This morning, my elderly friend's account was hacked, and I promptly reported it to Facebook. Unfortunately, this is not the first time it has happened to her. The scammers used her account to try and deceive me into calling a number for supposed 'free' money through FEDEX, an obvious scam. I saved the chat images as evidence for Facebook. To my dismay, my account has been disabled. Despite following the instructions to regain access, providing multiple clear photos of my Driver's License ID, the system refuses to accept them. I am currently locked out of my account and in need of assistance. Please help me get back in.

I used to run an audio page while at university under the name Shay Jagger Productions. Now as a qualified audio engineer, I want to establish a real business called Crypt Audio, with my home studio known as The Crypt. Despite several attempts, requests to change and appeals have been rejected as officials claim it is misleading. This is not the case. I am operating in the music industry as an audio engineer. My former name was a combination of my name and the term "productions" reflecting my role as a music producer. The new name, Crypt Audio, simply reflects the brand of my company with the word "Audio." I believe this is not misleading and seek assistance in getting this approved as I plan to launch my business soon.

I am attempting to log into my Facebook account to sign out from all the devices where I used it to log into Spotify. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties as I recently changed my password and cannot recall the new one. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, I am now trying to reset my password. However, when I enter my email address or phone number, Facebook indicates that my account cannot be found. This is perplexing, as I am currently logged in on my Facebook app. I am concerned that my account may be compromised.

I recently updated my password due to some suspicious activity and noticed that Facebook got disconnected from my Shopify store. I attempted to reconnect it through my Shopify admin panel following all the necessary steps, including uploading a photo of myself. The first picture was rejected, but the second one got accepted. However, Facebook now requires additional verification before I can regain access, leaving me unable to use it in the meantime. As a business owner, it's crucial for me to have access to my page. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my current Facebook account. I created a new account on 6/28/19 due to getting a new phone and wanting to use Facebook Messenger which was not available on my old account. Now, I can't log into the new account as it says I am entering the wrong password and I can't recover it. I can still access the old account through Google, but I want to delete it. My partner and I got engaged on July 24, [redacted]. He uploaded a photo to Facebook and tagged me, but it seems to have vanished. On his mobile uploads, it shows he last updated photos on July 24, the day he uploaded the photo, but the latest one it displays is from May [redacted]. I used Facebook Ad Manager to promote my 2-minute video with a $50.00 budget over 14 days. I paused the campaign on day 7, and when I reactivated it 6 days later, it only ran one more day before showing as complete. Even though it only ran for 8 days, I was charged the full $50.00. I'm unsure if I was billed for the full 14 days or if my daily budget was multiplied for the remaining day.

I created a Facebook ad campaign, which ran for 5 hours. However, after deciding to cancel the campaign, I paid off the remaining balance on my Facebook ad account. Despite this, I keep seeing recurring small charges like 11 cents, 22 cents, and 18 cents being deducted. Whenever I try to remove my payment method, it prompts me to clear the remaining balance, which I promptly pay off each time. Even after settling the charges, new small fees appear before I can even refresh the page. I am attempting to delete my ad account, but it won't let me until the outstanding balance is resolved, with a message stating I've reached the maximum payment attempts for the day. Even though I continue to pay the small charges, they persist despite no active ads running.

I purchased 2 watches from Stardustwatches.com as part of a deal for buy 2, get one free. Unfortunately, I only received one watch. My name is Diana Lovin, for real. It seems like Facebook is having issues with the extra ''G'' in my last name. They are requesting identification, but I am hesitant to share it due to privacy concerns, even if they promise to delete it after 30 days. I bought a shed on Aug 10, [redacted], for $[redacted] from a Facebook ad. The seller claims they delivered it and provided a tracking number, but it was actually for a leather credit card holder with no sender details. I ordered a 15' x 8' shed in 3 boxes from a store called Shoefly. Unfortunately, the order information vanished right after I made the purchase, so I couldn't print any details regarding the order or shipping information. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a situation on Facebook Messenger where an individual is consistently contacting my friends and spreading false and harassing messages. Despite blocking and reporting this person for harassment, the issue persists, impacting not just me but also my children, who are now facing bullying as a result of these actions. Three days ago, Facebook requested a photo ID to verify my identity. However, whenever I upload my driver's license image, it redirects me back to the same page asking for my ID repeatedly. This prevents me from accessing Facebook and Messenger until I can successfully submit the required ID. Despite multiple attempts, the system keeps looping me back to the submission page each time I try to upload the photo.

My personal page on Facebook, as well as all my business accounts, got disabled abruptly. Whenever I attempt to appeal, Facebook displays an error message stating, “your submission could not be processed.” Now I find myself without a page despite having many pages, numerous friends and followers, and investing a significant amount on Facebook ads. I am requesting for Facebook to reinstate my page.

My Facebook ads account recently had its payment method temporarily suspended for security reasons. The account is still active using a different payment method, but the suspended card is our primary business card.
