Despite appealing and providing identification, I still cannot access my account. I typically log in using my mobile phone number as I can't recall my email password. I fear my profile may have been permanently deleted.

My business account was hacked, and a substantial amount of money was taken via PayPal. I have used Facebook Advertising with minimal spending in the past. Unapproved purchases from Vietnam have occurred, which I did not authorize. If I had not caught these transactions, the financial loss could have been significant. I have gathered screenshots as evidence to support my case, and I am seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charges.

I’m facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account. When I tried to reset my password due to forgetfulness, a new account was seemingly created by the mobile app. Now there are two accounts under my name, with the one containing my picture being the accurate one and the other without a picture being a duplicate. I am frustrated by this situation. The platform is requesting friends to assist in confirming my identity, but the listed friends include my deceased parents and three other old friends whom I've lost touch with. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only method available for confirming my identity.

Hello, I am FAISAL MUHAMMAD MALIK, and my Facebook account bears the same name. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password to log in. The email address ([redacted]) linked to my account is outdated, and I am unable to recall the password. Moreover, the phone number I had provided ([redacted]8) has not been in use since [redacted], making it impossible to retrieve any verification codes sent to it. I tried the recovery process by requesting codes from three trusted friends, but even after inputting the codes, I am still unable to regain access to my Facebook account. I fear that someone may be attempting to tamper with my account. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I urgently need access to my Facebook account.

In [redacted], a former staff member created a Facebook page for our day nursery. We no longer have access to that page and have created a new one. However, the old page still appears when searching on Facebook. Is there a way to delete the old page even though we don't have the email or password for it? Thank you.

Last Wednesday, I received a notification from Facebook about a login attempt from Vietnam while I reside in Japan. I promptly reported this to Facebook and changed my password as advised. However, upon attempting to log in again later, I was unable to access my account with the new password. Concerned that my account may have been compromised, I urgently need assistance as my Facebook account is linked to my Instagram and business page named Lucky You in Kyoto, Japan. This page contains vital information such as credit card details and contact information that I cannot risk being accessed by unauthorized individuals. To regain access, I attempted to recover my account but faced a hurdle as I no longer have access to my email due to either a forgotten password or a potential hacking incident. Although I believe my phone number was associated with the account, using it for login verification has not been successful as Facebook seems to only provide options for email verification.

Hello, I came across a Facebook user named Jaime Mcbribe who is selling cars and tractors. In order to secure a vehicle, they are requesting a £[redacted] deposit. Unfortunately, my husband traveled seven hours to purchase a tractor, only to discover that the person and address provided were fake. This individual has scammed seven people already. Their listings are on the website for tractors, Plant, and machine. I typically do not use Facebook, and this experience reinforces my reasons for that choice. Although we have already lost £[redacted], it is crucial to prevent this person from scamming others in the future and to have them barred from selling or engaging in any activities on Facebook. I operate a business on social media but unfortunately lost almost [redacted],[redacted] followers and the income associated with it due to my account being disabled unfairly. There was no prior warning, and the copyright strikes on my account were issued by someone else. Since I didn't have any other admins at the time of the disabling, I lost access to my pages and consequently, my business. If my account is to remain disabled, I simply request temporary access to add a family member as an admin to my pages to retain them. I have dedicated a lot of effort to my pages and it is crucial for me to regain access. I have been unable to communicate with anyone to resolve this issue. After responding to a lady's hate speech video where she was denouncing white people, I shared that my mother is biracial and disagreed with her views. I pointed out the danger in promoting hate and equated judging entire races as equally harmful. However, following this, I found that all the black individuals on the video reported my comment, viewing me as a traitor for not aligning with their stance. As a result, my page and messenger are now disabled. Anticipating this outcome, I took a full screenshot of the conversation, realizing that repercussions might follow.
