Hello, I am the administrator of the 2 antisocial page, and I need assistance. On May 26, [redacted], our page was mistakenly marked as non-public by Facebook. Despite multiple requests and challenges to correct this, there has been no resolution. The page has been inactive for months, and we have not received any explanation from Facebook. We had accumulated [redacted],[redacted] likes in a year but have been unable to post for the past 4 months. We seek clarity and a solution to restore our active public page so we can continue to engage with our followers. Thank you, 2antisociali team.

I registered my account with a mobile number from Pakistan, but now I live in the UAE and can't reset my password because the OTP is sent to my old Pakistani number. My account has been compromised, and I am currently locked out of it. The hackers are asking for a R12000 ransom to return my Facebook account, which is under my and my wife's names. My daughter has alerted me that there is suspicious activity on the account. Despite our efforts, no action has been taken to help us. Our original email associated with the account is [redacted] We can provide proof of our identities with our ID cards. The fake email account [redacted] is not ours. The contact numbers linked to the account were [redacted] and [redacted]. I am concerned about the hackers sharing my personal information and photos online, potentially putting my family at risk. I am requesting assistance to either recover my Facebook account or have it permanently deleted. Thank you.

I have an attorney and I am a Facebook stockholder. I have been experiencing illegal activity for the past year, which I have already reported. Now, it has escalated to criminal behavior. Instead of going to the authorities again, I prefer to contact someone at Facebook directly. I do not want to communicate via text or email. My phone number is [redacted]. It would be beneficial for Facebook to look into individuals named Colin H. and Gus H. who have been consistently on my Facebook for the past two days. I want this to cease. If I do not hear back within 12 hours, I will escalate this matter by reporting it to the attorney general of my state, the attorney general of the United States, my local police, State Police, my attorney, and the FCC. I believe a prompt response is necessary, considering my determination and ability to handle this situation efficiently. Apologies if my tone is a bit off, as I am feeling unwell with the flu.

I work in law enforcement, and my wife recently discovered a Facebook account pretending to be me. I don't use social media, so this is concerning. I've reported it to LAPD and Facebook, but the page remains active despite providing my ID for verification. This page has tags linking to other law enforcement agencies, and I need to separate myself from it for privacy. What additional actions can I pursue to have this fake account removed?

My Facebook account was deactivated. I now go by the name Chidera Mann, previously known as Faith Williams. Due to harassment/stalking by Nicholas Hayes, claiming a false relationship, I decided to create a new account. Nicholas even posted lies about us on Facebook, causing harm to my husband in the US. To protect myself, I made a new account using my middle and his last name. I avoid adding friends to stay safe. My old account, Faith Williams, continues to be a target. Thus, I only join groups on Facebook. I'm now facing issues with my new account, Chidera Mann, which got deactivated. I've tried verifying my identity by submitting my ID to the help center, but no luck so far.

I need assistance memorializing an account that was taken down. The account holder has passed away, and the family wishes to have the profile memorialized. When trying to follow Facebook's process, it asks for a Facebook URL which I cannot provide since the account was removed and the page is unavailable. Facebook suggested using the account holder's email address in that field, but the system won't accept it as it's not a valid URL. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about what steps to take next. Your guidance is appreciated.

Hello, I am Jessica Mathers. Recently, my mother passed away. Due to continuous slanderous posts against my brother and me, I took the step to have her Facebook accounts deactivated. As her legal next of kin, I request that all three of her accounts remain closed. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against my mother's sister for harassment. Despite her intentions to regain control over the accounts, I have the legal authority over my mother's estate and can verify my identity and rights. I want to ensure that my mother's Facebook accounts under the name Gloria Eden remain permanently closed.

This morning, Facebook prompted me with several questions regarding my account type when I tried to log in around 5 am ET. I was successful at that time. However, when I attempted to log in again at 6 am, the questions appeared again. Now, upon logging in, I receive a message stating, "Thanks for your help. We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation." Please let me know when the account will be accessible again as we have many pictures posted there. -Karen

After being incarcerated for around nine months, I've forgotten the password to my email linked to my Facebook and my phone number connected to the account is inactive. I made a purchase through Facebook Pay on 10/28/19, and I have not received the merchandise because the merchant does not have a PayPal or Facebook Pay account. The money is still in Facebook Pay, and it has been 7 days since this happened. I am unable to reach anyone by phone, and my money is being held without explanation. Hello, my name is Shannon O’Toole. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook Messenger using the username [redacted] and password 7fieldstone. After receiving the verification code via email and entering it, I am prompted to enter a code from an old phone number that I no longer have access to. Additionally, the account verification process shows people I haven't been in touch with for about 10 years, located in different countries. I am perplexed as to why I can't access my account with the correct username and password. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a resolution promptly. I let my friend borrow my phone, and he used a "Dual Faceb0ok" app to hack it. As a result, he gained access to most of my accounts, even trying to get into one of my banking accounts. Despite logging out of Facebook, when I check in settings, it shows either a fake device or unknown device as "Active Now," preventing me from logging out. I've created fake accounts to catch him, but he can see and block them. His Facebook name is Gabriel G.Omr Pena. Please remove him from my account, block him, and prevent him from re-accessing it. He has control over most of my settings, including my book account, so I'm stuck. He's essentially mirrored my account through the Dual app. It's concerning how easily this app enables stalking. I've attempted to delete my account, but he interferes with the process. Assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last week, my Facebook Ads account was hacked, and £[redacted] was stolen to promote the hacker's business. Though I resolved this through live chat in Business Manager, my personal account has now been disabled. Despite numerous attempts to upload my ID through the help center link, I keep encountering an 'unknown error.' I have reached out to the email address [redacted] but have not received a response. I bought 2 shirts from an ad on your website and accidentally signed up for the monthly club. When I tried calling to fix this, I got an automated message asking for my number, but no one called back. When I tried to cancel online, it said my account didn't exist, but they still charged me $19.95! When I emailed them at [redacted], it bounced back as a nonexistent domain. This seems like a scam, and I bet others have been tricked too. The ad was for a Jaws t-shirt (Quints Fishing) from unitedperks.club, under Movie Shirts.

I was using Messenger without Facebook. I had two other accounts linked to Facebook that I wanted to delete since I no longer use them. I tried logging into Facebook to manage them, but I couldn't remember my password. Subsequently, I couldn't access the Messenger account I was using. My friend mentioned they could see three accounts named Jess Rushworth without profile pictures, alongside the two accounts I no longer use with profile pictures linked to Facebook.

My account has been disabled or the email associated with it has been changed. I received an email notifying me that the account is scheduled for deletion on 27/7/19, which I saw in my [redacted] inbox. The account was created with the email [redacted] The account is under the name Jodi Jenkins with the date of birth 10/5/87. I have tried reaching out to disabled@facebook but have not received any responses. It is crucial that I regain access to my account, and I am willing to provide any necessary information. I keep receiving calls from someone claiming to be Facebook, saying my account is compromised and may stop working. I am unsure if this is legitimate or a scam. The number they are calling from is [redacted]. I have received 8 calls today with a hard-to-understand recording. Yesterday, I spoke to an individual who asked me to do various things on my Facebook account. I expressed my uncertainty about their identity and refused to answer more questions before hanging up. However, the calls persist.
