My previous account was hacked and is now being used by someone else. Despite reporting it multiple times to Facebook as an old account, they have not taken any action to help me. I am shocked and disappointed by their lack of concern in resolving this issue. It's distressing to see my old account being used without my permission and with no help from Facebook, the whole situation is very upsetting and frustrating. It's disheartening that the reporting system seems ineffective in cases like this.

A month ago, someone hacked my Facebook account, and I received a verification code on my phone. I changed the password immediately, but it seems my phone number was removed during that time. Two days ago, my phone stopped working, and when I tried logging in from another device, I couldn't remember my password. I panicked and changed it quickly. Now, trying to recover my account, I realized my phone number was not linked. I attempted to use my email but couldn't access it because it's an old account I created as a kid, and I can't recall the password. I'm reaching out to seek assistance in restoring my Facebook profile, which holds many years of memories with friends and conversations. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I've been unable to access my Facebook account for several months now. I forgot my password, attempted to reset it, and received a login code via email at [redacted] When I enter the code, I'm prompted to use the code received from my phone, but I don't have a cell phone to receive a text code. Additionally, it seems like there's two-way authorization set up, which I don't remember requesting. My phone number linked to Facebook is [redacted]. This is the sixth or seventh time I've tried to log in, and it's becoming frustrating. I'd like to disable the two-party authorization and simply log in easily like I used to. Thank you. I even considered creating a new Facebook account but prefer to recover my old one.

The inconsistency in the decisions regarding community standards violations is frustrating. After a post I made was initially deemed inappropriate leading to a suspension, upon review, the post was allowed but I still received further violations. As an academic with a long-standing Facebook presence, it's disheartening to face such issues. I am left questioning the individuals responsible for these decisions and if they truly understand cultural nuances. Recent reports indicate a disproportionate impact on African Americans, adding to the unfairness of these enforcement actions. My Facebook account was hacked, and now I am unable to log in. The email linked to it, [redacted], seems to have been changed by the hacker. I am still a valid user as my profile appears in searches under Surya Leo, but the email and phone number have been altered. The phone number linked to it now directs to my other account. I recently got a new phone and couldn't remember my Facebook password. I attempted to reset it by choosing the option to have three friends verify my identity, but they've already done so twice. Now I'm facing a message saying: "You’re Temporarily Blocked. It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it."

Hello, I clicked on a link yesterday that asked me to log into my Facebook account. Today, when I tried to log in, Facebook notified me that my account was disabled. I am confused and don't understand why my only real account was disabled. I am unable to play games and access many other features. Please assist me in enabling my account as soon as possible. My daughter is struggling with a hacked Facebook account and she is unable to access it or get help through customer support. This situation is very frustrating for her and those around her. It's concerning how much we depend on Facebook for connection, yet when issues arise, the support feels faceless and inaccessible. I have evidence of the hackers as they made themselves administrators on our business page.

I am having trouble accessing my account after it was compromised. Despite following all the recovery steps, I am unable to regain access. The authentication process indicates I have tried too many times, and I am unable to receive the recovery email to proceed. It is frustrating that someone from Jacksonville had no trouble accessing my account, yet I am struggling to regain control. I feel completely locked out and unsure of what steps to take next. This situation is making me consider abandoning Facebook altogether.

My account has been locked three times in the past week, which is completely unacceptable. Each time, I have to wait for over 24 hours to regain access. As I use my account for my business, this situation is hindering my ability to provide financial support for my family. Requiring me to upload a picture every time and enduring such lengthy wait times is frustrating. It would be helpful if alternative security measures like answering security questions, sending a code to the phone number on the account, or utilizing trusted contacts on Facebook were more effective and less time-consuming.

I previously had a Facebook account under my name John Faust. The account was closed because they couldn't verify it was me since the phone numbers on file were outdated. I created a new account, which was working fine until it was suddenly disabled for the same reason. I am frustrated as there is no indication of when this will be resolved. I am facing difficulties with the spam reporting system. Repeatedly, I am locked out of my account, and the photos I share, including my son's birthday, church pictures, and motivational memes, are labeled as spam. Even after submitting them for review and receiving confirmation that they meet the community standards, the issue persists without any apology. This ongoing problem has led me to change my password multiple times, resulting in continuous lockouts due to potential misuse by others aiming to block my access.

I am looking to create a Facebook page for my website. Initially, I was informed that I needed a personal account to set up a "page." As a result, I created a personal account before making a distinct business page. However, the Facebook URL associated with my business page is connected to my personal account, and I am unable to alter it. Even though my personal account has its own URL, searching for the name of my business page directs the search to my personal account. I am seeking assistance to disassociate the business name from my personal account URL, allowing me to link it to my business page. I attempted to delete both accounts to restart the process, but I received a notification that it will take 30 days, and I urgently need the business page to be active.

I placed order number [redacted] on 9/30/[redacted] through Facebook with a company called KindlyDress. I paid extra for expedited delivery, expecting to receive my order within two days. When the order did not arrive, I reached out to their customer service and discovered that the company is based in China. I decided to cancel my order, but when I tried to contact them again, they had disappeared. Unfortunately, it seems like my money was taken by a fraudulent operation in China. I suspect I am not the only person this has happened to. It's disheartening to see Chinese scammers deceiving American consumers on a site like Facebook. Hello, I'm seeking assistance as my Facebook account was hacked back in May [redacted]. Facebook disabled my account for investigation, but despite my attempts to follow up, I haven't received any updates from them. Today, when trying to retrieve my data, the system indicated that my email is no longer associated with an account. Is there a possibility to recover the content of my account or has it all been deleted by Facebook?

I am unable to access my Facebook account even though I am confident I am entering the correct password. Resetting the password is challenging as it is linked to an old email without access to the associated phone number. I submitted a picture of my driver's license for verification over 24 hours ago but have not received a response. I have owned this account for many years and would appreciate a prompt resolution to regain access.

I received an email to my personal account with an invitation to sponsored ads. Upon clicking the link, my pages were hacked. The individual took control of my "Cruelty Free World" page and associated it with Facebook Business without my permission, using my business name and information. I established this page 7 years ago, investing significant time and effort into its content and growing an audience of over [redacted],[redacted] with a cruelty-free message. Although I attempted to delete the page, my efforts were thwarted; even when I unpublished it, the page was republished. I have documented evidence of these events as they unfolded. I am seeking assistance in restoring my access, deactivating the Facebook business page, and removing the unauthorized owner from the "Yes Your Empowered Self" page. If resolution is not feasible, I request help in erasing all content to prevent further harm. Thank you for your support.
