I believe I am facing discrimination on Facebook. Recently, I tried to advertise a room for rent, and after successfully posting it twice before, my latest attempt was rejected for allegedly violating their policies. Despite requesting clarification, they only displayed my text without indicating the specific policy breach. When I modified the content and shared it differently, I was accused of posting a duplicate ad. I suspect I am being unfairly targeted due to personal bias, possibly related to my political views. I find this treatment unacceptable and feel unjustly delayed and restricted by Facebook’s actions. I am considering shedding light on this issue through newspaper publication to address their abuse of authority.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook page which has restricted my content from appearing in the News Feed due to a policy violation. The restriction will last until Tuesday, October 22, [redacted]. This limitation could potentially result in a significant loss of business for me, especially during the important Hindu festive season. As a small business owner, this loss could amount to thousands of dollars, which I heavily rely on for my business. I am frustrated and confused about which specific policy I have violated and urge for clarity on this matter. It would be appreciated if Facebook could provide more transparency when enforcing such restrictions on pages, as it is impacting my livelihood. Thank you, Esha

Having enabled 2-step verification on Facebook, I encountered a series of challenges. Despite repeated attempts, I did not receive the verification code on my phone. After struggling to locate the authentication code generator on my phone, I submitted a photo of myself and later my driver’s license, facing delays due to photo quality issues. Upon receiving a recovery email with a code, I was briefly able to access my account, only to realize the phone reset did not occur. Additionally, I discovered the need to scan a QR code from Facebook for the Authenticator. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue by submitting my driver’s license again, clarity on the matter remains elusive. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account and disable the 2-step verification as it has become impractical for me.

Hello, my name is Frankie C. L. I recently changed my cell phone number and fixed my Apple ID to receive verification codes on my new phone. However, when I try to reset my Facebook password, the confirmation code goes to my old number. Is there a way to update my new phone number to receive the code? I've been locked out of my account for about two weeks now because I no longer have access to my old phone where I was logged in automatically. Also, I can't remember my password, and my email sends the code to the old number that is now inaccessible as that phone was damaged.

Dear Facebook, I believe my account has been compromised once again. I have recently received a letter from Twin Deer Law, concerning an issue with Fergusons Transport (Spean Bridge) Limited. Despite going to court over my termination due to epilepsy, I moved on without any compensation. Someone falsely posted negative comments on Fergusons' Facebook page using my account. I did not make those remarks and would like my account to be deleted. Can you please also inform the lawyer that I am not responsible for those offensive comments? It has been months since the court case, and I harbor no resentment towards the company. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out about a significant issue that I am experiencing. I am uncertain if this message will reach you; however, I have limited hope of receiving assistance elsewhere. Last year, I had to confront a hacking incident on my Facebook account, which I discovered through the platform's settings, security, and login section. Although I sought help from the authorities, the resolution was only temporary, leading me to delete my account after maintaining it for seven years to uphold security. Presently, I find myself encountering a similar predicament with nobody coming to my aid. I have observed attempts to breach my account where alterations in names and emojis are being made, which may seem insignificant but raises concerns about the privacy of personal messages. Despite multiple password changes and other security measures, my account continues to be compromised. I am seeking your assistance as I am unsure of the next steps to take. Your intervention to identify the unauthorized access and safeguard my profile is highly appreciated, as this issue has persisted for an extended period, with my recent realization of the breach.

I strongly disagree with a community standards violation I received and I am unable to get an explanation for it. I have been banned from posting for 30 days, which I believe is excessive in this situation. I am an African American individual, and I find this hate speech accusation ridiculous when all I did was express my opinion. Many others in the same discussion thread also faced violations for expressing their negative views on a racial news story. It seems too much of a coincidence that we were all penalized for providing differing opinions from the narrative enforced by law enforcement. This appears to be bias aimed at suppressing our freedom of speech. Expressing opinions should not be considered hate speech. I believe the violation and ban I received are unjust. I am seeking guidance on filing a formal complaint with Facebook about their unfair assessments and their alignment with law enforcement narratives. Thank you.

I won a lottery on Facebook, but I have faced issues with my agent and the lottery coordinator. I requested photos of my credit card, but the instructions were changed. The coordinator accused the agent of being a scammer and told me to block them. Now, the coordinator claims my winnings have been terminated due to involving a third party, but I do not see my agent as a third party. I want to file a formal complaint to the CEO to investigate these employees and receive my winnings without the stress caused by these individuals. Thank you. - Cary L. Taylor

I was informed that I won $[redacted],[redacted] in the Facebook lottery, but there have been multiple issues with my agent and the lottery coordinator. The instructions kept changing, and I was even asked to send pictures of my credit card, which the coordinator said was a scam. Now, my winnings have been terminated due to involving a third party, which the coordinator claims is the agent. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and even health problems. I want both of them to be investigated, my winnings delivered, and I demand to speak with a CEO to resolve this unprofessional conduct. Thank you. - Cary L. Taylor

I suspected my ex had access to my accounts due to an ongoing legal matter, which made me anxious about my privacy on Facebook and email. To safeguard my information, I cleared my devices and logged out of all accounts to start fresh. Unfortunately, this caused an issue with the new 6-digit pin verification on Facebook, as I am now unable to access my account. I have already sent photos of my ID and a personal sign for verification. However, after resetting my email, I am unable to receive the code needed to access my account. I need assistance to disable the 6-digit verification so I can regain access to my Facebook account.

