Hello, I previously reached out today to report the unauthorized account activity from South Carolina. I have completed the steps to verify my ownership by identifing friends from my account. However, I am unable to change my password as I cannot recall my current one. I feel stuck in this situation. Is there any other solution available, or should I give up on my account? I attempted to create a new account, but Facebook is not permitting me to do so. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to discontinue using Facebook and explore other social media alternatives. Thank you. -Robert

I set up a Business Facebook Page within an existing Business profile. We oversee 3 different accounts under that profile and I've included a 4th one for each of our business locations. I can access any of the 3 existing profiles and view their respective location pages. However, when I attempt to access the new Page, it redirects me to the top of the page where it shows an overview of all my accounts. Essentially, I'm unable to access the new page to make posts, update photos, or add an About section.

Hello, I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over seven months. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message stating that documents are being processed. I am unsure of the reason for this and have not received any clarification. It is concerning that this process has been ongoing for such an extended period without resolution. After I got a friend request from a deceased friend, I reported his hacked account to Facebook for impersonating him. Later that day, I couldn't access my own Facebook page. I was sent a password change code via email, which I used successfully. However, I'm stuck at the step where it's supposed to text me a code for confirmation. The number provided is correct, but I never receive the text with the code. I'm unable to proceed past this point. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am setting up a Facebook account for a local political campaign, and I encountered a problem with my existing account. I created a page for the campaign, which led to issues with my account. I had to provide a photo and other required details, causing restrictions on my account. I found online that it may take some time to resolve. So, I created a new personal account first, then made a page for the campaign. Initially, everything was fine until I was asked to verify my phone number. After doing so, my profile was accessible, but the page prompted me to provide a photo again, leaving me locked out of the account. I need to resolve this matter soon as the account is crucial for the campaign setup tonight.

I have encountered two issues. Initially, I set up my business Facebook account with my main personal account as an admin to manage my ad campaign. However, after creating a new ad account, I was prompted to sign in again, leading to additional security steps and ultimately being requested to upload a photo of myself. Unfortunately, this locked me out of my account, leaving me unable to access it. Furthermore, the newly created ad account is now disabled without any explanation. Despite wanting to create a new one, I am unable to do so as it indicates that I have reached the maximum number of ad accounts, even though I only have one. My sole intention is to launch an ad campaign and I am seeking assistance with these issues.

I am dyslexic and struggling to receive support! I lost admin access to my business page after an iOS update crash and freeze. I need it restored to the original admin (ME). I received an email requesting proof of ID and a statement letter, but I find it hard to read lengthy emails due to my dyslexia. I am currently experiencing health issues and feeling extremely stressed, but I am not receiving the help I need from your team. Could you please assist me in regaining access to my business as I am not able to read or write like individuals without dyslexia.

We previously established a Facebook profile for our doctor under the name Ken Peavy and set up a business page called The Happy Gum Shop. As the individual responsible for this action is no longer with us, we have taken down the page and deactivated the associated account. The doctor had an existing profile as Ken Peavy and requested to create a business presence using this account for management purposes. However, when we set it up, we used the same name, The Happy Gum Shop. While I can access and invite individuals to this page through the doctor's account, it does not appear in searches on Facebook. I suspect there may be an issue with its visibility. I have attempted troubleshooting methods to verify if the page is published, and they indicate that it is live. Can someone please verify if the business page The Happy Gum Shop with the handle @thehappygummer is indeed accessible to the public?

I have been locked out of my accounts for a month now, both Facebook and Instagram. I managed to reactivate my Instagram, but found a different email linked to it that I don't recognize. It's possible this unknown email is linked to my Facebook account as well since they were connected. I have all the necessary information to help reactivate my Facebook account. I have incurred 9 community standard violations. Out of these, 6 were a result of a slow and buggy connection leading to the inadvertent reposting of a picture 7 times instead of just once. Recently, on 10/09/19 and 10/10/19, I received two more violations despite editing and censoring the posted pictures to align with community standards. I strongly believe that the violations from these two days were unfair judgments, especially when I have observed more explicit content (such as exposed female genitalia) on other pages that remain untouched. I kindly request the removal of these violations as I feel they are unjust, considering the number of violations I already have due to your system's issues.

A while back, I received a request to confirm my name by submitting a photo of my ID. Despite doing so, I am still unable to log into my account. Every time I attempt to access it, I see a message stating that they will review the documents I provided and will contact me if further confirmation is needed. It has been over 2 months now with no resolution. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this matter promptly and regain access to my account.

Hello, A few months ago, I established a page called TGI (The GREAT Initiative). I initiated the registration process and have secured the name Hi5 Creatives LTD/GTE with CAC, which is Nigeria's Business Registration Agency. The organization's vision, mission, and services remain unchanged. The name alteration is solely to prevent any confusion among our community members, especially since we conduct numerous programs that feature our name and logo on promotional materials. Today, I encountered an unexpected issue on Facebook where I was logged out of my account. Upon trying to log back in, Facebook requested my Photo ID, which was quite surprising as I have been using my real profile picture and name for the past 9 years. However, when attempting to upload my Photo ID in JPG format, the file seems to upload but quickly returns me to the same page without completing the submission. My name is Dave Horn, and I live in Champaign, Illinois. I recently upgraded from a Samsung 7 to a Samsung 10 and in the process, I lost access to my Facebook account. When I tried to log in, it created a new account for me instead of retrieving the old one. I need help recovering my original account as I may have forgotten the password. Animal rescue organization urgently needs assistance. Two months ago, I inadvertently changed my status from Admin to Moderator while troubleshooting, and I am unable to revert back to Admin access. This has hindered my ability to facilitate animal adoptions, secure sponsorships, and raise necessary funds for veterinary care. Despite sending multiple inquiries to resolve this issue, including letters to the Menlo Park address, eight help requests, and contacting the Business Development department with identification proof attached, my efforts have been in vain. I implore your assistance in restoring my administrative privileges to continue our vital work.

Every day, from 9:00 to 10:00, there are repeated attempts to access my Facebook account. Despite changing my password multiple times and updating both my username and email, the issue persists. Although nothing has been posted on my account yet, I sense it's just a waiting game. The problem began when my Instagram account was breached and subsequently deactivated. Now, I am noticing unauthorized login attempts on my eBay and Amazon accounts as well. Should I be worried? Is there anything else I can do to safeguard my accounts? I forgot my password and attempted to reset it but my account got disabled. This issue happens frequently, and I am unsure why my account keeps getting disabled. I usually access Facebook on my shared phone at [redacted], but I am unable to log in with that number. I reset the password using my son's phone at [redacted]. The phone number I signed up with is [redacted], my work phone, but please note that you can only contact me through calls or texts if you are pre-approved.
