarify the issue for me so that I can resolve it, I would greatly appreciate it. My page features memes, movies, TV shows, and soon news to inform and entertain people harmlessly. At HIGH, we prioritize integrity. If you can assist me or direct me to the right person, I would be grateful. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards, J.Skehan.

I'd like to know more about the security measures in place for making purchases in a live Facebook auction. I'm concerned about the safety of my credit card information. For instance, if someone is hosting a live auction on Facebook, how protected is the process? I am attempting to pay for vintage jewelry from a seller on Facebook, but my bank is blocking the transaction due to the lack of a tax ID number, citing security concerns. The seller has suggested payment through PayPal or Facebook. I am unsure about the legality and safety of making this payment without proper business credentials. I prefer discussing this over the phone, as I find it easier to explain my issue verbally. However, since I cannot access the seller's email for payment, I am unable to complete the purchase for the auctioned items. I am apprehensive about the safety of my credit card information due to the seller's lack of a legitimate business name and phone number.

Hello, I have addressed this matter previously. I have completed the ID verification process twice. The first instance occurred a few weeks ago in response to a report alleging impersonation, which was the initial complaint about my ID. Following that, I submitted my passport for verification, and the issue was resolved. However, I have once again received a similar email requesting the same details as before. I am perplexed by this situation and question whether it is some form of recurring error. As a government official studying in the U.S., I maintain a significant following in my home country. Unfortunately, some individuals harbor animosity towards me, which may prompt them to continuously report me. I am troubled by the prospect of facing daily blocks due to this. I seek guidance on how to proceed. Should I consider traveling to California to address this matter in person, or is there another course of action you recommend? This repeated situation has become distressing for me. Warm regards, S.R.
