Hello, I encountered a significant issue while using the Facebook app last night. I received a message stating that my session had expired. Upon attempting to log back in, I was informed that my account had been disabled by the security team for reasons unknown to me. I have already submitted my ID card twice in an attempt to resolve this matter. I want to emphasize that I have not engaged in any illicit activities on my page, nor am I using a fake account. It is distressing that my entire profile is now inaccessible. I kindly request a prompt response and investigation into this matter. Thank you.

Yesterday, I received a notification that my post had violated community standards on Facebook. However, after review, Facebook reinstated my post as it did not actually breach any rules. I have been an active user on Facebook for years and am familiar with what is permissible on the platform. To my surprise, when I attempted to share the same image in other groups today, I received another community standards violation for the identical picture, resulting in a 24-hour block. I believe Facebook should lift this ban and allow my posts to remain as they are within the guidelines.

I made my Facebook account before email or phone verification was required, back when I was young. I lost access to it seven years ago and now I'm struggling to reset the password or delete the account. Unfortunately, I can't reset the password as I no longer have access to the associated email. Despite numerous reports stating it's impersonating me, Facebook has not deleted the account.

My Facebook account named Noble Nwadiukor, associated with the email [redacted], was hacked. The hackers are exploiting it to deceive my friends. I attempted to recover it using my alternate email [redacted] one night around 2 am. Unfortunately, as I tried to reset my password, the hackers regained control and changed the email and phone number linked to the account. Only my name remains, with me having no access. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering the account. If retrieval is not feasible, kindly assist in deleting the account to prevent further misuse by the hackers.

I received a notification about suspicious activity on my Facebook account, which was then locked for verification. Despite trying various methods like changing the password, verifying through email and friends, I keep facing an issue with the text verification code not arriving. Even after using a password reset code, I still end up at the text verification screen without receiving the code. Attempting to use the "find my account" and "appeal" options did not provide a solution. I am distressed about possibly losing 11 years of memories stored on my Facebook account. I have had a Facebook account since around [redacted] under the name Adekunle Elijah Adebisi. However, on September 1, [redacted], I discovered that it had been hacked by someone who is now using it to scam my friends. In an attempt to stop this scammer, I created a new account on September 7, [redacted] under the name Adebisi Elijah, but unfortunately, it was also hacked on September 15. I urgently require assistance from Facebook management to resolve this issue, as the hacker is misusing my identity for fraudulent activities, which is damaging my reputation. Thank you.

We promoted our business on Instagram. We mistakenly believed our credit card was overcharged for our ads. We informed the bank, leading to the card being canceled. Now, we are unable to continue advertising. Despite trying to switch to another card, we couldn't make it work. We need help to reinstate our account so we can resume our advertising efforts. I am disappointed to see politicians spreading misleading or false ads on Facebook. Both parties are at fault, and it's disheartening that Facebook allows this to happen for the sake of profit. Considering boycotting Facebook may be the solution, although it's difficult since I use it to stay connected with my family. It's troubling when a company prioritizes profit over the well-being of the public and the country. I hope Facebook addresses this issue by ceasing to publish these misleading ads.

I was recently away for three years and upon returning, I encountered a suspicious activity message on my Facebook account. Despite uploading my state ID multiple times as requested, I received an email confirming that Facebook had received it but that my account had not been recovered. Each time I try to log in, I am faced with the same suspicious activity message and cannot access my account, which holds many years of memories, friends, and photos important to me. I am determined to regain access to my original account rather than opening a new one, as my entire social network resides there. I'm attempting to reset my password that seems to have been altered. The system doesn't recognize my phone number, even though it's displayed under my profile. I also tried my email, but it says it cannot be found, although I receive notifications for another Facebook account via my email (Sheldon H.). After multiple attempts to resolve this problem, I either end up on Facebook's homepage or on my sign-in page, where I'm unable to sign in due to not knowing my password and having no way to recover it. This whole situation is very confusing.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account that I have had for years. I have tried numerous methods to log in, including creating a temporary account which I do not wish to use. The email associated with my original account is not being recognized, preventing me from resetting the password. When I search for my first and last name, my profile picture appears but clicking on "forgot password" leads to a dead end. My friends and family have informed me that my account is still active as they can see my photos. It is unclear whether someone has tampered with my account by changing the email and password details.

I recently got a new phone and I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account on it. Despite trying my phone number and both emails I use, I keep getting redirected to old accounts I haven't used in years. Hello, I recently had an issue with my Facebook account. I forgot my password and used the option to contact three trusted contacts to request a unique code. After successfully recovering and setting a new password, I encountered another problem where the password was deemed incorrect upon login. I am unable to access my email address [redacted], which I created about 13 years ago, as my access is now blocked. I attempted to reach out to Microsoft for assistance, but I am unable to provide answers to security questions like "Who are the last people you sent emails to" or "Names of the objects of those emails." Given that I created this email address when I was just 10 years old solely for an MSN account, I unfortunately do not recall this information.

Hello, I lost my phone while traveling in Italy and am currently unable to access my Facebook and Messenger accounts on the new iPhone I purchased due to the double authentication feature. Additionally, the American SIM card associated with the phone is lost. My profile name is Ariel De Lion, and I manage the pages Ariel de lion Salem and DOMLO. There was a recent post made by a friend mentioning my lost phone. Two days ago, I sent a picture of myself holding a code but have not received a reply yet. I have my password and would like assistance in disabling the double authentication to regain access to my profile.

I have a personal page under the name David Webb. Recently, I created a business page for my company, ZZ 1 Productions Inc, and proceeded to set up an account for ZZ 1 Productions in Business Manager. After filling out the information, I was directed to a page welcoming me to my new business page under the company's name. However, I received an email informing me that the Business Manager account was disabled due to Facebook policy violations.
