This is very urgent! I have been locked out of Facebook for over a week now and I cannot believe the lack of support I've been getting. *Someone (a friend) must have used my phone to log into their accounts, thus logging me out of mine. I have since forgotten my password so (I thought simple problem) I created a new password. Now Facebook is telling me I have two-factor authentication enabled (which I did not set up) and I must enter a code. But of course, I cannot access this code because I AM LOCKED OUT OF FACEBOOK which is where the code is found! I asked to get a text message but obviously my old phone number is linked to my facebook as I am not receiving any codes. *This is unbelievably frustrating. I'm about to scream, what kind of a system is this?*I need help.*Claire Saunders
