My account on Facebook, under my name Ben Ashcraft, has suddenly disappeared, and I'm unable to log in. Recently, I posted a status about UK basketball's expected remarkable recruiting class in [redacted]. The only unusual thing I did was copy a text I had sent to my friends and used it as my status update. Following this post, I was flagged for suspicious activities and prompted to undergo a security check. However, I never received the 6-digit code sent to my phone number [redacted], which I needed to proceed. Every attempt to resend the code to my phone results in an error message that I've attached a picture of. The message warns me about using the feature improperly and suggests I could be blocked if I don't slow down.

I placed two separate orders on PinkTeeStopDiabetes. For order RL-11[redacted]8, I ordered 1 long tee but received and got billed for 3. As for order RL-10[redacted]8, I ordered 1 tee but received an extra and was charged for 2. Despite emailing them with evidence, they are unwilling to issue a refund. I have pictures of all correspondence. I am unsure if this was a mistake in their system. I am requesting a refund for the extra long tees, the shipping fee, and would like to return the additional shirts. Moreover, I want their advertisement removed from Facebook to prevent this from occurring to others. Thank you, Sonja M.

Dear Facebook Team, I am writing to request the reopening of my old disabled Facebook account. My old ID is disabled, and I believe my new ID was linked to the same number by mistake. I want to clarify that I do not wish to merge the two IDs. The new ID is currently under review and inaccessible, displaying a message stating, "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now." I request that my old account, linked to phone number +[redacted]10 and email [redacted], be reopened as it contains essential business documents. The account belongs to Satyam Pandey and has a profile picture and valuable data, including bank information. I have submitted proof of identification before as per your request, and have received an email confirming the review process. I implore Facebook to consider my request seriously and restore access to my old account promptly. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jessica, and I have lived in several states over the years including Massachusetts, Virginia, Georgia, Rhode Island, and now Pennsylvania. A long time ago, I created a Facebook account and an email address with Hotmail, which was [redacted] My Facebook was always accessed from my personal computer, so I didn't need to use a password for many years. Over time, I stopped using my email and changed my phone number frequently, making it challenging to answer security questions. Despite my attempts to open new accounts, Facebook keeps closing them, claiming they are duplicates. As a result, I have lost touch with important contacts and even missed my 30th high school class reunion. I am frustrated and seeking help to reopen one of my accounts. I can provide details about where I've lived and most of my friends list for verification purposes. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Hello, I recently created a new Facebook account to promote my business. Unfortunately, the account was taken down shortly after I posted about my business. I was then asked to verify my identity with a photo, which somehow led to my account being disabled. I followed the instructions provided by the help desk and submitted several approved documents to confirm my identity. I included my business registration from ASIC, my insurance certificate, links to independent websites where my profile is listed, my Diploma in Hypnosis transcript, a group photo with a trainer circled, and my Working with Children Check as photo ID. I hope that providing all this information will help verify my identity and business. I am still learning how to use Facebook correctly for my business and would appreciate any assistance in getting my account reinstated. Thank you for your help.

My author page recently experienced a surge in activity due to my book launch, prompting me to consider converting my profile to a page. However, when attempting this, I encountered multiple obstacles. Initially, I was prompted to provide my phone number for verification, followed by a request to upload a picture to confirm my identity. Despite complying with these steps, my account was unexpectedly deactivated, causing concern for its security and access. Additionally, I faced issues with confirming friend requests and transitioning followers to the page to expand my audience. I seek guidance on the reasons behind these actions and potential outcomes to navigate this situation effectively. Thank you for any assistance provided.

My girlfriend and I have been together for a year now. She got upset with me and accidentally reported my Facebook account for harassment. The next day, my account was disabled. I've been trying to reach out to customer service, but so far, they haven't provided a valid explanation. This is my main account, connected to most of my things. I hope they can help me restore it. I have some attachments as proof to support my case. I just want a clear reason for the disabling and guidance on how to regain access.

I used to be an editor for the Amputee Waikato Facebook page but have since removed myself. Despite this, I am still receiving weekly notifications regarding the page's statistics and it remains linked to my account. I am urgently requesting to sever this connection as it is causing significant stress due to past issues I have faced while working with them and in a previous abusive personal relationship. I have ended those relationships and need all references to be removed as they are triggering my symptoms. Additionally, I should no longer be receiving any notifications since I am no longer listed as an editor or an administrator on the page. I have tried to resolve this myself for hours, but due to a brain impairment, I am struggling. Unfortunately, the Amputee Society has been unable to assist me. Thank you. - Jill M.

Hello Facebook Team, Please inform me directly about the issues with my ads and account. My Facebook account has been locked for 3 days, pausing my work for the last 4 days due to the sudden account disablement. Kindly clarify the mistakes so I can rectify them promptly. You locked my account without prior notice, why not earlier before the payment settlement for the ads? You mentioned that I used wrong promotion methods, can you please provide examples to help me understand? Instead of locking and disabling my account repeatedly, please show me the ads in question and guide me on necessary corrections. I have previously contacted support, submitted reports, and provided feedback. Can you explain why my account is locked again without a clear explanation? Awaiting guidance on the next steps. Best regards, Derrick T. [redacted] [redacted] Property Agent

Hello, when verifying accounts with a phone number, the number may be stored on the profile for security measures. I recently found out my young niece created a profile with my phone. I appreciate your security measures. I caught her in the act and she will face consequences. Please delete the account and ensure my phone number is not linked to it. Thank you for prioritizing online safety for users like us.

I recently bought a new phone and had not logged into Facebook on any other device before. I set up two-factor authentication, not anticipating the difficulty it would cause. I contacted Facebook, and they provided a link to reset my password and account. However, I am unable to access the reset process fully as I need a code generator code from an app embedded within Facebook, which is only accessible after logging in. Additionally, the new password they provided kept showing as incorrect. This predicament has left me locked out of my account with no resolution in sight. I am struggling to find someone willing to address and resolve this issue. Can anyone offer assistance in disabling two-factor authentication or aiding me in regaining access to my account?

Hello, I need assistance with merging my business pages on Facebook. I have two pages with similar content but different titles and addresses. After attempting to merge them, I was prompted to verify my identity by receiving a verification code on my phone. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the verification code. Now, I am unable to access my Facebook account or the pages I was trying to merge. It seems like they have disappeared. Additionally, my friends are unable to see my account, and my other business pages are without an admin. It's causing me significant stress as I've lost out on potential marketing worth around $7k and the main point of contact for my business. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would appreciate any help as my income heavily relies on these pages.

I recently created a Facebook page and account for our Rugby club. I've added many members, but when I tried to upload photos today, it asked for a photo to verify my account. I uploaded one, but I am still unable to access the page. This is urgent as we have important events this weekend, and people can't reach us for game information. I'm not familiar with Facebook, but I believe I entered the correct password. I need assistance promptly as waiting another 24 hours to try again is not an option. Thank you for your help.
