Hello, I am Rozan Daniel. A friend created a group under my uncle's name after his passing 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the friend who created the group has forgotten their username and password, and is the only admin. There have been inappropriate posts in the group which I reported to Facebook over 24 hours ago with no action taken. I kindly ask for the group named "Rohinton Panveliwala को पसंद करने वाले मित्र" to be removed, and for me to be made the admin. Thank you.

Hi, My Facebook account got hacked, and the hacker changed the email and password. I'm unable to recover it since the reset code goes to the hacker's email. Even though I have alternative emails and phone numbers, only the hacker's email appears as an option for recovery. I would appreciate it if someone could access my Facebook account, generate a temporary password, and send it to me. Account: Ken M. This morning, upon waking up, I discovered that both my Facebook and Messenger accounts had been logged out. I attempted to reactivate my account using my phone number, only to find that it has been replaced with an unfamiliar Hotmail email address. I typically use my Facebook account to sell my car, and it is crucial that I regain access in order to proceed with this transaction. Unfortunately, the password has been changed, and I am unable to reset it as the associated phone number and email have been altered. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in allowing me to reset my password, as I can provide proof of ownership of the account.

At the end of January, my Instagram fan page, @mkayholland, was disabled for "impersonation," which is completely untrue. It's now October, and I haven't received any follow-up email from their help center, despite being assured it would be sent promptly. I attempted to contact the Facebook agent system since my account was for business purposes, but I faced multiple rejections. Interestingly, Instagram has introduced a "Fan Page" option for businesses to enable other fan accounts to engage, while many others like mine remain disabled.

I got logged out of my device earlier today and I can't log back in. I've tried all my passwords, but none of them work. Some say I changed my password recently, but I haven't. I can't reset the password because I don't have access to the associated email. I tried recovering the email password, but it's been years since I used that email. I provided a new email for contact and sent my driver's license photo hours ago, but haven't received a response. Now, when I try to sign in, it says it can't verify my identity without email access. I'm worried it's been hacked, and I don't know what to do. I really don't want to create another Facebook account.

I am experiencing issues only on my Android phone, specifically my S8, with the Facebook app. I am unable to comment on posts about 80% of the time, and I cannot see one of the pages I am an admin of, even though I can access my other six pages without any problem. This issue does not occur when using the app on my iPad, my husband's iPhone, or the Facebook website, only on my Android S8. After spending hours on the support lines of both AT&T and Samsung and trying all available fixes, I was advised to take the phone to a service representative. However, they would not address the issue until the cracked screen was repaired, ultimately resulting in me receiving a refurbished replacement S8. Though the new phone initially worked fine for 48 hours, the same problems resurfaced. Upon returning the new phone to the service rep, they indicated that the problem was likely between the Facebook app and my phone service and could not be resolved by them. I am at a loss at this point as I require access to the page for work and need it to function properly on my phone.

My account was compromised due to my own mistake, and I have information about the individuals responsible. On that hacked Facebook account, I have cherished notes from my late son that I cannot access elsewhere. I am in urgent need of retrieving them. The previous information for my Facebook account was under the name Candy Thompson. The hackers changed both my login and password. The email associated with the account was [redacted] with the password being Candyandangie9 (starting with a lowercase "c"). The emails of the hackers I have identified are [redacted] and [redacted] Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, My account was disabled on the 15th of June [redacted]. I am uncertain why Facebook disabled my account. I am unable to submit a form for a review of my account with my ID. I have attached a screenshot showing the error that appears when trying to submit the form with my ID. In case Facebook does not reactivate my account, I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve my timeline archive data. I got blocked for sharing a photo that was taken down from my page. However, the person's photo I shared is still up on her page, and she is not blocked. I feel this is unfair and seems like a case of discrimination. If I am being penalized for the photo, then everyone who shared it should be too. If not unblocked by 7:00, I will share my experience on Facebook to show how unequal the treatment is.

I wish to bring to your attention a fraudulent seller operating under the name Kindlydress. Their ads on Facebook appear genuine, showcasing various dresses worn by American/European models. Despite having a website and contact information, the dresses I received were poorly made, unfit for wear, with one not even fitting over my head. Upon requesting a return, they offered me a mere $10 instead of refunding the $[redacted] spent, suggesting I sell the items myself. The package came from China, contrary to their claim of being in London. Be cautious of Kindlydress's deceptive practices.

I recently received an email notifying me that someone accessed my Facebook account. I have attempted to change the password, but the old phone number associated with the account is no longer valid. Additionally, I am having difficulty recognizing some of the pictures required for identity verification. Despite having access to the email linked to my Facebook account, the account remains locked, and I can only confirm my identity via email, not on my cellphone. I've been using the Facebook Supporters button on my public page for a couple of months now, but I haven't received any payment yet. Facebook assured that supporters' payments would go to me for creating more content, and although supporters see that the money is being deducted, I haven't received any payments. I'm frustrated because Facebook initially said they would only take a percentage next year after testing, but it seems they're withholding my supporters' funds. I've tried contacting Facebook via email, but I haven't received a response for weeks. I'm not sure where else to turn for help with this issue.

My account was unexpectedly disabled, and despite submitting a ticket on May 22, I have not received any response. I am requesting Facebook to reassess and reverse this action as I possess financial records of payments to Facebook that I may need for legal purposes. Understanding the reason behind the account disabling is crucial, as I am unaware of any violations on my part.
