Hello, I am Dr. Noah Arnold, the owner of a veterinary clinic called Dr. Noah's Ark Veterinary Clinic. Recently, a video I posted of a dog stirred up a lot of negative reactions and the dog's owners are incredibly upset by it. Unfortunately, there are four negative reviews that were posted two days ago, causing immense distress to a family who recently experienced the loss of their son to suicide. I am kindly requesting assistance in having those specific reviews removed. I am okay with the star rating remaining, but removing the hurtful comments is crucial. Hello, I recently received a new phone for my birthday. Unfortunately, I forgot my password to access Facebook as I was previously logged in on my old phone. The issue now is that my Facebook account is linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to, and my phone number associated with the account is outdated as well. My backup email, owned by my friend who also lost access, has proven unhelpful. Despite following the necessary steps and receiving password reset codes from my three trusted friends, I am still unable to access my account. I'm unable to receive the codes they send me and am anxious to regain access as my photos are all stored on Facebook. I urgently need assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

I would like to report an issue regarding Lynne Calvin, an admin at UK Sharp Keepers. She has been unfairly targeting me with a personal agenda, resulting in my exclusion from various interest groups. Lynne has been spreading false information about me to other group admins, leading to my blockage from these communities. Despite sharing a common interest, she is intent on making me feel unwelcome and isolated within these groups. I feel that her actions are excessive and an abuse of her authority, causing harm to me. Hello, my name is Danielle. Today, when I tried to log in to Facebook, I encountered some issues. A few weeks ago, I had to reset my password through a temporary one sent to my email. However, after attempting to change the password, I faced errors indicating the temporary password was incorrect. I had forgotten about it until today when I tried to log in again. Unfortunately, when I attempted to reset my password, I couldn't access my email. Additionally, the email associated with my account is unfamiliar to me - it displays as d*********[redacted], which does not match any email I have ever used. My account seems to have an incorrect email linked to it, as I have never had an email ending with an "s" before.

My name is Racheal. On Facebook, my account is Racheal Broadway Stroud, with a date of birth of **********. My email on Facebook is [redacted], but I can't access it anymore. I can access my phone number listed on Facebook, which is ***********. Over the weekend of 10/5/[redacted]-10/6/[redacted], my Facebook account was hacked after accepting a friend request from someone posing as my old college friend Emily Gregory. After realizing it wasn't her, I reported the fake account. Shortly after, my account was locked and my profile photo was deleted. I've tried resetting my password and submitted my military ID and driver's license to Facebook, but I'm still unable to access my account.

My Instagram account got hacked, and the support team has not been helpful. I remember that Facebook and Instagram used to be linked. Even after following all their requirements, all I get is an email to reset my password, which doesn't solve the issue. I can't access the email I used to sign up anymore, but I've done everything they requested, and they still won't let me into my account.

I upgraded from an android to an iPhone, keeping my phone number. After transferring everything to the new device, I logged into Facebook for a few days without any issues. Now, Facebook is requesting a security check by sending a code to my phone number. Strangely, I can receive codes from other apps but not from Facebook. I'm looking for a solution to this problem.

My work Facebook page keeps logging out my employees and me frequently. We end up changing the password almost weekly. After changing it, we receive a message saying we can't post, as we've attempted to log in too many times. This disrupts our scheduling software and causes delays. Can anyone explain why we have to reset the password so often and why we're restricted from posting after regaining access? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook accounts due to a data migration issue between computers. I need both accounts associated with [redacted], registered under Richard Phebus and Dick Phebus with a birthdate of 12/03/[redacted], to be permanently deleted. There is no important data in the accounts, so I am comfortable with a complete deletion. Once deleted, I plan to set up a new account. I encountered an issue with my Instagram account on October 7 when it displayed "your account has been temporarily locked." I believe my account has been compromised, and I am unable to regain access. While attempting to follow the steps to recover it on the app, I realized I can no longer access the associated email address ([redacted]) as it has been deleted. Without access to that email, I am unable to retrieve my Instagram account. My phone number remains the same ([redacted]), and I typically use the email ([redacted]). I activated the additional security feature on my account but lost my phone during a road trip. I purchased a new phone with a different number and email, and now I am unable to access my old profile. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with customer service and the help center, I have not received any assistance. I have countless photos and cherished memories stored on my old account that I desperately want to retrieve. This issue has persisted for over a year, and I am pleading for help in recovering my valuable data.

My Facebook account has been compromised. When attempting to reset my password, a different unfamiliar email is linked to the account. When using my phone number to receive a code, the unknown email shows as the primary email. Friends have alerted me that someone using my account is trying to hack them too. This issue began with Richard E. from Azusa and Carynne F. regarding a Community Development Block Grant. I urgently need to regain access to my Facebook and Messenger.

I require assistance with verifying my identity to access my profile. Despite sending multiple copies of my ID, I have not received any updates on when the verification process will be completed. After being away for 7 months, I acquired a new phone number upon my return, making it impossible to receive a code at the old number. I was advised to confirm my identity by submitting a snapshot of my ID, which I promptly did almost a week ago. However, I have not received a response yet. I visited Facebook on Sunday, my usual routine, only to discover I had been logged out of my account. To regain access, I followed the prompts to authenticate through my phone and even uploaded a photo of my ID as requested. However, I have been unable to log back in since then, and now my Messenger appears to be empty as well. On Facebook, I use my shortened name, which is how people know me. I urgently need assistance as I have an important desk sale arranged with someone solely through Messenger. Being locked out has left me unable to communicate or access any information. I got home from work one day and tried to access Facebook using the app on my phone. It said my session had expired and logged me out. When I tried to log back in with my current password and then my old passwords, none of them worked. It has been a week and I haven't had time to find a solution. I never added my phone number to recover my account, and the email linked to my account for recovery is no longer active.

I lost my phone and cannot recall my password. I've tried setting up multiple ways to reset it but have not received a reset code. The repetitive "is this you" loop is frustrating. I sent an ID picture a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm visually impaired, and Facebook is my primary way of staying connected. This has happened before, leading me to abandon my previous account. The page is under the name Tammy Moore Cline with a profile picture of me in front of a fountain.
