I need help accessing my Facebook account. Currently, it displays my nickname, "Softas Silk," instead of my real name. I am unable to log in and retrieve my photos and videos. I have multiple email addresses but only one is linked to my Facebook. I want to transfer the content to a new account under my real name. Facebook logged me out, mentioning multiple devices using my email address. I request access via my phone number or email to retrieve data before closing the account. My previous phone number ended in (#[redacted]), now it ends in (#[redacted]). I couldn't update it due to the old number being disconnected. I am willing to provide my state ID for verification. Hello, I am writing to inform you that my Instagram account @xoxodiamondz has been disabled unjustly. I have always abided by Instagram's terms and only post professional pictures of myself and my twin sister, along with dance videos and positive content. Despite not engaging in any form of hate speech or inappropriate behavior, my account remains disabled, causing me distress. I am requesting assistance in reactivating my account as soon as possible. Hello, I am a regular Facebook user who enjoys using the platform for games due to a limited social circle. I named my account "destructive kryptonite" to maintain privacy but decided to change it to my real name, Daniel, after using the 'Ilikeyou' app. Facebook locked me out and asked for security codes from three friends. I have managed to get two codes but am stuck on the third since most of my friends are gaming acquaintances, not actual friends. I also faced issues uploading my photo ID as the images were too small. I need assistance in accessing my account again as Facebook should verify my real name through my registered email address, danielgilbert.dag@hotmail.

I recently purchased a new phone and need help recovering my Facebook account under the name Anna Gebauer Sutcliffe (NOT Anna Sutcliffe). My email is [redacted] and my mobile number is [redacted]. I have 71 friends and saved items on the Anna Gebauer Sutcliffe account and would like to restore it. Currently, I have the Anna Sutcliffe account but wish to delete it. I've recently had issues with changing my password multiple times on my Facebook account within a short period of three days. It seems my ex and I kept altering it back and forth. My Facebook account, which I've had for over 10 years, is linked to an email address that I am unable to access. The original email addresses associated with the account are Mama [redacted], [redacted], and my current email, H Nelson [redacted] For account recovery, my phone number is [redacted], and the recovery email belongs to my mother, Shirley Deaton Adams, at JS Adams [redacted] The name on the account is listed as Hanna Nelson. I have another phone number linked to the account, [redacted], which I can no longer access. The only email I can still access is [redacted]

Dear Sir/Man, Approximately nine years ago, I created a Facebook account using the email address [redacted], which I specified at that time. Later on, I opened a Google account ([redacted]) and listed it as an alternative email. Recently, my Facebook account on my cellphone was logged out, prompting me for a password I cannot recall as it used to log in automatically. I usually accessed Facebook directly from my phone without needing to enter the password, leading to my current predicament. I kindly request access to my Facebook account under the name Umesh Basyal from Nepal. I can provide further verification by sharing my passport photo for confirmation of my identity. I currently have access to Messenger, which I am using to reach out for assistance. I don’t have the Facebook app because I rarely use it. I access Facebook through the website on my iPhone. When my phone prompted me to log in with my number, I agreed. After struggling with my password and resetting it, I finally logged in only to find someone else’s account in a different language. Panicked, I realized I accidentally accessed a girl’s account who might have had my number in the past. I quickly removed my number from her profile, changed the language back to English, and logged out. Now I feel terrible as I unintentionally changed her password. I want to contact Facebook to fix this mistake and apologize to the girl. It was a genuine error on my part due to pregnancy and mommy brain. I deeply regret the confusion caused.

I frequently face unauthorized attempts to access my Facebook account. I receive notifications to change my password for security purposes. However, after updating the password, the Facebook mobile app repeatedly prompts me to change it again to enhance security, creating a frustrating cycle. Subsequently, I receive emails also instructing me to secure my account by changing my password once more. These continuous password changes imposed due to fraudulent activities are burdensome and detract from my enjoyment of using Facebook. I seek assistance to address this persistent inconvenience.

