I bought another phone and am trying to get my Facebook account back. Password declined repeatedly. I want Anna Gebauer Sutcliffe. (NOT Anna Sutcliffe ). My email same-it’s *****@***.com mobile **********. I have all my friends on my Anna Gebauer Sutcliffe account. ** friends plus saved items. I don’t know how to restore it. Have Anna Sutcliffe at moment but want to delete it? Can you please help me with this matter. It’s so annoying when your password keeps getting refused.

How GetHuman-annasutc fixed the problem
I typed in my Facebook name in search bar. Nothing worked because I used my email address for identification. My password didn’t work and kept getting rejected Once I put in my mobile phone number and it asked for password I clicked forgot my password. I was then send a temporary password to open account. My mistake was to use my email address for ID. Can only use your email on one account so use your phone number. Hope this helps. I also deleted my Facebook app and downloaded it again