I am facing continual account disablement on Facebook without any explanation. To maintain security, I avoid using my full name due to past incidents of harm, stalking, and abuse when my real name was exposed. When leaks led to the exposure of my true account, my safety and that of those close to me were jeopardized, resulting in harassment via phone and in person. For verification, Facebook now requires my phone number, which has led to unauthorized use of my personal information. This has disrupted my ability to communicate and access essential resources for university. I request Facebook to recognize my account as genuine despite my use of a nickname for security reasons, and to refrain from further disabling it.

I am reaching out regarding a mental health support group moderated by Suzanne L. Eddy Smith. As a retired therapist, I hoped to provide support to vulnerable individuals in need. Unfortunately, the current moderators are ill-equipped to handle the serious issues faced by group members. After questioning incorrect advice given to someone in distress, I was removed from the group. I believe that pages like these should be shut down due to the lack of professional oversight, leading to potentially harmful advice being given by non-professionals.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be Mark Zuckerberg and even showed me what looked like his driver's license. He said I won $10.5 million but needed to pay an activation fee. Another person, Margaret Fallon, claiming to be a Facebook employee, said I won $[redacted],[redacted]. I want to verify their legitimacy and report this. The person claiming to be Mark Zuckerberg's number is [redacted]. My name is Timothy McClure at [redacted]. Please advise on how to proceed.

I recently encountered an unfortunate situation involving Jan O’Hara and a Facebook group we were both a part of. On October 7, [redacted], she initiated the “Now THAT’S a Cake Wreck” page and invited me to join. After joining, I encouraged my daughter to participate as well. Unfortunately, there have been incidents where screenshots from my business page were used negatively as Jan and I now find ourselves as competitors in the home-based bakery business. I have experienced unpleasant behavior from Jan and her friends, resulting in my removal from the group and the subsequent defamatory remarks made about me, my business, and my family. I would like to see Jan O’Hara and all the groups she administers, particularly “Now THAT’S a Cake Wreck,” her personal Facebook account, and her business page, Kiss My Buttercream, promptly removed from Facebook, and I request a permanent ban for her account.

I have contacted support and security multiple times via email but have not received any responses. Over two weeks ago, my original Facebook account was hacked, and I haven't been able to regain access to it since. A new empty account somehow surfaced in its place, and despite my efforts and even consulting a professional, I have been unsuccessful in recovering it. When trying to secure my hacked account, a code was sent to a defunct Yahoo email that I couldn't recover. My attempts to reset passwords only led me to the new unfamiliar account. My original account holds sentimental value with years of memories and contacts. Despite my consistent cloud backups, the situation remains unresolved since I received an email notifying me of a password change at 12:30 am from Facebook, leading to the current predicament.

Hello, Around a year and a half ago, I had to delete my account due to being stalked by a woman who manipulated people into sharing my information. As a promoter for musician friends, this caused significant issues when she targeted my contacts. The stalking triggered PTSD and severe panic attacks. Legal action was taken, resulting in restraining orders against the perpetrators posting harmful content. I am now in a better place mentally and would like to retrieve my old photos and account, which was under the name Malia Dawn Therrell Bafford. The associated photography page, MT Spaces, was also deleted. The account might have been started with the email [redacted] Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely, Malia B. I am still having trouble accessing my Facebook account, "BunnySun21," where all my photos and friends are. After sending a recognition photo yesterday, I managed to log in today, but it redirected me to my old profile "Bunny Lang" without any photos or friends. My page "BunnySun21" is also linked to other pages I manage: "Bunny Lang Just Stories" and "Bunny Lang Intuitive Painter & Mixed Media." I use a Mac and have had difficulties with accessing my email and Facebook since Firefox and Google stopped supporting my old Mac. I recently purchased a new Mac to resolve these issues. Some friends I interact with on Facebook Messenger are Christopher Minsel, Rosie McCraw, Charmaine Pavlecic Moore, Joe "Eaglerock" Lopez, Izzy Lopez, Dave Matke. Yvonne Domingez sends me messages, but I haven't read them. I have blocked individuals such as Joseph Alexander, Lois Lang, Brad Lang, and Carlos Cokley in the past. For further assistance, you can reach me at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. - Bunny Lang

Hi, I am Valarie Kirsty Lu Borja. Unfortunately, my account was hacked today at lunch time on Oct 16, [redacted]. The hacker changed my Facebook email login and registered mobile number, preventing me from accessing my own account. To make matters worse, the hacker is using my account to request money from my contacts. The hacker is identified by the username [redacted] and has even retrieved my passport ID from a previous conversation with my mother. I urgently need assistance in blocking the current user from my account so that I can regain control and access the cherished memories of my travels with my husband stored on my personal Facebook page. The hacker is currently impersonating me on Messenger to extort money from my friends, and this activity needs to cease immediately. I am hopeful for your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

I created an account for my daughter under her name in 2[redacted]. I am struggling to access it now because I no longer have the email or phone number associated with it and can't remember the security questions. I would like help closing down this Facebook account, originally set up under the name Sonia Uneq Tipene for personal use until I made my own account. My daughter, Kitara SJ Tipene-Hirovanaa, is only 7 years old. The goal is to retrieve any important content like photos before deleting the account. I have attempted the reset process, but due to forgetting the information used, it hasn't been successful for me.

I currently have an issue with my Facebook account. Initially, it was linked to an old phone number because it was set up by my ex and she used that number. However, I have since changed the number to [redacted] and used it on my account. Unfortunately, I lost that phone in February [redacted]. I attempted to log in, but forgot my password. I feared my account was hacked, so I requested a lock. Recently, I remembered my password and successfully logged in. Now, I need to input the login code sent to my old phone number to verify. I have tried the help center and provided ID pictures and a photo of me with the generator code to recover my account. I assure you that it is me trying to regain access to my page.
