My original account named Adeniyi Balogun was closed around four Saturdays ago, and I am still unsure why it happened as I have not violated any rules. I created a new account using the same name but used my home phone number +[redacted]7. Yesterday, I was prompted to enter my forgotten password and was able to recover it through the email balogunatata@gmail. However, I couldn't receive the recovery code necessary because the phone was a landline. My original account was linked to my cell phone number +[redacted]8 and my email [redacted] with the password kudos068. I reside in Oklahoma, USA at [redacted] West Canton Place, Broken Arrow. I kindly request assistance either in reactivating my closed account with the email recovery option or removing the landline number +[redacted]7. I am deeply saddened by this experience. Additionally, I have observed that my WhatsApp number has been unexpectedly banned, and I am at a loss as to why this has occurred.

I recently got a new phone on Thursday and attempted to transfer my Facebook account onto it. However, after changing my password, I encountered an issue with logging in from any device. The access code is being sent to a number I do not recognize, as my number ends in [redacted]. Despite trying two-factor authorization, I am unable to resolve the issue and regain access to my account. I am seeking assistance in identifying and rectifying the incorrect phone number being used for the access code. I have been attempting to access my account since Thursday night and would greatly appreciate a solution to this problem.

I had an unpleasant experience online involving a woman who started sending me mean messages because I used emojis on her post. She mocked my surname and falsely accused me of inappropriate things. She then blocked me. Another person continued harassing me about my surname and mental health, which led to me feeling distressed. When my mom informed me that the woman publicly labeled me as a pervert on a sales website, I felt scared for my safety. Even after contacting the police, I was told they couldn't intervene as she has the right to say what she wants. I am considering reaching out to Facebook to retrieve the deleted messages and report her for making serious threats against me. This situation has made me anxious about going out in public.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account for three days now, despite uploading my photo ID multiple times using the platforms provided. This is causing me to lose contact with animal fosters, donations, and followers who support my efforts to save animals from abuse and neglect. My account is essential for running my pages dedicated to animal rescue and the soup kitchen I manage that gathers much-needed donations. Without access, I am unable to connect with important contacts or provide assistance to those in need. I am not aware of any wrongdoing on my part, and I desperately need to regain access to my account to continue my work. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account, which is affecting my access to Messenger, Waze, and other apps. I have been locked out for three days and all Facebook help resources are requesting my photo ID, which I have uploaded multiple times with no success. This is impacting my roles as an animal rights advocate and volunteer manager for a soup kitchen, as I am unable to access the respective pages for these causes. Despite having updated and accurate contact information, I have tried various methods to resolve the issue but to no avail, including contacting Facebook and troubleshooting on different devices. I am in urgent need of assistance as I have a trip planned for Monday which requires access to Facebook and Messenger. I regret not storing the information elsewhere and am now seeking help to regain access to my account. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. - C.N. #ChainFreeDogs #HopeForHighland

My Gmail account, which was linked to my Facebook, got deleted, so I'm unable to access the 2-step authentication code. Consequently, I'm locked out of my Facebook profile, as I can't receive the verification code, reset my password, or update my email address. I reached out to Facebook a few days ago, provided two forms of ID, but haven't received a response yet. I just want to switch to my new email address and regain access to Facebook. With my wedding approaching, Facebook is crucial as it's where all my family members are connected.

Facebook recently prompted me to verify my identity due to suspicious activity. After completing a Captcha verification, I was instructed to enter a code sent to my phone. However, I never received any texts from Facebook to verify my phone number. Now I am receiving a message warning me about potential misuse of the feature and the risk of being blocked if I don't slow down.

Hello, I recently created a Facebook business page and attempted to link my travel agent website to it. However, I encountered error messages stating that the link violated guidelines. When I tried to change the page name to match my travel agent business name, Facebook rejected my request. As a result, I created a new page and am in the process of deleting the old one. Now, I am facing issues with linking my website URL, miarichardson.inteletravel.com, as Facebook indicates there is a problem processing the request. I am unsure why I am encountering this problem when other agents with similar URLs (except for their first and last names) do not. I am unable to link it to a "Book Now" button or include it in regular posts. It is crucial for me to have this link displayed on my page for potential clients to access my services easily. Any assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since Thursday, I've been facing issues with my account "sharon.hague.[redacted]." I've created a new account and now I'm trying to retrieve all my contacts. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use Messenger or even stay online without undergoing security checks. Recently, I was disconnected while chatting with a friend and prompted to upload my photo, but now I can't access Facebook at all. This has been ongoing for four days and is impacting my work as a writer, filmmaker, Egyptologist, and lawyer. I hope to regain access to my "[redacted]" account, as I can't recall the new one (potentially "[redacted]"), but I got disconnected before confirming this.

