I have only had two emails linked to my profile, under my name Ben Garza, not the full name Benjamin Garza. The first email address I used, [redacted], is now irrelevant to me and my Facebook. I changed the password and now use the new email address [redacted] I noticed that someone is impersonating me using the old email and accessing my profile from other devices. I've been dealing with identity theft since [redacted] and believe this is related. I have reached out to the Social Security Administration and IRS locally. I need Facebook's assistance in regaining control of my real profile under [redacted], as there is an imposter using my name. It is frustrating not being able to speak with a human for help in such a serious matter. My profile contains a picture of me and my dog with a Vegeta sticker.

I followed all the steps provided by Facebook's automated service. I requested the verification code to be sent to my email instead of the old mobile device I no longer possess. Unfortunately, I am stuck in a loop where every time I enter the code, it requests verification via a mobile device. The lack of real customer support, proper login assistance, and the absence of a "Contact Us" option on Facebook's page are frustrating. The phone number provided is unhelpful, and the Help Center necessitates logging in, which is impossible when locked out. Despite attempts to update my inactive mobile number with the email code, the system keeps reverting to the mobile verification process. It seems Facebook's current methods drive users away, reflecting Pew Research Center findings showing high dissatisfaction rates regarding privacy breaches and access issues. Mark Zuckerberg should pay attention to the negative impact these practices have on user experience and the company overall.

I received a message saying my Facebook account is temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. I provided my driver's license as instructed, but I'm still locked out. My driver's license has my first legal name and married name, while my Facebook identity uses my middle name and maiden name. The email address associated with my Facebook account is [redacted] The message explains that my account may have been compromised through a phishing attack. I'm unsure why this happened. I'm sharing my primary email address here for reference.

I have no association with Facebook, don't want any involvement with Facebook, and never will. An acquaintance sent me an email claiming I was their "friend," leading to the creation of a Facebook account without my consent. I attempted to delete it but couldn't remember the password used during the setup. After using the "Forgot password" option, I managed to delete the account permanently, but now have to wait 90 days for it to be fully gone. I never authorized its creation and demand its immediate removal without requiring any passwords. You didn't need them to establish the account, so you shouldn't need them to delete it either. Please don't store or save my email address. - Alan

My account got hacked previously, and my name was changed to 'Rtp Eursaert' from my original name 'Precious Treasure Rosaria'. When I recovered my account, Facebook requested ID verification, which I submitted. However, every time I log in now, I receive the message: Thank You Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. It has been over 2 years since I last accessed my account. Although I can log in, I am unable to use my account fully. All I can do is click on the 'Log Out' button. I am hesitant to create a new account as I have used '[redacted]' since around [redacted] or [redacted]. I have put a lot of time and effort into this account and have never violated any Facebook rules. I am eager to regain access to my account and return to Facebook soon.

Hello, my name is Bishoy George, and I am reaching out because my Facebook account has been disabled. I have a page named Miscellaneous where I have been posting various content. I recently received warnings about posting content that doesn't belong to me, which I was unaware of. Despite the warnings, I wasn't clear on what specific content was causing the issue. Unfortunately, my account was eventually disabled, leaving me shocked and confused. I realize now that it may be related to the content warnings. If my account can be reinstated, I am willing to delete the Miscellaneous page and ensure I only post my own content going forward. My Facebook account is essential for staying in touch with family and friends abroad, and it holds many memories since I've had it since [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate it if my account could be restored. Thank you for your assistance.

A few years back, my wife created a Facebook account for me. However, when I tried to access it, Facebook didn't recognize me. Subsequently, I tried setting up a new account but was denied because I apparently already had one, the same one I couldn't log into. Today, I made another attempt at creating a new account, only to be met with frustration when Facebook prompted me to reset the password. I reached out to Facebook via phone hoping to speak with a representative, but the automated system led me in circles by pressing "1" for technical support, only to be informed that Facebook doesn't provide that service. It's confusing as to why they would direct callers to a non-existing service. Every extension I tried resulted in further automated messages redirecting me to their website or stating the service wasn't available. It seems Facebook lacks a personal touch, and I strongly recommend they have real people answer these calls. For now, the website's red tape has left me at a standstill. What is preventing me from creating a Facebook account?

