On October **th **** at approximately or about **:** pm that evening I received a alert from an app that I currently use on my phone called LogDog. It said that my Facebook account was at risk, it gave me the option to protect it so I did just that. It recommended that I change my password for that account so I didn’t hesitate, I did. I also logged out of all known devices for security measures which it suggested that also. When I tried to log back in on my Facebook account, it would not let me, it was asking for a two factor authentication login code which I thought I had deactivated awhile back but obviously that wasn’t successful because now I cannot login to Facebook without a login code but my phone service has been temporarily turned off so therefore the only way I can use it is through a WiFi connection. I can receive the login code via email if that is an option because I cannot receive text messages on my phone at the moment. I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove my identity so that I can safely and securely retrieve my account. Thank you for all your help and patience through all of this. I just hope that someone can actually help me because I’m at my wits end. **Leigh Blanchard Hadden