Hello, my name is Mary Elizabeth Ridenour, and I've been attempting to contact Facebook regarding my hacked account. My ex-husband, Robert Laudermilk, who I have a protection order against in Wichita, KS, is using my account under the name Robert Carter to post inappropriate content. I am unable to access my account as he changed the password. Despite creating a new account, Mary Ridenour without a profile picture, I am unable to access it due to suspected activity. Facebook has requested a photo upload for verification, but I have been unsuccessful. Could you please shut down my Mary Elizabeth Ridenour account, which features a photo of me and my children, to prevent him from accessing it further? Thank you.

I am facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account after being away for three years. Despite efforts to resolve the problem through Facebook's instructions and verification processes, I am still unable to log in successfully. It has been challenging to navigate through the messages received from Facebook, including one regarding submitting my ID for verification which didn't yield any results due to a faulty link provided. Even after changing my password as advised, I remain locked out of my account. I have already reached out multiple times for assistance, including using the Get Human platform, with little progress. I am seeking help to regain access to my account promptly. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hello, I'm Osbelin Rodriguez, and I'm having an issue with my Facebook account. My nickname is LeOo RODRIGUEZ, but my middle name is Leonel, so I go by LeOo. Recently, my account got hacked, and despite my attempts to recover it by submitting a photo of my ID, Facebook hasn't granted me access. I believe the issue is that my name on Facebook is Leo Rodriguez, not matching the name on my ID. I'm unsure how to prove my identity now. Since being hacked, I haven't been able to regain access to my account. I really need to regain access and don't know who to contact to explain that I am indeed LeOo RODRIGUEZ, with the real name Osbelin.

Recently, my ex activated the 'find my phone' app using their iCloud account, which disabled my phone since it was linked to it for years. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve this on my own as my ex is unwilling to remove my device from their iCloud account or disable the app, leaving me with a non-functional phone. I now have a new phone, but I have lost access to my Facebook and Messenger accounts because I have not needed to log in for years; the information was stored on my previous phone. Due to multiple email changes, I do not remember the passwords associated with my accounts. My name is Davina Judith Wright, born on 09/06/70. My original email for Facebook was from ihug in NZ, then trippymama333, and later davinawright333, all at Gmail. I have now created a new Google account with the email [redacted] For any communications, please reach out to me there. How can I regain access to my accounts?

Hello, I lost access to my original Facebook account and created a new one, but it kept getting disabled. When Facebook finally found my old account, I thought the issue was resolved, but it got disabled again without any explanation. Despite multiple messages, Facebook asked for my details, which I provided, including passports, debit card ID, and more. After submitting all the documents, my account status changed to "You can't use Facebook right now we are confirming your submission." It has been over a month, but the case is still unresolved, and I am unable to access my account or understand why it was disabled in the first place. I have reached out to various Facebook support emails but have not received any replies. The email I received regarding the case was from case++[redacted], but my attempts to follow up have not been successful.

I am in the process of expanding my new business through Instagram. However, I am encountering an issue when attempting to sign up. Initially, both the email and username I wanted were available; yet, upon proceeding, I receive an error message stating they are already in use. When I try to reset the password, it does not recognize any account with the provided information. This has happened four times with two different emails and usernames, yielding the same frustrating outcome. The emails I used are - [redacted] (Primary) and [redacted], with usernames - reliablekeyre (Primary) and reliablekey.re. I would appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.

My Facebook page was hacked by a scammer who took over my admin privileges, causing me almost to lose my account. Despite Facebook support's assurance that they recovered my account, I still do not have full ownership. Connecting my Instagram account to my Facebook business page has also been a challenge. After reaching out to Facebook support, I was directed to provide a notarized document, which is difficult for me as I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. I find this request unnecessary since I already provided my ID when creating the account and the issue was supposedly resolved on 26th September. I am puzzled by the additional scrutiny. I own both accounts but lack access to the business manager and my Facebook page through Instagram. It is crucial for me to resume promotions and business activities promptly, especially with requests from others to use my page for advertising. I feel unfairly affected by this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I returned from college and noticed someone posting on my Instagram @thechosensilly. After being logged out, my attempts to reach out to Instagram and Facebook were unsuccessful. I asked a friend to monitor my account, only to find the hacker posting inappropriate content. Subsequently, my account was disabled, causing me distress. Friends expressed shock at the hacker's actions. I dedicated significant time and effort to growing my page and am determined to reclaim it and restore my reputation. I am hopeful for assistance in resolving this issue during a Facebook FaceTime session.

A few days ago, I set up a Facebook account for my business and also created a Facebook Ads Manager. After running my first Facebook ad successfully, I was asked to upload a picture of myself for identity verification. Subsequently, whenever I attempt to log into Facebook from any device, I receive a message stating that my account is under review for security purposes. This is frustrating as this issue has disconnected my Facebook account from my store, although the ads are still running and I will continue to incur charges. I am seeking a resolution to this matter.