I fell victim to a scam on Facebook while trying to buy concert tickets, and now scammers have taken over my account, demanding money to unlock it. My friends who reported the fake profile were blocked, and despite submitting my ID to Facebook, the issue remains unresolved. The scammers even have a partial photo of my ID and are using my account to deceive others. I need Facebook to delete my account to prevent further scams. I have tried all possible ways to resolve this, but nothing has worked. Please assist me in resolving this urgent matter.

Hello, I'm Michael DeHart. I have had numerous accounts shut down, and I believe my ex-girlfriend, Danielle DeBusk, is behind it as she has been accessing my phones or accounts in some way. Currently, there seems to be an active account under my name that she might be using. I provided a copy of my ID about a year ago to address this issue. The address associated with the account may be [redacted] Devonshire Ave, but it has been a while since I lived there. Unfortunately, I lost my ID and have not had the chance to replace it yet. The email linked to the recently locked account is [redacted] I have experienced similar issues with about 5 or 6 other accounts in the past. I appreciate any assistance regarding Danielle DeBusk's actions. Thank you for your help.

I am extremely upset and troubled after being deceived by a man who sold me a car under false pretenses. He claimed it was newly inspected in October [redacted], but it turns out only the emissions were checked, not the full inspection, which is due in just 29 days. The car has significant frame rot, failing the inspection miserably. I feel cheated as the car was not in the condition I thought I was buying. The seller, who goes by various names and involves family members in his business, blocked me and used intimidating tactics during the sale. I felt my safety was at risk and now realize I may have fallen victim to a larger criminal operation. The seller's behavior was threatening and manipulative, making me fear for my safety. I have contacted the authorities and hope to resolve this situation promptly. Please beware of these individuals and their dishonest practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been managing the Ecobricks Philippines Facebook page for over two years, building it up to over 22,[redacted] followers and reaching high in SEO rankings. I initially created the page in November [redacted] after attending an Ecobricks Training of Trainers event. I invited Dann Diez as a co-admin to help run the page. I dedicated myself to developing the content, posting updates, and engaging with followers. Over time, our followers grew from 18,[redacted] to over 22,[redacted]. Recently, on October 6, [redacted], I noticed that Mr. Diez's contact information had replaced mine on the page. After rectifying this, the next day, I discovered that my admin privileges had been changed to editor status. Upon contacting Mr. Diez and Mr. Ziegfred Diaz, I was informed by the Facebook Security Team through email that I had been removed as admin.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an ebay seller regarding a purchase I made for a DFPLAYER for an arduino project. Instead, I received two MP3 PLAYERS. Despite reaching out to the seller and explaining the error, they insisted there was no problem with the items sent. After a series of emails back and forth, I decided to return the MP3 PLAYERS. The seller then attempted to persuade me to change my review from neutral to positive in exchange for a refund. As I stood firm on the issue, they eventually agreed to the return. However, the seller continued to pressure me to alter my feedback even after the return had been processed. When I sought assistance from ebay, they supported my decision not to alter the review. The seller persistently asked for a positive review in exchange for a refund, even though the items had been sent back due to being misrepresented as DFPLAYERS. Despite my honesty, the seller keeps requesting a positive review, which I consider to be harassment.

Hello, "I apologize if my English is not perfect. I am from Italy." Yesterday, while I was working, I was contacted by someone offering me money for Facebook sponsored advertising activities on my Facebook page. The person mentioned I would be paid $1,[redacted] a week. After going through the Facebook page validation process, the person disappeared. I tried to reach out through chat, but to no avail. Now, my concern is whether this was a scam and if my information was compromised, or if it was a legitimate offer from a Facebook agent. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I encountered an issue when trying to access my Facebook page. The system prompted me to submit a photo of my ID, which I have been doing with various forms of identification, but I keep receiving the same upload request without any confirmation of acceptance. Unlike others who reported receiving an instant message acknowledging their submission, I did not receive any such message, leaving me uncertain about the status of my ID verification. Despite trying different formats like my passport, visa, and residence permit, the upload message persisted. I am concerned because someone I know lost their account under similar circumstances and it was later disabled. I have cherished memories on this account dating back to [redacted] and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. It would be beneficial if Facebook could implement a more user-friendly account verification process, such as assigning unique identification numbers to users for easier issue resolution.

