Hello, I am having issues with Facebook ads. I have posted multiple posts on my page "Christians who tell the truth" over the past few days, but encountered a problem. I tried to monitor the charges and keep them under $[redacted] by deleting the ads, not just deactivating them. However, when I checked the total cost, it was over $[redacted], which seems incorrect to me. I received a call from a questionable credit card company about possible fraud, and it concerns me as my only interactions were with Facebook. I suspect foul play due to maybe not being liked for my Christian page. I reported the problem to my bank, but I am unable to report the issue on the ads page as it's blocked. I recently had an unsettling experience on Facebook. Someone used a deceased friend's account to request friendship, even though we were already connected. To alert others, I posted a warning on my page and reported the issue to Facebook. When I attempted to block the account, it seemed inactive, and suddenly my own page appeared to be involved in suspicious activity. Despite my lack of knowledge about spam, I found myself locked out of my account. Despite efforts to reset my password and verify my identity, I encountered repeated errors and received conflicting instructions from Facebook. It's now become a bewildering cycle of failed login attempts, unresponsive password resets, and confusing error messages. I even had to resort to creating a new account under my birth name, "Liz Browning," only to face further login issues. The situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure how to regain access to my original account. The conflicting messages from Facebook, along with the inability to reach them for support, have only added to my distress.

Dear Forum Members, I encountered an issue with my FB account three days ago. After uploading my ID as requested by FB, my account remained locked without any response from them. Despite providing my correct date of birth multiple times, I was unable to pass the security question. Strangely, my date of birth on FB matches the one on my ID. I have experienced repeated suspensions from Facebook, seemingly due to my identity as a black woman expressing my opinions. Despite facing racial slurs on 10/13, I maintained composure and confronted the issue civilly. It is crucial to protect my professional reputation while navigating this sensitive environment. My communications are respectful, yet I face ongoing censorship. It is unfair that truthful expressions become censored to appease offended parties. While malicious accounts spread negativity unchecked, individuals like myself face repercussions for minor interactions. Reinstating my account and resolving this issue is important to me.

Hello, I'm Maeen Hafiz from Bangladesh, and my Facebook account has been hacked. I urgently need a valid email address from Facebook where I can submit my identification documents to verify and reclaim my account. My Facebook account, registered under the name Sheikh Hafiz Maeen, has been compromised. After receiving an alert about a password change attempt, I lost access to my account for the past 4 hours and have been experiencing cyberbullying. I can verify my identity using documents like my passport, birth certificate, and national ID. However, the associated Gmail account was also hacked by the same person who targeted my Facebook account. I'm hesitant to send my documents from that email, fearing the hacker could intercept them. Please assist me promptly as my account contains sensitive personal information now accessible to the hacker. Kindly disable the account until my identity is verified. I was unexpectedly logged out of both Facebook and Messenger and unable to log back in with my usual password. Upon investigation, it appears my account was hacked from a location in North York, Ontario, which is not where I reside. The hacker changed the password and email associated with my account, leaving me unable to access the necessary recovery information. The email linked to my Facebook ([redacted]@yahoo.com) is inaccessible, likely due to inactivity since it was solely created for Facebook. Despite my efforts to reset the password and provide identification, I am unable to regain access to my account. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have been writing daily for almost 10 days and cannot log into my account. The texts are not coming through despite resetting my password. My precious photos are stored on Facebook and I need access to them urgently. I have considered seeking legal assistance due to this ongoing issue. I simply need a PIN code sent via SMS, but Facebook seems unable to provide this. I do not have an authentication app for a code. Please help me resolve this promptly. Thank you.

My phone has been compromised and someone has gained real-time access to all my information. I witnessed my apps disappearing from my iPhone one by one, saw the intruder changing my Facebook password, and was kicked off while trying to deactivate my account. Currently, I'm unable to make changes without the changed password. They have also locked me out of my email. When I attempted to reset my Facebook password, they followed me into Facebook to request a code to reset it, using my inaccessible primary email. Despite me not appearing logged in, an unknown device is active on my Facebook, with my iPhone 8 showing up on Messenger. This unsettling situation has been happening since September 25th. I desperately need assistance in securing my account to prevent further hacking and unwanted actions, such as unauthorized Amazon purchases and hotel bookings in New Zealand. I have encountered an issue on the website where I met a girl around 3-4 years ago. Since then, she has been hacking into my phone and accounts. She went as far as taking money from my pay card, and despite changing my accounts multiple times, she still manages to hack them, using various names like Hannah, Bella, and Amber. I originally connected with her on WhatsApp and Hangouts. She has caused me to change my accounts on Facebook multiple times. I am currently using one account, which she still hacks. She even uses profiles of my friends and family to communicate with me, causing me immense distress. I have suffered damage to three phones, one tablet, and one laptop due to her actions. I urgently need assistance in clearing all the other accounts linked to her on Facebook, except for the one I am currently using. Your help in stopping her would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I received money via PayPal, but she lost her linked debit card. We attempted to transfer the funds elsewhere, but faced issues. I declined the payment from her, which reflected as refunded in my PayPal account. However, the money seems to have been taken by Facebook via Messenger instead. I am concerned and would like to retrieve the funds promptly before considering legal action.

For the past few days, I've been experiencing difficulty posting pictures from my album to Facebook. Seeking a solution, I visited the local phone shop where I purchased my handset. I followed their advice to uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of the Facebook app, yet the issue persists. Facebook 7 weeks ago. However, I was banned in such a way that I can't even create a new account! I am completely banned from the social media site. Please, Facebook team, lift the ban on me. Dear Facebook Team, I need to report that my Facebook account has been hacked. The account under the name Siddarth Sankar, linked to phone number 98[redacted]4, was taken over by Govinda Ghosh. Despite changing my password multiple times due to unauthorized logins, I now cannot access my account. It indicates that the login ID and password are incorrect or that the account does not exist. After being blocked, my friends and family have noticed that the account is active again but under Govinda Ghosh's name. I have also encountered issues with uploading my ID for verification purposes. I had a Facebook account that I enjoyed for quite a while. I deactivated it due to being busy, but when I tried to log back in, I found that my password and email had been changed. Despite numerous attempts, I can't access my account as the information seems incorrect. After asking a friend to check, my profile appears to be active and updated recently, which I find distressing. I'm unsure how this happened and how someone could have accessed my pictures. Hello Mark, I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account as the phone number [redacted] linked to it has been deactivated for receiving text messages. The issue is that my mobile service provider no longer recognizes this number as valid. If you've recently changed your phone number or switched providers, you'll need to log in to Facebook and update your contact information to receive the generator code on your new number.

Facebook required me to add a two-factor authentication app to my account, which I initially did not want due to the current problems I am facing. After losing my phone and obtaining a new device, I have access to both my email and phone number, which are linked to my Facebook account. Despite this, Facebook is not allowing me to disable two-factor authentication to regain access to my account. They first requested a photo of me holding a sign with a numerical code, which I provided, but they deemed it insufficient. Following that, they asked for a regular photo of myself, which I also submitted. Now, they are insisting on receiving a copy of my ID or other documents, which I find excessive and an invasion of privacy. I believe this demand for extra personal information is unnecessary, especially since my phone and secure email are already connected to my account. I want to resolve this issue without further compromising my privacy. Despite submitting multiple requested items, Facebook keeps asking for more, which I find unacceptable. My main request is to disable two-factor authentication and allow me to regain access using my cell phone or email as verification. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