I have been relentlessly targeted by a group called Warriors For Christ, led by Rich Penkoski, since January [redacted]. Despite numerous reports, their harassing behavior persists. In June, they initiated a campaign to get me fired by sharing my work contact information on their various pages. This resulted in multiple complaints to my employer and a write-up for me. Now, they are continuing their slanderous attacks. What's more distressing is that on October 17th, [redacted], they publicly disclosed my LGBTQIA+ affiliation by sharing a screenshot from an alternate account I rarely used due to their hostility. Despite my efforts, Facebook has failed to take down these harmful posts after several complaints.

Hello, I wanted to address a situation regarding a negative review on our "Dogtas Exclusive Kenya" page. The reviewer seems to have confused us with another company in a different country where she is facing issues. We have clarified our independence, explained the situation through comments and messages, and even had our supplier who used to work with the other store in the UK reach out to clarify the franchise operations. Despite our efforts, the reviewer insists on keeping the unfavorable review until her unrelated issue is resolved. We are unable to contact Facebook to remove the review as the review button is not working. We would appreciate any help you can provide in getting this irrelevant review removed from our page. Yesterday on Facebook, I created a group page for my business, but then I got unexpectedly logged out and now I can't access my account. Facebook is requesting my ID verification which has a different last name than what I currently use. I urgently need my account back as it is how I provide for my children. Facebook, please address this issue promptly so I can resume using my account. Today is crucial as it's payday and I rely on Facebook to support my family. I'm eager to regain access without any delays.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account as it randomly logged me out and I am unable to log back in using my Gmail and password. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I keep receiving a message stating that the Gmail I entered is not associated with my account, which is incorrect as it is the only Gmail linked to it. Furthermore, when I tried to log in using my phone number, Facebook could not locate an account connected to that number. Although I provided three recovery codes from my trusted contacts, Facebook still could not find my account under my Gmail or phone number. Interestingly, I can still access my Facebook Messenger, where my phone number is correctly listed in the settings. However, I am unable to log in to my actual Facebook page after being logged out. I have tried all the recovery methods suggested in the Facebook Help section without success. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Priscilla M.

I am unable to run ads, manage advertising assets, or create new ad or business accounts. I believe there might have been an error in the restriction of my account by your algorithm. I want to emphasize that my ad complies with all Facebook Terms of Service as it does not contain False Statements, Deceptive Claims, Profanity, Ethnic or Racial Profiling, or promotes any restricted categories including alcohol, dating, gambling, lotteries, pharmacies, drugs, weight loss products, or cryptocurrency. I kindly request a manual review of my account and ads to rectify this issue promptly. If this is not possible, I ask that my ads be paused to prevent further billing charges despite the limitations on my page. I was playing a word game with a friend when suddenly my session ended, claiming I violated Facebook's terms. I am feeling quite embarrassed as I seem to have tangled up things with my accounts. Firstly, I mistakenly created a page on the wrong account. I then attempted to deactivate my old unused account (which I know takes 14 days for deletion). Now, I have a small MLM business and require a closed group on the correct page but I am unsure if I actually need a page for this purpose. Everything seems to default to the empty account I'm trying to avoid. Once the closed group is connected to the right account, I need to assign myself and another person as moderators. Despite understanding the process, the more I try to handle it on my own, the more complex it becomes. I can't figure out why I am unable to create a page or group on my intended account. There seems to be another account named HACK linked to me somehow. If you can take control, that would be great. If not, I believe this requires a call. I am eager to launch my product as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I recently lost my phone and got a new one. When I tried to log into my Facebook account on the new device, it asked for a verification code sent to an old email address I no longer have access to. Facebook does not offer an option to send the code to my phone number or another email address. I now receive text notifications from Facebook, so I'm hoping they can text the code to my phone number instead of sending it to the outdated email address [redacted] I need Facebook to update the email to [redacted] or send the code via text message so I can access my account.