I am a new business user, and unfortunately, my business account got disabled suddenly. I had approved ads, and everything seemed in order until a message appeared saying I needed to verify my identity, which was unexpected. After that, my account was disabled, and I'm unable to reach a Facebook representative for assistance. I reached out to the community, and someone shared a toll-free number, which turned out to be a scam. I was fooled into a financial transaction to prove my identity and location, resulting in a £[redacted] loss. It's frustrating that Facebook doesn't have proper customer service. I have reported the scam to Google, but I fear my money is gone. I simply want help in recovering my new business account now.

Upon being alerted to suspicious activity on my Facebook account, I proceeded to reset my password, encountering an issue as my mobile number, which was blocked, was not linked to the account. After obtaining the code through a friend's mobile, I was prompted to upload a photo ID to regain access. For two days, attempting to comply has resulted in a perpetual loading page with no feedback on the photo's suitability. Despite being unable to report the login issue without first logging in, I discovered my profile as "deactivated" when accessed via my wife's account, a status not confirmed by Facebook. Unfortunately, resolving the matter on Facebook seems impossible without successfully logging in.

On Tuesday, I updated my Facebook name from Amber Marie to Amber Marie Westwood after getting married. While on my honeymoon in Gijon, Spain, with a cruise stop planned in le Havre on Thursday, I faced an issue. On Thursday morning, I discovered three unauthorized transactions of £[redacted] each on my PayPal account to Facebook ads. Despite multiple password changes and failed login attempts to check my pages manager, I couldn't access my account. After reporting the issue, I was refunded the £[redacted]. However, I remain unable to log in, affecting my business operations conducted through Facebook. Friends and family can't find my account and assume I've blocked them. With work starting on Monday and a social media event tomorrow, resolving this matter promptly is crucial.

I noticed that my account was accessed from a location in Virginia, so I logged out as a precaution. After forgetting my password, I received a code to reset it via email. Once I reset my password, I was informed that my account had never been logged into from my current browser, which is strange since I've always used my phone for access. I was told a sms code would be sent to my phone, but I never received it. I believe my account may not be set up to receive text messages. In an effort to resolve this, I provided a picture of my driver's license for verification purposes. My phone number is [redacted], my Facebook name is Terry Jenny Lough, and my email is [redacted] I am concerned as my account contains cherished photos of my grandkids and late dad. If there are additional steps I need to take to regain access, please advise.

I am dealing with a situation where my ex-partner is managing my Facebook account without my permission. He somehow gained access without me sharing my password, and I've been unable to regain control despite all my security efforts. Currently, my account is active on his Samsung Galaxy j3 orbit, preventing me from accessing it on any other device. It's frustrating to constantly create new accounts due to his intrusion. My name is "Shannon Dykes Mason," and he is pictured in my profile wearing black. His name is "Chris Garber," and he has multiple Facebook accounts. I urgently need assistance to remove him from my account and reclaim ownership. I apologize for using my mother's phone for this request. Thank you for your help.

My personal account, [redacted], was hacked by someone even though I had secured it with my phone number, [redacted]9, and email. After gaining access, the hacker changed the email and canceled my phone, preventing me from receiving notifications. I reported the incident, and my account was returned to me, but it was taken over again. The hacker changed my name, closed the account, and recently opened a new email using my name and picture, sending friend requests to my contacts. I reported this from my alternate account, Khaled Mohamed Alhigiazi, and managed to lock his account. I would appreciate help in retrieving my account, identifying the hacker, and shutting down their accounts to ensure mine and my friends' safety. Please verify the details using my data and phone number, as my location remains unchanged, unlike the hacker's. Kind regards, Khaled Mohamed Alhigiazi
